24/10/2026: I wasn't able to eat at this address as it was full, but I loved the professionalism of the person who greeted us and who went to great lengths to find us a table... without success. Just thank you! And even though we didn't have the chance to enjoy their food, I felt a simple and relaxed atmosphere. But given how busy it is, you really need to plan ahead and make a reservation.

23/10/2026: Excellent value for money. The burgers are fantastic. Honestly, they could be a little more expensive considering the quality. They even have a gluten-free burger option. The service is very friendly too.

10/10/2026: At €145 per person, I expected a much better overall dining experience. The food was good but didn’t justify the price, and the pescatarian options for my wife were very limited, requiring several discussions before the restaurant agreed to offer a pasta dish from the à la carte menu. The espresso martini was overly sweet and served in a wine glass. That said, the staff genuinely made an effort to address our concerns: my overcooked veal was replaced with a perfectly cooked alternative, and they tried to accommodate my wife. I appreciated their efforts, but overall, the food and experience fell short of what I’d expect at this price point.

14/10/2026: I’ve been in Europe for 3 weeks (Greece, Basel, Strasbourg and now Paris), and this is the worst meal I had, and also the worst pasta that I had. The 2 pasta we had: 1. Lemon Ravioli came lukewarm, kind of overcooked or might have been sitting there for some time as the cheese and cream seemed to have hardened when it was served. 2. King Prawn Pasta is ok but I can only say it’s Value for Money, not really tasty. We only finish 1/2 the pasta. Also our dining experience was affected by a big group of about 15 people sitting next to us making so much if a noise. I was looking forward to a good Tiramisu (my favourite dessert) but the noise was so unbearable in the restaurant that we ask to takeaway the Tiramisu. Saving grace was the Mini Burrata Ham Salad. That is great. But we waited for 20 min after the salad was done for the pasta to be served and I suspect the pasta had been sitting there for some time before they were served to our table.

16/03/2026: Carine was so sweet, and I loved the service I received! I dined solo, and she took good care of me. I had the Pulpo and the pork belly! Both were perfect; honestly, the Pulpo was as good as the one I've had in Barcelona!!! The pork belly melted in my mouth. This was one of my favorite and many meals in Paris.

10/10/2026: We had lunch today at 99 Haussmann with my entire team and had a wonderful time. Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert. The dishes are sophisticated and reimagined with beautiful flavor combinations that are both original and expertly executed. Special mention goes to the Pink October dessert, which is truly excellent. Even for those who don't particularly enjoy the bitterness of grapefruit, the balance is perfect: the bitterness doesn't overpower the other flavors at all. It's a light and refreshing dessert that provides the perfect ending to the meal. A truly wonderful experience!

28/09/2026: A Wonderful Evening in a Truly Beautiful Atmosphere We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at 99 Hausmann Restaurant and Bar and felt incredibly comfortable from the very beginning. We would particularly like to emphasize the wonderful atmosphere: quiet, welcoming, warm, and almost a little homey—in a very pleasant and stylish way. You don't just feel like you're in a restaurant, but almost like you're a guest of excellent hosts. The food was consistently excellent. Both the starters and the main courses absolutely impressed us: perfectly balanced in flavor, beautifully prepared, and served with great care. We also particularly remember the cheese course at the end, which rounded off the evening wonderfully. We only see a little room for improvement in the desserts; they were very tasty, but had a slightly convenience feel to them, so this course could be brought up to the otherwise very high standard. The service was a real highlight. The team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and charming. We felt as if they were anticipating our every need. This attentiveness and warmth contributed significantly to making the evening so special for us. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience in a charming restaurant with excellent food and superb service. We would love to return.

28/09/2026: A fantastic find in Fréjus! The welcome was truly exceptional, the team young, dynamic, and always smiling: it was a real pleasure. Fresh ingredients and simply excellent pizzas. Honestly, I've never eaten a pizza like it! 🍕 And then there's that cheeky fellow who could almost replace Victor Hugo with his charming and seductive phrases 😄: he really knows how to talk to customers! Well done to the whole team and staff of this pizzeria. I recommend La Tour de Pise 1000%! 👏🍕
