17/07/2026: My partner and I came and ordered two supposedly "gourmet" sundaes for €9 and €10. Frankly, they were way off: a measly little scoop of pistachio with a bit of whipped cream is ridiculously overpriced. What's more, when I politely pointed out that an ingredient was missing from the sundae, the waiter simply said he'd "remember our faces" to give us a discount next time... Is he kidding? An immediate discount on the bill would have been the least they could do, especially since we never plan on going back there. In short, completely unprofessional. A real tourist trap, avoid at all costs!

30/07/2026: Appalling. 10-minute wait at reception without a single greeting. Then 15 minutes at the table without anyone taking our order. Not a glance; on the contrary, they were avoiding us. I should mention that the restaurant was very empty. We left without regret.

29/07/2026: The toughest Angus (Irish) hanger steak I've ever had on my plate (and yet it was cooked "rare" as requested)! The chicken was extremely dry for my son. Flies everywhere. It's a shame because the waitresses were smiling and friendly. Avoid at all costs.

24/05/2026: This way of operating is quite surprising and defies all logic, or at least any coherent explanation given to the customer. Paying an exorbitant price for a savory snack and not even being able to eat it on the terrace seems absurd… if you really want to do “street food,” then make things that can be eaten standing up and without cutlery, not food that crumbles, is messy, and difficult to eat… The Basque cake was more than ordinary, and the saleswoman at the dessert counter addressed you informally without your permission, in stark contrast to the two older women who displayed a surprisingly cold demeanor.

16/05/2026: Very disappointed. The welcome was very cold. It wasn't possible to sit down to eat a quiche and a sweet tart with a disabled person. I won't be going back!

06/07/2026: To err is human, but three times in a row... and as compensation, a bottle of Fanta! Just to place an order at work once a week... in short, it's a shame, but we're switching to another supplier.

27/05/2026: Fast service, very pleasant welcome.

26/07/2026: Do not eat here! We ordered two pizza's and a plate of fries. The pizza's are not fresh! They are just frozen pizza's from the supermarket that are defrosted and then sold for 13,00 -14,50 euros per pizza. The fries were oke. If you order mayonaise, you pay 2,00 euros extra which is expensive. It's close to the palace of Versailles, so it's in a touristic place and you can expect expensive prices but the food is absolutely terrible.

03/07/2026: A delicious tartare, an okay pizza, the service is quite slow -- but if you just wave them and ask for a menu, and then wave them and point to what you want to order, they're good. The food is tasty, the service is tolerable, can recommend for a quick snack before or after visiting Versailles.

20/05/2026: Dirty damp sheets, horrific service from most ( not all) of the restaurant’s staff, complete disregard for the customer’s wishes from same staff, kitchen closes at 9:15 and “you can go have dinner somewhere else” attitude, etc. Sad experience for upwards of €2000 per night. Do not stay there !!

09/06/2026: Excellent crêperie. At first glance, the place doesn't look like much, but it's a very pleasant surprise. The savory and sweet crêpes are excellent, cooked to perfection: neither too soft nor too crispy. The fillings are generous and made with carefully selected ingredients, which makes all the difference. The value for money is remarkable considering the quality offered. The tartiflette galette is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tasted. Special mention also goes to the homemade mussels and fries, which were excellent. The ambiance and decor, however, are not great.

07/03/2026: I took advantage of the hotel restaurant during my business trip. The dishes were simple but tasty, homemade with local produce. These unassuming little restaurants are hidden gems that I highly recommend.
