07/09/2026: They offer sandwiches, but beware! After a night of illness, I definitely don't recommend them. The manager prepared the sandwiches in front of us using mayonnaise from a large bucket that, while refrigerated, was clearly a bit stale... my stomach still remembers it. The tea room isn't inviting; the beach across the street is much nicer.

30/08/2026: A truly perfect experience at Di Napoli! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. The atmosphere is really pleasant, and we quickly felt at ease, which made the meal even more enjoyable. As for the pizza, we have absolutely no complaints: it was excellent. The crust was perfectly cooked, with a light, soft texture and a slightly crispy edge. The ingredients were very good and, above all, well-balanced, allowing us to appreciate each flavor without any one element overpowering the others. You can really tell that attention is paid to quality and preparation. The cooking was also perfect: neither overcooked nor undercooked, exactly just right. The pizza arrived piping hot, generous, and very appetizing. It's exactly the kind of pizza where you finish your plate thinking you could have almost had a second one. The service was also impeccable. The team is professional yet remains warm and friendly. The wait was reasonable, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It's friendly, pleasant, and comfortable enough to take your time and enjoy your meal. The cleanliness was also excellent, which is always a big plus. Finally, the value for money is very good considering the quality of the meal and the overall experience. You really leave with the feeling of having had a great time and having eaten something high-quality. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and of course, the pizza. I highly recommend Di Napoli to anyone looking for a good pizzeria. It's an address I'll definitely keep in mind and where I'll gladly return!

22/06/2026: We arrived at the parking lot at 7:45 PM and found ourselves facing closed doors. Without any explanation. Being in the business, if they were out of bread or anything else, the least they could do is let their customers know with a note on the door 🤷🏼‍♀️ Once I finished shopping, I wanted to take a picture to prove it (obviously it was later than 7:45 PM).

16/06/2026: I am a customer of this bakery and I want to commend the staff for their dedication; they are always pleasant and professional. However, I regularly notice that one person seems to be handling many tasks simultaneously, especially at the end of the day. This can lead to wait times and gives the impression of understaffing. This feedback is in no way directed against the employees, who are doing their best, but rather to highlight a situation that seems difficult for both them and the customers.

28/09/2026: We stumbled upon this bistro, and what a pleasant surprise! The service from Laure was impeccable and warm. The food is excellent, flavorful, and homemade. We highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back.

21/06/2026: A disappointing experience. You can tell there's a lot of work being done in the kitchen, which is a shame because the service unfortunately doesn't live up to it. The front-of-house team was made up of very young trainees who seemed to be left to their own devices, without any real supervision or visible management. Even simple questions about the wines went unanswered. The most frustrating moment was when we asked to have our dessert inside because we were cold on the terrace. We were told it was complicated because the tables were already set for the next day. We then felt that the restaurant's organization took precedence over customer comfort. We finally ended our evening at Monte Cristo, where we were greeted immediately and with a smile. Finally, when it came time to pay the bill, it apparently wasn't possible to issue two separate bills for our group of two couples, one of whom had two children. A minor detail, perhaps, but one that adds to a series of small inconveniences throughout the evening. We also had the impression that we were bothering them and that they were mainly waiting for the service to end so they could close, even though it was only 10:15 pm.

11/08/2026: Cafeteria review: With this new QR code system, I couldn't get a latte because the cashier had selected black coffee! Plus, it resulted in a printed receipt. A waste of paper for a few pennies!

09/08/2026: IKEA Strasbourg. Clearly a huge success, but always very crowded. Not enough checkouts open in general.

04/10/2026: They no longer accept holiday vouchers. No explanation given. The cashier was vulgar and used a lot of insults. Many items were missing from just two menus.

03/10/2026: The manager in place on October 3, 2026, at 11:00 PM is simply despicable. He openly disrespects both customers and employees and even threatens them with dismissal. Who does he think he is? This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and unbecoming of a manager. When you hold a management position, you have a duty to set an example and respect the people you supervise. It's a disgrace.

28/08/2026: The owners are deleting negative reviews; I received an email from Google informing me that my review had been removed. All the more reason never to return. In addition to the declining quality of the bread, they're now deleting comments that point out quality issues. Not very professional.

07/08/2026: Excellent products, fast service, and prices similar to the neighborhood bakeries, which are often inferior and much less welcoming. I don't live nearby, but I don't hesitate to make the trip for quality! However, it's a shame the ceiling air conditioning filter is so dirty; it sends hundreds of bacteria all over the bakery.

11/06/2026: French fries. How is it possible that after all these years McDonald's fries are still being reheated and served? If I order and pay for fries, I don't want soggy, indigestible fries that were cooked ages ago and then reheated. Given how high the prices already are, please serve us real fries cooked fresh.

22/09/2026: We had dinner as a couple at La Villa and we thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome, the very pleasant staff, and the beautifully presented dishes with excellent menus (lasagna with mushrooms, hazelnuts, and ricotta; pasta with chorizo, etc.). We definitely recommend this restaurant for its excellent value and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!

15/09/2026: We came last night, our first time back since the change of ownership. Kudos to Marion and her team! We received a wonderful welcome and our meal was delicious! They have some new, typically Italian dishes on the menu; the arancini are fantastic, and I loved the tagliata! My boyfriend, who is a trained pizza maker, noticed the quality of the pizza dough. We'll definitely be back!

12/09/2026: They took my order, then completely forgot about me. The poor young woman at the register was in training; they left her all alone—it was a disaster. Other people waited at least 25 minutes ahead of me for a cold drink, even though there were only three customers. Shameful.

04/09/2026: Since the change of ownership, the food isn't as good as it used to be… the pasta is overcooked, the veal Milanese a bit dry… It's a shame because it used to be a very nice Italian restaurant in Bourgoin. This is the second time we've been back since the new management took over, and unfortunately, it's the same story…

01/09/2026: Not bad in itself, but the service was far, far, far too slow. And when we politely pointed it out, we were told, "You shouldn't go to a restaurant if you don't have time." To be clear: we arrived at 12:30 PM and left at 2:20 PM for just a hot meal (so we didn't order dessert).

29/09/2026: Ordered to collect. Was given the wrong order and asked to come back. Upon returning to the shop, my order was not even ready. Did not get an apology. Shop was nearly empty and only the wrong bag ready to collect, so the mistake was not because they were busy.
