12/07/2026: This place closed permanently in March or so. It will still let you make reservations online but don’t be fooled! The door also still has a schedule on it but they don’t ever open… it’s too bad, but pick another place!

18/04/2026: Its so disappointing.. We were there at the time of our reservation but the restaurant was closed and even more that nowhere was written that its closed or smth.

22/08/2026: I find it very unfortunate to leave a review focusing more on the service than the products, but given the mediocrity of the latter, it outweighs the negative. It's a real shame. The staff are truly unpleasant, adopting an impossible tone towards customers; they are consistently negative. Unacceptable attitude. I will never set foot in this store again. Deeply disappointed by the contemptuous attitude of one of the saleswomen. If customer service is a problem, then they shouldn't have any customer service at all.

01/10/2026: Sorry we were visiting your cafe (all the way from Australia) and that we inconvenienced you to order coffee. I apologise for paying your wages. Do NOT give these people any of your time and money. Worst and most disinterested waiter we have experienced in Paris.

30/09/2026: I come to this café regularly, and generally, everything is fine. However, the service varies considerably depending on the server. The server who works the morning shift is usually quite cold and unfriendly. I know this and I put up with it. For my part, I always remain polite and courteous with him, and I even sometimes leave a tip. But today, I was really surprised by his attitude. I had simply placed a container of mozzarella that I had just bought elsewhere on the table. It was sealed, not opened: I wasn't eating it and I had absolutely no intention of consuming it in my coffee. He told me he couldn't serve me my coffee as long as the container remained on the table. I can perfectly understand an establishment prohibiting the consumption of outside products. But in this case, it wasn't about consumption: the container was simply sitting on the table. He could have simply asked me politely to put it away. As a regular customer and always courteous to the staff, I found this way of doing things particularly unpleasant and, above all, very surprising.

25/08/2026: I came on June 11th with my two brothers, one of whom is a regular. We had a very good meal, and it was very pleasant to find a welcome coolness inside despite the summer heat. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I fully intend to return.

23/08/2026: It was incredibly hot inside; I didn't want to try the sushi, judging by the look of the pieces, you have to trust them. The best option was a piece of sirloin steak with vegetables from the wok. The noodles weren't great.

17/09/2026: Excellent service, thank you to the young waiter for this very friendly morning. The setting was lovely, and the waiter, who also acted as bartender, made very good drinks; the Americano and mojito were excellent and very polite.

14/09/2026: A 1.5-hour wait for a €28 ribeye steak, tasteless, cold, and well-cooked instead of a side dish. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

13/01/2026: Things have gone completely wrong at Marcel Bio Plan de Campagne, apart from the sincerity of the staff, who do what they can (poor things...) and are unfortunately under the thumb of their despotic manager. He didn't even deign to see me because he was with the health inspector (who I hope gave him a good telling-off...). I simply had one question: Why is a food product (semolina), expired since September 2025, still on the shelves with only a 20% discount? Without any mention of it anywhere???... Seriously, is this madness??? After asking several salespeople to meet with the manager, and being refused every time, I told them I was going elsewhere. I've been a customer for 15 years, once a week. You've lost a customer. Signed, Frank Zappa (my customer account with them).

03/07/2026: We went there for dinner, excited about the reviews, and sadly we left disappointed. The food was nothing like the pictures, it was quite basic and way less elaborated, and the price was too high for what we got, in our opinion. The service on the other hand was good, and the hummus also!

31/03/2026: Great food, but small portions. Really good wine tho. The lighting was a bit funny but they stay true to the vision!

07/09/2026: On September 7, 2026, during the evening service, there were three of us, and we ordered three different dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our waiter was a very pleasant young man.

02/09/2026: We had lunch there, were very well received, my daughter thought her pizza was delicious and my salmon lasagna was perfect.

03/08/2026: I've eaten there several times hoping it would be good, but no, the restaurant is really awful. Plus, the waiters are incredibly unfriendly, and you wait forever for them to clear your table. A nightmare!

29/05/2026: An extremely disappointing experience from the very first phone call. The reception was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional, and the information provided was completely useless. The advertised price also seemed entirely excessive given the services offered. Faced with this obvious lack of professionalism and courtesy, we chose to book with another establishment. The subsequent response only confirmed this lack of professionalism, with a disrespectful and inappropriate message directed at us. This regrettable attitude makes us absolutely unwilling to trust this establishment.

26/05/2026: During a short break, the five of us bikers were able to quench our thirst and received a pleasant welcome in a very pretty setting.

14/08/2026: Everything is designed to rip off tourists. Here, they want the tourist trap without the tourists. And the owner calls the police if you're parked illegally.

08/09/2026: Very disappointed despite the overall positive reviews on Google. We ordered a glass of wine, an appetizer, and a second glass of wine with our main course. We had requested a carafe of water from the start, which we are still waiting for. The wait between our meals and the second glass of wine was very long, approximately 30 minutes, and my main course was taken to another table. We received our main course without the table being cleared first. I agree that the server was working alone; perhaps they should consider hiring extra staff on weekends. And there were problems with the bill. The person didn't know how to pay via "TheFork." Otherwise, the appetizer and main course were good.

05/09/2026: It was awful! I understand the waiter was alone and there was only one person in the kitchen, but we waited forever to order. The waiter even brought our dishes to the next table... I was disappointed by the Burgundy snails served with... toast soldiers, the poached eggs were even worse, and the fries tasted like they were leftovers from the day before that had been reheated... In short, avoid this place!
