14/06/2026: Orders through Uber Eats and doesn't seem to care when the delivery doesn't arrive. We ordered two pizzas. Since the delivery didn't arrive, we ended up contacting the restaurant, who told us the pizzas had been gone for over 30 minutes and that they weren't responsible for the delivery! I'm telling you, I won't be ordering from your pizzeria again since the delivery isn't their problem!

24/04/2026: Horrible! Even when I ordered, the man didn't speak French. He kept calling me back to ask for my order again. Then, when he called to tell me he was downstairs, he wasn't even there. He didn't understand anything, hung up on me, and had the wrong address even though I kept repeating it. And when I finally got my three pizzas, they were awful—cold and tasteless. Avoid at all costs.

30/01/2026: To buy cigarettes and that's it... Lol, don't expect a smile, kindness, understanding, or even help from the owner, who is just the most awful person imaginable... His saleswoman sold me a PCS top-up with a card that I can't top up because it's the wrong one. The voucher is valid until October 2026, but despite his mistake, he refuses to reimburse me or even find a solution... This guy is truly unscrupulous and unbearable, just like his beer, lol... Well, I'll never go back there. I can just imagine the chaos in the kitchen... No wonder his employee makes mistakes. I'm going to report him. 30 euros lost plus 14 euros for the card, and the guy doesn't care 😂😂😂 It's clear I'm going to report him. He didn't even try to call the supplier to explain the problem...

31/03/2026: As a loyal customer, I ordered two pizzas and received them raw—the dough was truly raw. I contacted them to report this, but received no apology, refund, or exchange. The owner told me that next time I should specify "pizza well cooked," but logically, pizza should be eaten cooked. Very disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend them if you want to eat cooked pizza.

21/03/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. I booked through TheFork with a discount: there were several menu options on the app and even on the website. There was only one choice this Saturday: andouillette gratin (which I don't like at all) and frozen curried shrimp that the wine merchant offered to prepare instead, without even mentioning it on a sign outside. I preferred to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else.

23/05/2026: I don't recommend it. I ordered a kefta platter. The meat tasted strange, and the water carafe lid was especially dirty. I also noticed fish sauce stuck to the pan in the display case. I really regret paying €14 to see this.

06/03/2026: I'm disappointed! Empty sandwich, no pickles, no Lebanese flavor. The fries are burnt and the food is disgusting. Avoid this place, friends.

18/07/2026: One of the last remaining members-only bars in Bordeaux. The music is excellent (disco, house). A friendly, family atmosphere, perfect for night owls looking for nocturnal adventures. Entry is only possible with membership in the association.

06/06/2026: The place is filthy, from the sinks and dining area to the walls and windows… it's a disgrace. The coffee machines don't work, and neither do most of the hand dryers. What a sight for foreign tourists!

12/07/2026: No ketchup and very little sauce in the burger, almost no salad inside, fries barely salted, mistake in the order, no ice in the drinks, order number s/p 4719, rack 101

10/07/2026: Drive-thru: A disaster! The service was incredibly slow, and I got a wrap without bacon or tomato! A combo meal without sauce! Oh, and on top of all that, the salad was missing... €26 for that! I won't be back.

09/08/2026: The dishes are not clean, which is a shame.

09/08/2026: The cashier informed us that they were out of rösti for the Burger Rösti. One of the servers then walked around with a Burger Rösti in front of everyone – deplorable! Please at least don't come around to customers with ingredients that are supposedly out of stock.

12/08/2026: Lunch on a Saturday, a calm, hearty, and very good meal. We ate very well. Thank you.

11/08/2026: We went there one afternoon and the meal was delicious, the staff were attentive and very pleasant.
