10/09/2026: Always a warm welcome since I started going there. A great story with the owner who bought the restaurant, a fantastic team, a great atmosphere, and the food is excellent. In short, go without hesitation! 👍😉 Once again, back at Uncle Scott’s and what a pleasure to see the new young staff providing such great service, well done! And the new pistachio digestif is delicious.

09/09/2026: This restaurant has really gone downhill... The quality and freshness weren't there.... What disappointed me most was the "gourmet coffee": coffee served with a Nutella muffin (frozen and microwaved) and just whipped cream on the side...

12/08/2026: Excellent service, even though it was a bit late. The thin-crust pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven were delicious. The pulled beef, merguez-style, was a great find. The quality of the pizzas has remained consistent for years, using high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

17/09/2026: September 17, 2026, 3:26 PM: Ordered a Daim McFlurry (item #199) for dine-in. 3:52 PM: Still nothing, so I went to the counter. 3:54 PM: The person apologized haughtily. 28 minutes later, I finally got to eat. Absolutely catastrophic service.

16/09/2026: In Cannes. Known quality, always with something new. After choosing your menu, it's brought to your table. Located in a well-preserved old building, it has a terrace with an almost catwalk-like feel, showcasing the latest fashion trends.

06/06/2026: APPALLING!!! We encountered a DISRESPECTFUL employee today! A very tall man with a disdainful smile made us a TINY sandwich, clearly just dumped the cheese in, and went to the back kitchen to talk to his colleagues. Not appreciating his attitude, we were ready to leave. A very kind employee stopped us and apologized for him, admitting that the sandwich was tiny and offering to make it again. We accepted because she was clearly kind and deserved respect. His colleague came back, completely disregarding the tiny sandwich and his pathetic attitude, which made us feel humiliated! With a smile on his face, he continued to be dismissive and said, "Anyway, I only have one week left here, so I don't care!" Some kind of manager tried to take charge but clearly wasn't up to the task, telling US to calm down! Is this a joke?! Now the customer has to stoop to paying for terrible service? Another employee tried to get involved and came over, squashing the sandwich while getting angry and saying, "Okay, we'll make the sandwich again!"!! I've never seen an employee SMASH food in their hands! It's unbelievable what's happening at this Subway! I think the employees do whatever they want, respect nothing and no one, it's like a schoolyard!!! (Except for that one very kind young woman, who has no business being there, get out of here fast!)

20/04/2026: Great cookies, but the saleswomen were incredibly unfriendly—no hello, no thank you. They even chewed gum, forget it!

19/07/2026: Super friendly service 👍🏻. Unfortunately, the cocktails left much to be desired. I've never had such a bad Long Island Iced Tea, and the champagne cocktail with raspberries was far too sweet. The cocktails arrived very quickly, as if everything was already prepared – just ice and garnish needed, and that was it 😕

10/10/2026: Updated October 8th. The place is still as pleasant and welcoming as ever, the food is excellent, a real treat. // An absolutely delightful spot surrounded by refreshing greenery (no need for air conditioning). Home-style cooking that delights the taste buds.

26/08/2026: The food was so-so, the taste was average. We ordered a few dishes, but the risotto was outrageously expensive at over forty euros. The rice was undercooked, which I didn't quite like. The staff were quite friendly, and they were happy to add bread. The bread was really delicious—the best I've had in France, very fragrant, and available in different flavors. The ambiance itself was nice, with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but the strong smell of urine on the street was quite unpleasant and affected my judgment of the food. This restaurant only accepts cash, so bring cash. There's also a cash exchange next door.

13/08/2026: I spent my last night in Paris at this cafe! I went there because I wanted to see the champagne flash. The staff greeted me with smiles, and I was able to spend a wonderful last day in Paris! I love everything about Paris—the city, the people, everything ❤️ Thank you for the wonderful time and space! I LOVE PARIS!!!!

05/09/2026: When things aren't going well, I say so... and when they're perfect, well, there he is! Seriously... Mr. Younes (long hair) is the bomb! Very friendly, very quick, never aggressive despite the crowds... he stands out... the Usain Bolt of Place de Jaude! That's him! (And he's adorable...) Unfortunately, he was a seasonal worker, a big loss for Bells and the customers... without him... this difference...

26/08/2026: Break after a 16km hike. Super friendly service, and the ice cream was delicious! Generously portioned and incredibly creamy. Top-notch! 😋

17/08/2026: Deplorable. We arrived at 12:30 PM, and between the time we finished our tenders (which were really good) and the wait, 30 minutes passed, not counting the waiters who noticed we had nothing left on the table. Once we were finally served, there was more salad than steak in our burgers, not to mention the side salad. The fries weren't the worst, but they were far from it. Don't expect any sauce included with your meal; you'll just get small packets of the most basic sauces imaginable. Luckily, the water was good...

18/07/2026: Hello We came to get a raspberry tart, and it arrived broken. I find it unacceptable that we were charged full price when it was already broken before being served. I've attached a photo, of course. Marie Blachère is getting worse and worse. Bad welcome, mediocre service…etc. I won't be back.

06/10/2025: Francis and Albane ran this restaurant for a good twenty years. A magnificent, organic restaurant, very popular. The story of a lifetime. Bought by the Chapelier brothers, who closed it after eight months and sold it for a Chinese restaurant. A disaster. A financial operation?

The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering a calm and relaxing setting in the heart of the region. As for the restaurant, the cuisine is generous, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the service is both professional and friendly. The family atmosphere, the quality of the services, and the value for money make this establishment one we wholeheartedly recommend. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and professionalism. We will gladly return on our next visit to the region. ☺️
