17/07/2026: I'm a regular Subway shopper... I was passing through Strasbourg, so I stopped at this one, but frankly, I was very disappointed. I asked for tuna in my sandwich, and they only took a tiny sliver of it and smeared it all over the sandwich. How can I put it? They're perfectly happy with the raw vegetables, but of course, when it comes to meat, tuna, etc.—the most expensive ingredients—they're incredibly stingy, even though the price doesn't change! Disappointed.

11/07/2026: On Saturday, July 11, 2026, around 2:45 PM, I went to grab a bite at this Subway. It was a bit of a mixed experience regarding the way and the time it took to prepare. I felt like the staff members were a bit out of their depth, but anyway, you get a good portion and I ate well, but overall, it's a mixed experience.

15/11/2025: Honestly, very good. Given the recent reviews, we were skeptical, but we were genuinely pleasantly surprised. The snails were perfectly seasoned, the poached egg was excellent, and the waiter was really very friendly. Decor: as is 😉

31/10/2025: We were very disappointed with our meal. The new owners are not living up to the past of this iconic regional restaurant. We had been coming here regularly for years for its tastefully prepared regional cuisine and its slightly run-down but incredibly welcoming atmosphere. We will not be returning. What a shame, this is an address to forget.

01/08/2026: Honestly, I understand the buy one get one free offer, but the quality isn't there. The California salmon isn't fresh, the beef and cheese skewers have a strange taste, and the spring rolls are too greasy... If I had known, I would have read the reviews.

23/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! When you complain about rising raw material prices, a lack of customers, taxes... you do everything you can to keep your loyal and regular customers. I've been a customer for 10 years with orders over €50 each time. When there are mistakes, you have to own up to them: soup too salty, dry rice, salty sauce instead of sweetener, which they put on the rice in excess, thinking it was sweet, making it inedible. The manager remained unmoved by my complaint, like, "So what?" No respect for his regular and loyal customers. After this unpleasant experience, I prefer to eat elsewhere and seek out respect for the customer. Money doesn't grow on trees. We don't just pay for food; we pay for quality service, respect for the customer, and recognition of our loyalty. The mistake isn't the customer's, but the person preparing the food. Own up to your mistakes...

19/02/2026: After ordering from this restaurant, I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning. A very difficult night… I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. If you value your health, avoid it. The quality and freshness of the food clearly need improvement. A hygiene inspection would be very welcome. Extremely disappointed by this experience.

05/07/2026: The use of snorkels for swimming by adults is prohibited due to the risk of suffocation. This is incomprehensible, as we've never seen a child use a snorkel without knowing how until now.

11/07/2026: I came in for lunch to buy sandwiches. I waited in line, and the two saleswomen looked at me and asked the people behind me to place their orders. I waited five minutes while they ignored me and asked other customers to order. So I just went to order my meal elsewhere. The service needs improvement; it's a shame.

19/07/2026: It's a shame I didn't check the reviews before coming; it would have saved me this bad experience. Personally, I don't recommend it at all! We ordered a simple Margherita, but the pastry was really strange, almost inedible. Furthermore, the hygiene of the place clearly leaves much to be desired, which doesn't inspire confidence.

15/07/2026: I went there for lunch one day to try it out, and well, it was really bad. I ordered the beef tartare, and it was awful; I've never eaten such a terrible tartare. It came with a strange sauce. The fries were okay, but otherwise, it was a complete mess. The waitress was incredibly rude. I asked for no salad, but the dish arrived loaded with it, and when I asked for it to be removed because I'm allergic, I got a raised eyebrow. I won't be going back! Save your money.

19/07/2026: I came on Friday, July 17th. I ordered at the kiosk, but the printer was already out of paper. I ordered takeout, paid, picked up my order, and went home, only to find it wasn't my order! I live 10 km away! I went back to the restaurant, and a waitress noticed the mistake and gave me my order, which had been sitting there warm for over 30 minutes. Needless to say, when I got home, the fries were disgusting (straight to the bin!), the sandwiches were cold and misshapen, the drinks were flat, and the ice had melted! And to top it all off, the waitress was unpleasant! Train your staff and improve your recruitment practices, and you'll stop losing customers! I'm done! Order 88
