14/07/2026: Ordered via the app for table service, arrived 25 minutes later and was incomplete (no fries, one less sandwich, no toy in the Happy Meal...). 10 minutes later, we were brought two small fries instead of two large and one small... You need to review your organization, especially in a location like this where customers have trains to catch and want to eat quickly... 45 minutes to be served properly at McDonald's, I've never seen anything like it...

13/07/2026: A good restaurant... with a warm welcome.

09/08/2026: We have been coming here regularly as a family on Sundays for years to have a crêpe or a coffee. We waited for someone to seat us, which was done quickly. I should mention that my daughter preferred to get a scoop of ice cream from Jeff de Bruges in the shopping center. Once we were seated, the waiter explained that he couldn't serve us because we already had ice cream from another vendor in the shopping center and that he asked us to leave and eat it on the bench. I would also like to point out that this isn't the first time we've come with our daughter, who prefers a scoop of ice cream to a Belgian hot chocolate. I am very disappointed by this situation, especially since we were already seated with our menus in hand. We will not be returning for afternoon tea or lunch, even though we have been coming for years.

28/07/2026: A fantastic restaurant! The quality is consistently excellent, the service is impeccable, and the staff are truly top-notch and always smiling 😃 even during peak hours. I highly recommend this establishment. The large parking lot is very easy to access and convenient for people with reduced mobility, with several disabled parking spaces. 19/07/2026: The meal was very good; the beef was well prepared. It's a shame one of the head waiters wasn't friendly, but the young servers were very good and energetic.

16/07/2026: Cold atmosphere, mussels of very poor quality, expensive for what they are. The owner was very cold, never smiled. Avoid at all costs.

08/08/2026: Very disappointed. The waitress was very inattentive, the duck breast was overcooked, there was no bread, and the toilets were disgusting. And it wasn't just the cleanliness of the service; the walls and floors must have been neglected for a very long time.

02/08/2026: The food is good and plentiful, but I think it's a shame that only fries and salad are offered as sides. The service is friendly, but you can tell the servers are overwhelmed. It's really packed during peak season, and unfortunately, there aren't many of them. As a result, we waited a very long time for our drinks, and in the end, our main courses arrived almost simultaneously. The atmosphere is pleasant; despite the crowds, it's still a comfortable place.

17/07/2026: Excellent Asian restaurant in the Saint-Lazare district. The menu is reasonably priced for the area, and the portions are quite generous. We've been customers for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly.

22/06/2026: Hello, I strongly advise against this restaurant. The spring rolls are as hard as a rock, barely edible. The rice and chicken are yesterday's leftovers; everything is hard and microwaved. I saw cockroaches crawling around. There's no heating or ventilation, and it reeks of fried food. Shameful, shameful, shameful, shameful, shameful, shameful, shameful!

26/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!!! They only accept credit cards for purchases over €20! I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes for €13, and they told me I had to buy a drink and a lighter. I said it was mandatory, and the woman refused to serve me because "she didn't like my behavior." Absolutely unacceptable!!

22/07/2026: A very pleasant place; the new management has revitalized this bar, located very close to the famous Croisette. Friendly welcome and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

27/07/2026: I read the reviews and thought I'd give this restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, the reviews were right. The food was very bland, we weren't served wine or water, we had to make our own. Glasses and plates weren't cleared, and the cheese was covered in flies. The desserts were good. We weren't even greeted. Disappointed.

22/07/2026: Very good. Calm. Quick. A minor issue during my visit with the meal. The rice wasn't cooked enough? There was too much dressing in the salad, and the tiramisu wasn't soaked at all: I had to ask for a coffee to moisten it.

09/06/2026: Honestly, I went to the store for the first time to buy a tart and some undercooked chocolate croissants. The tart was inedible, very hard, and the service was appalling. No hello, thank you, or goodbye. What kind of saleswomen are you? Honestly, I won't be recommending this store. Frankly, it's a store to avoid. The merchandise is terrible. If you like things very, very overcooked and very dry, it's unbelievable but true.

15/05/2026: Superb and very attractive window displays, a great welcome from very pleasant and professional saleswomen, quality products – the strawberry Tropezienne is a delight and the pastries are top-notch, always satisfied.

27/02/2026: 2nd time here, cool vibe, great FLAT WHITE. Try the Carrot Cake. Laptop heads, use appropriate laptop stations and you’re good to go. Will come back again.

10/02/2026: This place could be a gem, but the owner's welcome was so poor… At first, I thought it was me personally, then I realized it was the same with almost all the customers… I don't understand what they did to him.

22/02/2026: I made a reservation on February 9th for lunch on February 22nd (9 people, celebrating my mother's 86th birthday), and I only found out the day before, by chance when I called, that the restaurant was closed due to water damage! I have to find another restaurant in the area, knowing that practically all restaurants are closed on Sundays! We're not in Paris! Dear restaurant owners, it is UNACCEPTABLE and APPALLING to have shown NO RESPECT whatsoever for not informing me, especially since you had asked for my mobile number. You have lost regular customers. I will not be speaking to you.

06/08/2026: The welcome was as cold as poorly reheated frozen pizzas. The bowling lane broke down several times per game. Prices were high, but there was a good variety of games and drinks. If you really want to go bowling, go for it; there's not much competition in the area.

06/08/2026: Bowling and a decent selection of activities. However, the food... It was my first experience with a pizza that was both burnt on the edges and cold (almost frozen...) in the center. Drinks were overpriced.

29/03/2026: A perfect meal for a theoretically tourist destination! From the service, the magnificent view to the execution of the dishes, everything was 10/10!! A very pleasant experience that became a memory!

22/03/2026: Not worth it. Extortionate (£50 for a burger?), and not justified by the quality. Food was distinctly average, took some time to gets drinks, and the toilets were dirty/no paper. Nice views but you can find that somewhere with a bit of soul/quality.

24/05/2026: It's impossible to order inside McDonald's after 11:45 PM. We were turned away today, and the security guard told us to order through the drive-thru. Don't rely on the hours on Google Maps. It's impossible to eat inside.

19/05/2026: I ordered a raspberry cookie for takeaway this evening, but I received a Pecamp walnut cookie which I'm sure is quite old…
