21/07/2026: It had been over four years since my last visit to this establishment, and it's still perfect. I have absolutely no complaints; the value for money is excellent, and the staff is welcoming. I highly recommend it.

20/07/2026: A fantastic discovery! Without a doubt, one of the best ice creams I've ever had. The raspberry ice cream is simply incredible: an intense flavor, a smooth texture, and a true fruit aroma. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the artisanal expertise. The cones are perfectly crisp, the waffles are delicious, and everything is utterly indulgent. Admittedly, it's a bit more expensive than some other ice cream shops, but the quality more than justifies the price. It's better to pay a little extra for ice cream this good! If you're looking for an excellent ice cream shop, go for it without hesitation. I recommend this place 100%, and I'll definitely be back! 🍦✨

24/09/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. An hour's wait for a single order, no one to help us, and they still managed to make a mistake! Plus, they were completely unprofessional, laughing around as if they owned the place. Are you at work or a leisure center? I don't understand! These employees seem to have been pulled out of thin air.

31/05/2026: The waiter needs to improve his manners; it seems to depend on who you are. We waited 20 minutes without being served. We wanted to go there, but other customers told us to avoid it.

02/07/2026: A very varied Asian buffet with friendly and attentive staff. Worth a visit.

29/06/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! €140 for 2 adults and 4 children! Huge, green-fleaed flies everywhere, and don't even get me started on the rotten serimi, which was at least three days old and smelled awful! I was charged €10 less and they told me they were sorry 🤑 Thanks for this lovely, rotten evening 😉

06/02/2026: Having been a regular at Gemini, I went there today and it's now a completely new restaurant, French instead. The food is good, but the portions aren't very generous and it's a bit pricey for what I expected compared to Gemini, which was there before.

29/12/2025: If you are GF, this was the best Gluten-free meal that we had in Paris. The pastas can be made with GF penne and the pizzas can be made GF. This was not a tourist trap and felt like a quaint, local eatery.

27/09/2026: We arrived around 10:30 PM and still hadn't been served. They looked at us but didn't come to greet us. We called out to them inside the bar, and they told us it was coming, but for no one to come and do this all the time is unbelievable. I don't understand why they look us in the eye but don't come to serve us, and even worse, when we call them, nothing at all. The blonde waitress was even more haughty next time. She took a cigarette break every 20 seconds. We were invisible, like ghosts, Casper the Ripper, a prank, basically.

18/09/2026: The food is very good, however, there are only 3 microwaves for the entire restaurant, which makes the wait long when we're on our lunch break for work and need to eat quickly. The price is quite high for a lunch break, and unfortunately, I won't be going back as often as I do elsewhere. The jar concept is nice, but you get burned when you take the jar out of the microwave, and it's not easy to open. Perhaps they could consider using a different container?

05/09/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't see anything comparable to homemade or healthy options here, only ultra-processed industrial dishes (hot meals or salads). Just take a look at the ingredients list. Naturally, the taste isn't there either. Nothing extraordinary in itself, but the name of the establishment can lead to disappointment.

22/09/2026: My first Rougail Sausage! Excellent, and the rum cake dessert was so delicate and gourmet! Such generous service, thank you for the warm welcome!

03/10/2026: Cozy bistro, perfect service, we ate fish and chips, steak, and salad. They were wonderful. It was worth it.

22/09/2026: I'm back after six years, accompanied by my dear father and my six-month-old daughter. And what a surprise it was: a bistro just the way we like them! Completely renovated, an upgraded menu, and a Paris-Brest that would make François Régis Gaudry and his friends blush with delight! A special shout-out to Tom and Maxime for their service and professionalism. Especially when a senior couple had the nerve to deliver a masterful: "Thanks for ruining our lunch with your mess!" And this, just as my baby was expressing her joy at enjoying a zucchini mash with seared salmon flakes and a delicious virgin sauce 😅 Thank you Les Mouettes, we had a precious and memorable family lunch. 30/08/2026: The owner was awful, the food wasn't fresh at all, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. When you see the state of the meat, you're horrified.

19/09/2026: Excellent homemade food...the prices are reasonable...The staff forgot to bring us the rice and ravioli, but when we went back to get them, they apologized and offered us a Coke...moreover, the waiters are very kind and attentive...

31/08/2026: We were regulars. We ordered every Friday night, sometimes even more! Since the change in management, there's been a lot to complain about. They no longer offer us a complimentary drink. Now, an unfriendly woman insists that we have to pay for drinks! Furthermore, I've twice had to spit out the salmon sashimi because it tasted so bad. Since then, we've stopped going to this restaurant, which we'd been loyal to for over 10 years (through two changes of ownership). I think it's appalling to cut corners on the quality of the fish in a "Japanese" restaurant.

07/10/2026: We spent two weeks on holiday in Landrellec and ate at Le Macareux twice. The first time was on my birthday. It was outstanding. From the appetizer to the dessert, simply delicious. The little amuse-bouche was a delight. The service was exceptional, incredibly friendly, and patient with my limited French (I haven't spoken it in 40 years), but everything worked out perfectly. On the last day of our holiday, we simply had to eat there again! 😉 It was excellent once more. The restroom was clean. Opposite the bar, there seems to be a regulars' table; we felt completely at ease. It was lovely to see young and old sitting together, enjoying a drink and lively conversation. We are so glad we found this wonderful restaurant. Many thanks! 😊

21/09/2026: Run away! We first ordered a strawberry Italian ice cream for our 4-year-old, which cost €4. Unfortunately, the ice cream was crystallized, with a very strong watery taste and was really unpleasant. Our daughter didn't like it at all. We then ordered another ice cream for her, this time with whipped cream, for a total of €6. But the most unpleasant thing wasn't just the price: it was the owner's attitude. Our 4-year-old had just woken up from her nap and didn't say "please" when asking for her ice cream. I obviously said it for her, being as polite as possible. Despite this, the owner felt entitled to correct her in front of the other customers and insist that she say "please" herself. It's perfectly possible to teach a child manners without flaunting them or making them uncomfortable in front of everyone, especially at 4 years old and right after a nap. Not to mention the bar, which is particularly outdated and reeks of mustiness, unfortunately not making the experience any more pleasant. €10 for two ice creams, one of which our daughter didn't even like, a run-down establishment, an unpleasant smell, and, to top it all off, a public remark to a 4-year-old: frankly, avoid this place. Especially since in much more modern and chic establishments in Perros-Guirec or Trébeurden, ice creams are around €3.50, with extras that barely cost the price of the ice cream itself. A very bad experience, both in terms of the quality of the products and the service and the atmosphere. We won't be going back.

17/09/2026: We received a rather unpleasant welcome when a group of young hikers arrived: a long wait, being ignored, etc. However, we were treated with a bit more friendliness later on during the meal.

12/09/2026: Very reasonable price, set menu (starter, main course, dessert, drink) for 19 euros. Very good, friendly waiters, quick service.
