Each dish evoked emotion, perfectly complemented by exquisitely chosen wines. The atmosphere is intimate. A warm and welcoming atmosphere with staff who know their ingredients and how to showcase them beautifully. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

05/12/2025: Truly the worst Michelin experience I’ve ever had, and the worst meal I had in 2025. Boyfriend said it was nearly comical, we watched them spill dessert on a persons jacket, run around frantically, take 1 hour to bring us next course and unapologetic. Watched manager try to wrangle his team but there was no hope 😅 Honestly good for them- bamboozling us for money for the worst meal they could have conjured. Save your money or literally go anywhere else. 🫠

04/12/2025: A wonderful experience alone at the bar, with a front-of-house team just the way we like them: relaxed yet highly professional, perfectly complementing a kitchen team that does a remarkable job under sometimes challenging conditions, guided by Chef Flavio, who is as passionate as a volcano but exudes the calm of a great chef. 15/02/2026: A wonderful Valentine's Day experience! The menu was delicious, a delightful discovery of new flavors. The service was impeccable, with no waiting between courses. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful. I highly recommend it! ☺️ Thank you for the lovely little rose at the end of the meal.

30/12/2025: For me, the best restaurant in town...never disappointed...pleasant and attentive owners, exceptional ingredients magnificently enhanced by the cuisine. Saddened by one comment left here regarding the supposedly interminable wait time (if you don't have time, don't go to a restaurant just to annoy everyone)....moreover, if the owner makes a mistake or makes you wait, he systematically buys you champagne to apologize...and the comment doesn't mention that... I highly recommend this place. Always a delight for the taste buds.

13/12/2025: Open kitchen, interesting and varied menu, with beautifully presented dishes. Excellent service, friendly atmosphere. It's hard to find a better place in the area for fish and seafood lovers. The dishes are prepared right before your eyes: everything is ultra-fresh, straight from the sea. Surprisingly, the place isn't very crowded, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit, a place you'll want to return to again and again.

25/02/2026: Incredible starter, main course, and dessert. You can taste the excellent culinary skill behind it. The selection is extensive and caters to all tastes. The price, while admittedly high, is more than justified given the quality of the food served. I highly recommend this gourmet restaurant, typical of the Blois region. We will return and recommend it!

21/03/2026: An amazing location, perfect for ski in and out. Heated ski lockers underneath building and straight out onto slopes. We upgraded our room for a mountain view and we're really pleased with our apartment. Fabulous views and away from any noise below. Quiet area of resort though, so didn't expect this to be much of a problem, however the views were incredible. Accomodation was great and very clean. Reception staff were very helpful and a nice touch being able to order croissants/ bakery bits night before. Skied with ESF ski school who were very good. Walk into the main town was approx 15 mins away. Cafes nearby though. Nearby shops could deliver food to apartment if required. Drove to resort and parking underneath the hotel made our arrival and departure very easy, trolleys available to load luggage up, to take to apartment. Lots of parking spaces. Did need snow chains to exit resort on last day. Picked up online ordering of ski passes in hotel reception. Everything seemed to be covered to make our stay very straightforward. Spa, though was a disappointment. Outside saunas did not work during our week and only 1 of the steam rooms. Swimming pool was lovely though.

28/02/2026: I've been coming to this establishment for almost 30 years, once or twice a year, and it's always a pleasure. A former mountain farm in the Haut Doux region, transformed into a restaurant, this place has a real soul. Even the drive up the snowy road is part of the experience—sometimes a little adventure, but always a memorable moment. The food is simple, authentic, and delicious, just the way we like it in the mountains. And then there's that huge fireplace… where potatoes baked in foil gently warm on a vast bed of embers. An image that perfectly captures the warm atmosphere of the place. A place steeped in history, welcoming, and genuine. Thank you again for this delightful experience, every time I visit.
