11/08/2026: This restaurant is the best I've ever been to! Patrick, the owner, is incredibly friendly. A truly great cook (and pastry chef!)! A true artist! He's passionate about his work, but also very down-to-earth and approachable. His partner, Kéra, is very graceful and always smiling. She deserves a lot of credit because she's a night-shift caregiver in a nursing home and she also works as a waitress at the restaurant. Respect, Madam! I know this restaurant well now and I'll be going back soon. When my friends and I say "let's go to Patrick's for dinner," it's already a pleasure even before we arrive! 05/08/2026: Was staying in a hotel close to this restaurant and what a surprise it turned out to be. Owner and staff really friendly, food presentation lovely. Quite an unexpected perfect evening!

12/07/2026: It's Sunday, July 12th, and we were lucky enough to get a table without waiting. We received a warm welcome, and the starters, main courses, and dessert were extraordinary, along with a lovely little digestif 🤣. This is our third time there, and it's always top-notch! Thank you to the whole team, you're the best!

06/07/2026: Nothing special, the menu is always the same and the fish is frozen. I don't recommend it.

20/08/2026: We came this Thursday with four adults and two children. We received a very warm welcome from Jean-Marie, who immediately made us feel at ease. He offered us the daily menu, which was excellent, and was very attentive to us, especially our two young children. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this family-run restaurant with its homemade food; it was a real treat. We look forward to returning.

18/08/2026: My son and I had a wonderful time. We ordered tuna takati and a pork chop, both served with new potatoes. Delicious! For dessert, we had floating island and a slice of lightly toasted brioche topped with vanilla ice cream: equally delicious. The waitress was also lovely and the atmosphere very pleasant. 02/08/2026: Best pizzas in Paris! A small neighborhood pizzeria with exceptional quality. My husband and I first encountered it when it was only a takeaway on Rue Oberkampf almost 40 years ago (1986). Then, due to renovations, it had to close, and for a while, not living in the neighborhood, we didn't know it had moved to a new location where you can also eat in. Recently, we were delighted to rediscover Daniel and his excellent pizzas. This little pizzeria has maintained all its qualities since its beginnings: a real treat with good ingredients, a flavorful crust, generous toppings, very reasonable prices, and a warm welcome. Go there with complete confidence, and you'll be won over! Marc and Laurence

25/08/2026: While visiting Bayonne, we chose this restaurant somewhat randomly. I must admit that the 4.3 rating on Google seems a bit low. We received a very warm welcome, the homemade punch at €2 was unbeatable, and the set menu for €20 was also unbeatable. The charcuterie platter, burger, and dessert were perfect. Well done!

The cuisine is refined, generous, and perfectly executed, featuring beautiful ingredients and flavor combinations that truly showcase Greek gastronomy. Each dish is meticulously crafted, while maintaining a distinct identity and a generous helping of indulgence. The service is also impeccable: professional, attentive, and warm, with that perfect balance of discretion and availability that makes all the difference in a fine dining establishment. As someone accustomed to fine dining and gourmet restaurants, I find that Mavrommatis has absolutely nothing to envy in the best restaurants in the capital. It's a restaurant that fully deserves its reputation, and I will be delighted to continue frequenting it. Thank you again for these three wonderful experiences, and see you very soon!

06/07/2026: Mavromatis has deserved its Michelin star for a quarter of a century. And it's not likely to lose it anytime soon. Between the amuse-bouches and petits fours, a beautiful starter: a revisited fish soup (delicious), Bresse chicken and snail croquette (delicious), and a very elaborate dessert (delicious)... it's easy to see why Mavromatis opened its second restaurant next door, Les Délices d'Aphrodite. At the flagship restaurant, you're treated like royalty, by an attentive and discreet team, taking excellent care of you. The breads are homemade, the Greek wines wonderfully chosen. A beautiful setting, elegant and understated, with well-spaced tables. Everything to please, including a selection of relatively affordable menus, considering the quality. In short, more than ever, highly recommended!

16/08/2026: A surprise lunch organized by my sweetheart for my birthday. I knew of it by reputation but had never been. What a wonderful discovery! First, the setting, just the way I like it: soft music, tablecloths, beautiful tableware, a family atmosphere. Then, the warm welcome, all smiles and attentive service. And the food! The chef comes to greet you at the beginning and end of the meal, making sure you're satisfied. I thoroughly enjoyed it; a perfectly presented dish, delicious flavors right through to dessert. 09/08/2026: A very pleasant first experience at L'Amandier. The welcome and service were very friendly and professional, the menu is simple but all the dishes are delicious. The wine pairings were also well chosen. A lovely evening for two on the terrace.
