28/08/2026: After a workout, I was craving a good Italian pizza. Honestly, this restaurant is fantastic. It was my first time there. A huge thank you to the receptionist and the chef for your wonderful welcome. Your pizzas are simply incredible. I had heard about this restaurant and I can confirm that you live up to your reputation. I loved it, I'll be back.

31/07/2026: An impromptu dinner for two on a Friday night. We were greeted and seated with a smile. The menu perfectly blends Italian dishes and pizzas. And the food was very good, good enough that my picky daughter finished two plates. We appreciated the thoughtful touches from the staff throughout the meal and the friendly atmosphere!

14/03/2026: A must-try in the area. We were greeted by a charming person who was humming along to the background music. The menu, written on a chalkboard, offers something for everyone. For my starter, I chose the clams served with a delicious sauce, and for my main course, the pie—a true delight for the taste buds, very generously filled—and for dessert, the succulent and enormous tarte tatin with a luscious cream. For those who love real, homemade food, this is the perfect place. Our dog, Vaya, was welcome and had her own bowl of water. The Northerners thank you for this excellent meal.

The service was very pleasant and the food was truly excellent: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious. Special mention for the Confidences Chardonnay white from La Chanteleuserie, recommended by the waiter, which was superb! 🍷 A great place in Coteaux-sur-Loire, which we are happy to recommend.

07/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience! We ate on the terrace as a family and were not disappointed. Everything was excellent from start to finish, from the aperitif to the coffee. To begin, I had an octopus salad, perfectly seasoned, followed by a perfectly cooked cod heart—a delightful discovery. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the ribeye steak with its extraordinary sauce. We highly recommend this establishment, which truly stands out from the crowd!

24/08/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering the eight-course tasting menu, an absolutely wonderful experience that lived up to our expectations. The restaurant richly deserves its Michelin star. Chef Kunihisa Goto demonstrates remarkable creativity, imagining flavor combinations that are as surprising as they are harmonious. His cuisine, a fusion of French and Japanese influences, achieves a particularly precise and subtle balance. Each dish offered unexpected pairings, executed with remarkable finesse and precision. I was captivated by every single dish, without exception, both the savory and sweet options. Among the creations that particularly impressed us, the yellowtail with binchotan charcoal and tempura shiso, the delicate triptych of Japanese bread, foie gras, and unagi (Japanese egg), and the onsen egg with peas, bottarga, and Vin Jaune stand out for their incredible execution. And above all, don't miss the smoked lobster with rosemary: a true revelation, delicate, profound, and exceptionally original. A culinary experience difficult to describe, so unique and perfectly balanced are the flavors. The restaurant's elegance is also reflected in the service: impeccable, attentive, warm, and always smiling. A truly wonderful discovery and a gastronomic experience we recommend without hesitation.

24/08/2026: Simply exceptional. An initiation into travel in eight courses, with a perfect food and wine pairing. Everything flows seamlessly, like a superb melody, without a single false note. The service is exceptionally refined and attentive, which is extremely appreciated. Chef Goto even takes the time to come to the dining room after service. Truly excellence at every level, and for us, an exceptional and memorable evening.

12/06/2026: I absent mindedly made our reservation for the wrong date (off by one whole week) and didn't notice until we arrived. The staff were very kind and still managed to seat us right away as they had just opened. Among four people we had two orders of the fish of the day, one order of steak and one order of lamb chops. Everything was truly delicious. The chocolate cardamom torte was my favorite dessert of the trip so far. The whole experience felt well worth the price.

12/06/2026: While pricey the quality of the food was excellent. I had the fish if the day (would have liked a starch with the bass), and my husband had the lamb chops. Very good.

23/07/2026: We had a wonderful time! The food was delicious: the tataki was particularly flavorful, perfectly prepared, and incredibly fresh. As for the chocolate dessert, it was simply decadent, a perfect way to end the meal. The service was impeccable, with a smiling and attentive staff throughout the meal. We haven't had the chance to enjoy it yet, but the restaurant has a small, shaded terrace that looked very inviting. We'll gladly try it out on our next visit. We highly recommend this restaurant!
