30/09/2026: Good evening, the products and food were good but nothing special due to a lack of flavor.

30/09/2026: Group of 20, two people missing, we were charged for the meals. The main course was decent, nothing special. As for the desserts, the crème brûlée without vanilla needs improvement. The meal was expensive for the quality. (Brasserie-style main course + dessert + coffee for 29 euros) Not very customer-friendly. You can find much better elsewhere.

02/10/2026: Finally, a McDonald's that accepts dogs, THANK YOU! Furthermore, the ice creams were generously served (which is becoming increasingly rare) and the staff were very friendly!

27/09/2026: Impeccable, they even asked us how things were going at the drive-thru! Two ice creams in 3 minutes flat, nothing to complain about!

08/08/2026: I ordered a maître d'hôtel pizza from the vending machine in Roye at lunchtime today, and I got what I think was a four-cheese pizza because it says 4F on the box, and it definitely smelled like cheese! This is contrary to the receipt, which clearly states what I ordered. We ate it anyway, but it wasn't at all what I wanted. It's a shame because I couldn't contact the restaurant; it was closed. Up until now, I've been very satisfied. Perhaps they should pay more attention to how they store the pizzas.

19/07/2026: A pizza for 12 bucks... nothing special, vacuum-packed potatoes... That says it all.

02/09/2026: I bought two kebab sandwiches without a drink, and the vendor charged me for two meals and refused to give me the difference. The sandwiches were inedible. Avoid at all costs.

01/04/2026: Hello, this is a very good little restaurant where you can eat well all you want for €12. There's nothing to complain about. Of course, you're not served like in a 5-star restaurant, but the price isn't the same. You have to know what you want. I eat there every time I go down to Brive and I've never been disappointed.

08/07/2026: The goat cheese and honey pizza went straight in the bin! The smell was nauseating, the taste was awful! Avoid it!

10/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! I come to this restaurant regularly and I'm always warmly welcomed. The waitress is truly friendly, smiling, and pleasant, which makes each visit even more enjoyable. The dishes are delicious, with plenty of choice, quality ingredients, and elegant presentation. The restaurant is also very clean, which is always appreciated. I happily recommend this place, both for the quality of the food and the warm welcome. It's always a pleasure to eat there!

14/09/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. If you are Khaleeji or with Khaleeji friends you are asked to pay over 200€ just to sit in the table! A JOKE. We felt singled out and discriminated against because of where we come from. No customer should feel that their nationality determines how they are treated or what conditions they are given to make a reservation. The service was just as bad. The staff were rude, dismissive and showed very little respect or basic manners. What makes it worse is seeing reviews from other customers describing similar problems with the staff going back years. It’s disappointing to see the same complaints about their attitude and customer service and apparently very little has changed. Cleanliness is another serious concern. We saw a mouse in the hallway. For a restaurant at this price point this was shocking and immediately made us question the hygiene of the place. Maybe try calling pest control? I would not recommend La California. There are plenty of places in Cannes where customers are treated with basic respect and not racist.

13/09/2026: We visited in early August, and unfortunately, the experience left a very bad impression. The fact that they impose a minimum charge specifically on Khaleejis is honestly shocking. It says a lot about how this place chooses to operate and treat its customers. What made it even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were extremely rude and acted as if this were the only place anyone could possibly go to in Cannes lol. The arrogance was completely unnecessary. A lot of my friends and I ended up cancelling our plans to visit because of this experience. Cannes has plenty of amazing places where guests are actually welcomed and treated with respect. With that kind of attitude, they can keep it.

16/08/2026: We had an American-style burger with meat, salad, etc., which was very good, but the fries were disappointing. They were very hard on the outside. The service was quick.

13/08/2026: I had read the numerous negative reviews, but we still wanted to try it. Our disappointing opinion reflects the quantity. The American sandwich was terrible, the portion size was mediocre, they don't accept restaurant cards or holiday vouchers, and to top it all off, the owner literally mocks customers when they ask for information. It's shameful; several families in our family overheard him. He deserves to be shut down; he's lucky to have holidaymakers coming, otherwise he'd go bankrupt. My only advice: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
