15/12/2025: Fantastic hotel, ideally located on the northern outskirts of Bordeaux and close to the motorway. A great stopover for those traveling along the Atlantic coast when you're feeling tired. In the countryside, far from the usual hotel chains, you'll receive a warm welcome and can enjoy an exceptional dinner with thoughtful presentation and special touches. Highly recommended.

11/04/2026: New ownership, but clearly not a change in product quality. Clearly a bakery for tourists. I went back after the change of ownership hoping the new owners would improve the quality. Huge disappointment. There isn't a single decent bakery on Rue Sainte, which is a real shame.

01/06/2026: It's noon. Service has just started, yet the place is far from clean. Bits of food are scattered all over the service counter, and a sort of flexible, aluminum-colored wine box sits on top of the seeds at the end of the display case... It's a real shame because the quality of the food (in this case, a poke ball) was very good, and the service was pleasant.

27/05/2026: Family lunch on Friday, May 15th. My wife and son loved the maki. I loved the Dan Dan Mian. You can eat in, order takeout, or have it delivered. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fresh, high-quality products. I recommend it ;)

27/03/2026: I received two pizzas delivered through Uber Eats that didn't match my order, and the restaurant told me it wasn't their problem. They choose to make money through Uber Eats but refuse to take responsibility for any mistakes they or Uber Eats might make. Outrageous.

24/07/2026: Chocolate treat bought this morning at 9 am. Unfortunately, it was from yesterday, thrown away where it unfortunately...

23/06/2026: When I approached the waitress at the bar, I told her I wanted a coffee, and she told me to sit in the small lounge. I waited 20 minutes and was never served! So I left without ordering anything. I should mention that there were only three people in the room.

26/07/2026: Frankly, it's become way too expensive for what's offered, and often there are lots of empty trays if you're not there right when it opens, like sushi, maki, shrimp, grilled salmon, shrimp fritters. It's annoying on an all-you-can-eat buffet, so we're restricted, especially since we don't eat meat there. And the service isn't great lately; we used to come 3 or 4 times a year, but now we're done.

15/07/2026: Best restaurant in Alsace (in my opinion). There's a lot of choice and it can accommodate a huge number of people. It's just in a hidden location, so if you don't know Mulhouse and the surrounding area, you'll need GPS. (Note from June 14, 2026: I think it's a real shame that it's closed, but it's just being renovated (supposedly)). Note from July 15, 2026: I went to look at some reviews of the restaurant, so I don't know if it's because I always went there on weekends, but compared to what I said and thought, it's a different story.

16/05/2026: Fourth baguette free... false advertising. Actually, it all depends on the saleswoman... if she likes you, great, otherwise, full price! Example: 2 white baguettes and 2 seeded baguettes, usually €4.30. This morning, €5.40.

30/07/2026: EXCEPTIONAL!! I highly recommend it! The cuisine is of very high quality! A very warm welcome, and a very interesting and enriching conversation after the meal. Wine paired perfectly with each dish, and an explanation of the pairing after we finished. The semi-cooked foie gras is EXCELLENT, the cassoulet is extraordinary. And the steak tartare, prepared right next to the table, far surpasses any I've ever had before thanks to its "special" ingredients!

25/07/2026: For the second time, a must-try restaurant in this region. The owner is very professional, expertly pairing wines with meals and challenging conventions to introduce new flavors. I highly recommend it. 🤩

15/07/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. The meal was inedible, and the experience was deplorable from beginning to end. It's by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Shortly after the meal, my girlfriend and I started feeling very unwell. She experienced severe nausea, vomiting, violent stomach cramps, and was so weak that even speaking required an effort. I didn't feel well either. It's impossible to say for sure what caused it, but this experience completely ruined our day. For the price we paid, it's simply unacceptable. I will never set foot in that place again, and I strongly advise against going there. There are far better options elsewhere.

11/07/2026: This kebab shop is an institution; we've been going there for over 25 years. One of the few places that serves veal! Excellent meat; I recommend eating in or getting a sandwich to go! A real treat, a delight! I truly don't understand the bad reviews.

28/07/2026: The waiter was incredibly unpleasant; I definitely do not recommend this bar.
