You should be ashamed because things like this are very serious. We almost let a child taste your meringues, etc. You're really not happy with what you're doing! Never again! We went on July 19th, and they were 7 days past their expiration date—a disgrace!

17/07/2026: I should have checked the latest reviews before coming! I ordered a pan bagnat and a chocolate éclair for €9.90!!!! Seriously, that's incredibly expensive, and the quality just wasn't there! A little tuna, one egg, and two slices of tomato (it's a shame you can't take a picture). The waitresses were rushed and not particularly friendly. I arrived from the train station with two bags and my suitcase on my side. After paying and collecting my order, I asked for a bag... it was 20 cents... (without a smile and in a friendly tone). I should have just handed over my credit card for 20 cents! I'm disappointed and I won't be back!

20/07/2026: Hello, I placed a delivery order last week. Upon receiving it, the Coke had spilled in the bag and was completely soggy, making it undrinkable, both food and drinks. Today, I placed another order and paid extra for the FIFA glasses. The result: they were missing from the order. So I called the restaurant to report the problem. They told me that "it happens" and that if I wanted the glasses, I would just have to come and pick them up. This is not the service I paid for when I chose delivery. And don't even get me started on the customer service: the person on the phone was incredibly dismissive, telling me, "Yeah, well, it happens, sometimes you forget." Two orders, two problems, and customer service that makes absolutely no effort to find a solution. This is very disappointing and falls far short of the expectations one has for a brand like McDonald's. In the end, I paid delivery fees, service fees, and an extra charge for the FIFA glasses, but the order I received simply didn't match the one I ordered. This is unacceptable. Which, by the way, isn't an isolated incident at this McDonald's.

This is understandable, but we shouldn't have to bear the brunt of it. Especially since I've worked in fast food and know this industry, but the basic rule (which may have changed since then) is to speak politely to the customer (even if you think they're an idiot). A smile and basic politeness have also disappeared. Not to mention the wait at the drive-thru, then at the counter... the word "fast" in "fast food" has also vanished. Management is also responsible for this decline in customer service by not providing the necessary staff, generating stress and poor behavior from overworked and stressed employees that the customer shouldn't have to endure. In short, deeply disappointed...

25/06/2026: As a long-time customer, I've finally decided to leave a review because the quality has become catastrophic. ⬇️ The so-called "homemade" fries are consistently black, undercooked, soggy, and tasteless. Making homemade fries is pointless if the result is this bad. It seems like the potatoes used are poor quality and the cooking process is completely uncontrolled. The meat seems to sit pre-cut on the side for a long time, waiting, before being served and cooked again, resulting in an extremely dry and tasteless dish. Instead of the thin, freshly sliced ​​meat we expect, we get overcooked, dry, and difficult-to-eat chunks or crumbs. The most disappointing thing is that this restaurant used to be much better. I've been ordering from them for years, and the decline in quality is striking. I've given them several chances by placing numerous orders, but the result is always the same: mediocre products, sloppy preparation, and no consistency. A huge disappointment for long-time customers. One star, because unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option.

14/06/2026: This hotel is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star establishment. It honestly barely deserves 3 stars, more like 2. It's very outdated, poorly maintained, the pool was broken and unusable (we weren't even informed before our stay), and the breakfast was 100% pre-packaged, yet still cost €21 per person. The staff were friendly but untrained and very poorly dressed. There's a hotel undergoing major renovations right across the street. The competition is going to be fierce.

14/06/2026: We chose this hotel for the pool…unfortunately it was closed, but we weren't informed beforehand. The garden was poorly maintained, and there were only four sun loungers for the entire hotel. The reception was cold, and the room was comfortable but not spotless (a lightbulb was out, the toilet seat was broken…). Nothing lived up to a 4-star rating except the price. We won't be returning.

26/07/2026: Very generous portions. You won't leave hungry, and the staff are very friendly. It's a shame about the toilets, which are, to put it mildly, disgusting. There was pee everywhere on the floor, the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned, and the seat was completely sticky with pee. This has happened twice already. It's as if they're not cleaned every day.

15/06/2026: Not even one star! He didn't want to display the prices like that, so when you pay he'll steal your money. It's a real rip-off. A skewer for three euros, merguez sausages for four euros. A muesli salad for four euros. For six skewers on a plate of chips, it comes to €37. It's outrageous! As if we'd eaten, we'd be on the menu with starter, main course, and dessert.

The cons: Outdated bedroom and bathroom decor (dating from the 70s or 80s), noisy (boiler), no light in the bedrooms (dangerous at night), very long check-in, unhelpful staff (no refund for a double booking). Conclusion: Very poor value for money, the worst Campanile I've stayed at.

14/06/2026: Delicious ice cream and smoothies with original flavors. The super friendly manager even provided water outside for dogs and gave our dog some treats. Thanks again! We highly recommend checking it out.

21/07/2026: Disclaimer: I didn't eat there. However, we broke down in front of this shop two days ago, while I was with my wife and children, and the owner immediately came out to help us. Accompanied by some of his customers, he spent a good half hour getting our old banger running again, all in the blazing sun. He even offered the children some cold water. Solidarity, kindness, generosity: five stars!

We ordered two tacos, but they were filled with a very runny sauce, to the point that there was water inside. The ground beef didn't seem fresh and looked like it had been reused.
