26/07/2026: The hygiene is appalling, both in the dining areas and the restrooms. The food is bad and poorly preserved in the middle of summer (a sandwich left outside in the sun???). The cutlery isn't even washed; I had to ask for disposable cutlery for dining in. Avoid at all costs!

20/09/2026: Attractive prices and a large terrace, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. However, a major drawback was the waiter's lack of friendliness; barely a hello, not even a thank you after paying. Fortunately, a lovely waitress was also on hand to make up for it.

15/09/2026: The bar might be nice, but the waiter made completely inappropriate remarks to a young woman. Let's hope it doesn't happen again ;)

19/09/2026: The wait time was over 15 minutes even though there was nobody in the KFC.

19/09/2026: I ordered tenders at noon today and was disappointed by their size. I returned in the evening with some apprehension, but to my surprise, I received a very warm welcome from the manager, Elodie, and one of her colleagues, Noah. They were very attentive and listened carefully to my problem. They even gave me more tenders. Thank you for your professionalism, even though I know it's not always easy for you.

26/09/2026: What a lovely way to end the day and the week (Friday)! A moment spent on a terrace in Place de la Comédie, watching the passersby and soaking up the Montpellier atmosphere. A special mention to the charming, smiling, and attentive waiter, who didn't hesitate to share a few anecdotes about the city, all while maintaining his good humor despite some less-than-accommodating customers! Thank you for the quality of service, its speed, and above all, your kindness. A wonderful end to the day, just the way we like them! 😊🍹

23/09/2026: Change of management and new prices for the Espresso, which, with the loyalty card, has gone from €1 to €1.90. That's a real shame...

27/07/2026: Well, I've seen it all! Not even a "hello," and they were in a hurry to serve us, even though there were more sales assistants than customers. The food was so-so, not very fresh, and not particularly appetizing. The croque monsieur was served cold inside. But the worst part was the owner and the sales assistants: no smiles, no enthusiasm, and what's with those outfits? Tight shorts for everyone, no safety shoes (which are mandatory because every employee goes into the kitchen), and no hairnets. I watched them all touching their hair, biting their nails... and not washing their hands! Not to mention, they were sitting on the floor filling refrigerators with their hands on the floor. I'm in the food industry, and believe me, if hygiene isn't an issue, there's a serious problem. I was just passing through, but seriously, don't go there. It's shameful.

28/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome and the pizzas were delicious!

23/08/2026: We ordered a pizza with a single side of fries this evening. Very disappointed. The pizza had no flavor, the little tomato sauce was so runny it was almost watery. Not to mention the fries, which were way overcooked and barely edible. For €20, we expected much better. And the same goes for delivery? I live less than 5 minutes from the shop, and they're telling me it's a €40 minimum for delivery? €40? For pizza and fries that aren't worth it. Honestly, don't bother going there; it's not what it used to be.

15/03/2026: Mixed feelings A warm welcome with a smile, a perfect location, and a beautiful setting. (Great branding!) A rather simple and quite small room. Two other points: • The restaurant • Breakfast Breakfast was expensive, with limited choices and no local products; in my opinion, it needs a complete overhaul. But the real drawback lies in the poor quality of the Riva restaurant, especially considering the price of the set menu (€72). The service was mixed, with inexperienced and slow staff, resulting in a very long wait. As for the food, I believe there is a lack of skill and technique. The seared shrimp were far too salty. The foie gras ravioli was well-prepared, but the ginger-infused meat jus, due to a disastrous amount of ginger, became a dish that numbed the palate. The main course was fine, nothing exceptional but decent (be sure to sharpen your knives well as the blades are no longer cutting). The dessert was very good, fresh and pleasant, a lovely ending. Regarding the wine list, it's a shame there are so few regional wines, especially in the selection of wines by the glass. Nevertheless, I thank the staff at Maison Berard for their superb welcome.

18/02/2026: I only used the spa; I had a gift voucher for about 2 hours of relaxation: bubble bath, themed shower, hammam (too hot), sauna + cold bath, and upstairs free herbal tea room, however, the herbal tea was cold!

24/05/2026: A warm welcome from a young woman. The staircase is old-fashioned. The carpet in the room is also old-fashioned. The shutter handle was broken. The bathroom is outdated. The bedding is adequate. Breakfast: flies on the cheese, the cake still in its supermarket packaging, and poorly organized... Very noisy, especially children playing on the stairs in the evening, and the staff said nothing...

20/05/2026: A fantastic new team: welcoming, smiling, and with great advice about our destination. Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds, despite the road. A superb breakfast with a wide selection. There's also a very comprehensive buffet with hot dishes available. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back 🙂. Thank you so much.

29/07/2026: The American Sandwich is really worth it, come and try it, you won't be disappointed by the surprise.

30/08/2026: My family and I have been eating at Sultan's for 10 years now, and the kebab is always so good; I can't imagine eating it anywhere else. The welcome was very warm, thank you Murad and his team! 🥰

25/08/2026: Although the food seemed to be of good quality, there was absolutely no respect for the customer. If you have food allergies, avoid this place at all costs!! Although the dishes could be served with rice, I was served wheat instead (for delivery). If you have an allergy, you can't eat anything that comes into contact with wheat. They refused to change my plate. They only offered me a container of rice instead (I don't know if it will even arrive). When I explained that I couldn't eat the plate, they hung up on me (twice in a row). About twenty euros wasted!

11/08/2026: Low prices, but they should raise them for better food quality. Dirty, flooded toilets. Steak with a half-cooked egg on top. Undercooked fries too. Tiny flank steak.

12/07/2026: Watched the Tour de France on television and had a nice beer. When we were there were no snacks.

29/08/2026: Prices aren't displayed; €10 for a chicken biryani is too much. Check prices before ordering.

01/07/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at Lahore restaurant. The food was okay, but the behavior of some employees completely ruined my visit. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and, at times, seemed rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with a minimum of courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to provide better customer service in the future.

04/09/2026: Last night... 5 pizzas and 1 spaghetti carbonara to go!! Very good... foil in each pizza box and a decent portion of spaghetti!!! All piping hot...

26/05/2026: TOURIST TRAP They write the price in the menu, they make you pay the double, I tell them, they reduced me of 90 cents. Maybe they think they are Smart. Not even a thank you after I bring inside the cup and what I used. Just a turist trap. I’m happy that was empty.

02/09/2026: So, I'm taking the liberty of leaving a rather disastrous review, and I notice that my opinion has already been mentioned. What shocks me most is the appalling attitude of the staff, who are extremely unpleasant. I think a mystery shopper would be welcome to get a better understanding of the attitude your customers are denouncing in your establishment. Furthermore, I've noticed the lack of interest your staff shows when you mention this. I think it would be wise for you, Mr. Manager, to conduct an analysis of your establishment, if I may, because your staff's incompetence is driving away your customers. As a resident of Cannes myself, I will not be returning. Have a nice day.

31/08/2026: Very disappointed. The almond bread, priced at €3.90, was very dry, had no almond flavor, and tasted like it was a day old. Far too expensive for the quality. What a shame.
