21/08/2026: Friday night, family of four. Both my kids wouldn’t have more than a bite of the jambon and champignon pizza which is very unusual. They both instead shared the linguini carbonara with lardon. It was a well-sized portion. I ordered the penne gorgonzola dish and I was positive the order had been incorrect- it didn’t taste at all like gorgonzola. The waiter contested this, but agreed to have the dish prepared again. I could taste a hint of gorgonzola the second time but it was drowned by the cream and was almost soup. My husband had the calzone and it was mediocre. He didn’t finish it. Great location to people watch and kids enjoyed spotting all the street art.

13/08/2026: Great location for drinks and views. Nice staff and quick to deliver. The drinks are a pretty good size and good prizes as well. They will get you some pizza snacks while sitting there and enjoying the view which is nice :) It’s best later in the afternoon as it is in direct sunlight for most of the midday, unless you want a nice tan. Just remember sunscreen ☀️💪🏻 Definitely a recommendation. Go visit and enjoy the views and the drinks 🍹 Although it says Italian Restaurant it is great for drinks outdoors on the square.

21/09/2026: It's a disaster! I live in La Capelette and frankly, I'm disgusted that this bakery is located here. What kind of staff are these? Who do these girls think they are? Would a simple hello or a smile rip their mouths off? The worst part was Sunday at 9:15 a.m.: about ten people waiting, only one person serving while the other sat calmly behind the bakery smoking a cigarette. At 9:15 a.m., with a line that keeps getting longer… it's unbelievable! And it's always the same in the morning: three or four people ahead of you and a 10- to 15-minute wait because only one person is serving while the other is doing something else. The customers have better things to do! In the morning, people are in a hurry; they're going to work, taking their children to school, and they certainly don't have time to stand around in front of a bakery because the service is this slow. I used to stop there to get my son's pain au chocolat, but that's over. I go elsewhere now. And clearly, I'm far from the only one: just read the comments. Perhaps it's time to seriously rethink the organization and, above all, put people behind the counter who actually want to work and serve customers. Because by driving people away, they shouldn't be surprised if they go buy their bread elsewhere.

21/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience today. The service really needs improvement: for me, it's a zero. I can completely understand that busy periods are difficult to manage. I work in fast food and bakeries myself, so I know very well what it's like to have to manage a lot of customers at once and the pressure that can be. But that doesn't excuse everything, especially the way customers are treated. The lack of professionalism of one of your employees, Roxane I believe, is truly appalling. There's a proper way to speak to customers, a proper way to welcome and receive them, even when it's busy and the situation is stressful. It's not the first time I've found this young woman particularly cold, but today was really the last straw. I've never been so shocked by customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I sincerely believe it is important to report this kind of behavior, because customer service and respect should remain a priority, even during busy periods.

20/08/2026: We ate there last night. The setting is splendid and the atmosphere is fantastic. We took advantage of the concert at the Rambler bar to have an aperitif at Côte Brune and then eat there. We ordered the regular Savoyard fondue and the one with charcuterie and potatoes; it was excellent, and the portions were generous. Our children had the chicken nuggets, fries, and ice cream for dessert, which they also enjoyed. I finished my meal with a gourmet coffee, and I find it hard to understand the negative reviews. The meal was very good, and the dessert was very indulgent. Our waitress was extremely kind, and earlier this week we got takeaway pizzas. The owners were also very friendly, and their four-cheese pizza... was amazing! Thank you for this culinary experience; see you next year.

14/08/2026: Review of the pizzas, takeaway only, available in summer. Honestly, it's been a long time since I've had such a good pizza. Very generously topped, excellent crust, for a reasonable price (for the area). I highly recommend the pizzas (August 2026).

23/09/2026: Visually appealing, but the taste doesn't live up to its reputation. The prices are a bit steep too... 😅

15/09/2026: It had been a very long time since I'd tasted the pastries from La Maison Cassée, and I must admit that the products are excellent. Congratulations to the pastry chefs who master this light and flavorful croissant, and this apple turnover where the puff pastry remains the centerpiece...it's very difficult to find the equivalent among competitors. Thank you.

10/04/2026: I sometimes come to your establishments; the breads are varied and the pastries delicious, but the term "pain au chocolat" instead of "chocolatine" here in Albi! That's unacceptable 🙄!

22/03/2026: I stopped by this Saturday, March 21st, around 12:30 PM: only one cashier to handle about ten customers… seriously? The result: a wait, of course. Luckily, the cashier was friendly and professional, because he was clearly doing the work of several people single-handedly. The sandwich was good, no complaints there. But perhaps it's time to adjust the number of cashiers during peak hours, don't you think?

25/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. A very bad experience, mainly due to the waitress's unpleasant attitude. She wasn't attentive at all, and the customer service was truly lacking. I am very disappointed with the welcome and the service. One thing is for sure: I will never return to this establishment.

12/04/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant! No menu… So no choice, it's a set menu! No prices displayed… It's a surprise… you don't know the price of what you're going to eat! We sit down… They bring us rice with half a sausage and a small piece of chicken (What is this? The starter? The main course? The side dish?) They don't explain anything, Then comes the meat (I must say it was excellent) with unlimited fries But I've barely finished my piece of meat… The waitress brings dessert… Still no choice It's lukewarm pineapple And that's the end of the meal For €45 per person!!!!! No atmosphere, unpleasant waitress Who's in a hurry to finish her shift In short, I don't recommend it

14/08/2026: Pastries, viennoiseries, sandwich bread: so little is homemade, and yet they still manage the feat of messing up the baking/defrosting.

05/08/2026: Perfect, top-notch quality for my guesthouse. The Marseille specialties are all there, and my guests ask for the address, which I naturally pass on. Cleanliness, freshness, and crusty, golden bread. I'm very demanding because it's the first smile my guests get at breakfast in my exotic garden. If they're happy, everything is fine. Thank you to Emilie for running this bakery and pastry shop to perfection; I recommend it without hesitation.

21/08/2026: An exceptional bakery, not only for the quality of its products, which are always delicious, but especially for the kindness of its owner. A few years ago, when I was living at the Foyer (a sheltered housing facility), I came in asking for a cake box to transport a cake I had made myself (it wasn't even pretty, lol, photo attached). Knowing my situation, this gentleman gave it to me with immense pleasure. It may seem like just a simple box, but this gesture of generosity touched me deeply at a time when I had nothing. Even today, whenever I bake a cake, I think of this kind gentleman. I also used to come regularly with my small pocket money to buy chocolate croissants. I wanted to sincerely thank him, years later: his kindness will remain etched in my memory forever. An address I wholeheartedly recommend.

25/03/2026: I just walked into this bakery at 8:30 am. I left with a smile; the baker was incredibly kind and had a smile I rarely see around here. Everything is homemade. The "sport" bread is delicious, and so is the pistachio roll. I was looking for a really good bakery near the Gare de Lyon. This one was my choice for today, and I know I made the right decision. Thank you for your kindness.

20/03/2026: While the bakery offers excellent specialty breads, including some very good energy breads with fruit, I was very surprised by the particularly unpleasant welcome from the salesperson: no greeting, curt answers (yes, no), minimal and irritatingly slow service, and no response to our goodbye. The neighborhood has no shortage of bakeries with equally good breads and pastries, and a much warmer welcome.

13/07/2026: We didn't stay overnight. The dining experience was absolutely fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were perfectly seasoned and generous. The welcome was truly warm, thanks to a reservation, even though they were exceptionally closed at lunchtime due to the heatwave. We'll be back with other friends to introduce them to the warm hospitality of the Charente region.

28/06/2026: We visited a few weeks ago as a couple and again this weekend with friends, and we savored every dish. Impeccable service. The owner and his staff are very friendly.

27/08/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was particularly slow, and we waited a long time before being served. We had asked for a carafe of water, which never arrived. When it came time for coffee, I asked for water again: I was finally brought a glass, but nothing for my wife. The portions are very small compared to the prices charged. I had chosen a pan-fried porcini mushroom dish, but unfortunately, the mushrooms were swimming in oil, which was far from what I expected from a dish at this price. What disappointed us most was the difference in treatment between customers. Acquaintances of the restaurant owner, who came to the restaurant at the same time as us, quickly received their aperitifs, a sharing platter, then their main courses and desserts, while we were still waiting. No one asked us if we had enjoyed our meals, or even if we wanted dessert. We truly felt we weren't receiving the same level of attention as some regular or known customers. This is regrettable and, in our opinion, hardly acceptable for a restaurant charging such prices. All customers should be welcomed and served with the same care, whether they are Megève regulars or just passing through. We came hoping to have a good time and unfortunately left very disappointed.

27/09/2026: If the woman making the delivery tonight could be courteous while delivering, instead of being ready to snatch her vehicle and the one in front of her to get into a PRIVATE parking lot and gain 2 meters, that would be very nice and would give a better impression. I was starting out with you, but that's over!

19/09/2026: I've been raving about this pizzeria as the best in Le Havre for over 15 years, especially for its consistently generous toppings—until now! I'm extremely disappointed. I ate a pizza meant for four people in two sittings, and I'm 1.60 meters tall and weigh 55 kilos; I can't imagine having three extra guests. Furthermore, a large pizza (enough for four people) costs €20, while the pizzeria near my house charges €14 for the same meager toppings. It's a rip-off. In short, I don't recognize this pizzeria anymore and I won't be going back.

13/09/2026: A wonderful discovery during a short stay in La Rochelle. It was the menu that first caught our eye, and the location on the old port, without the terrace being overcrowded, which is exactly what we were looking for – peace and quiet. Inside, the lovely decor and jazzy music made our meal romantic. The service was quick and efficient, the staff very friendly, and the dishes delicious, made with fresh ingredients (grilled meats and mixed fish). The desserts were also homemade and excellent (panna cotta and red berry tiramisu). Finally, the view of the port at dusk made everything perfect. A truly great place to recommend and remember.

13/09/2026: The service was excellent, provided by the young woman and man. However, a woman dressed in black who greeted prospective customers was not smiling and had an authoritarian voice (madam, a smile would be more pleasant).
