11/05/2026: I wasn't expecting this kind of experience in a hotel. Upon arrival, it quickly became clear what was going on: a family of foreigners apparently staying there, laundry drying on the windowsills, and the parking lot serving as a test track and car garage. Inside, there was a very unpleasant smell: shoes outside the room doors, weights and hair in the shower and on the bed... The bathroom was old and dirty. It was a mess all night long: doors slamming, children playing in the hallways until 11 pm, people coming and going all night. We couldn't wait to leave.

11/05/2026: Rooms are super small, there is no space for suitcases, no hook for your coats. Breakfast is very limited. There is no elevator.

02/08/2026: The wait time at the drive-thru is ridiculous—20 minutes on a Sunday when there were only two cars ahead of me, and it's always like that at Quick. At other places, it's much faster. Plus, the drive-thru is in direct sunlight, which is unbearable.

02/08/2026: This restaurant doesn't make you want to come back, because the waitresses aren't friendly at all, the burgers were cold, and the wait was too long. It's a restaurant to avoid.

17/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome at the till from Ruben. The cooks, Mathieu and Mika, served us excellent mussels with the attentiveness and good humor you'd expect from a fine restaurant. We were delighted with these employees. However, the young woman who served our ice cream was icy and indifferent.

24/06/2026: This is our second time here! What a shame there's no air conditioning when it's 42 degrees outside, I almost turned around and went back! In the end, my daughter really wanted to go, and she did 😝 a bit hot but bearable... the food was very fresh, the new foie gras sushi was yummy, the spring rolls were very, very average, reheated and reheated again? The samosas had a funny shape but they were very good 😀 stir-fried noodles with no vegetables, nothing, it looked like a plate of spaghetti! The grilled pork was quite good, the shrimp balls had no flavor whatsoever, the beef and cheese skewers, yuck! Overall, it's just average... the waiter was very friendly 😁

04/08/2026: A very bad experience at Wokasi. I'm really disappointed and absolutely dissatisfied with this restaurant. The food was far from satisfactory: the fries were completely dry, several items were tasteless, and the salad didn't even seem to have been washed properly. Personally, I could barely eat anything because I found the food so bad. But the most unpleasant thing was the service. The staff didn't smile and really gave the impression of looking at the customers askance. Given that it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, I find it particularly inappropriate to make customers feel uncomfortable when they serve themselves a full plate. You pay for an all-you-can-eat buffet, so you should be able to help yourself without feeling judged. I left extremely disappointed. For the price, I expected much better, both in terms of the food and the service. Personally, I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and I will not be going back.

01/08/2026: A great place I enjoy visiting with my family quite often. The staff is professional and friendly, and the food is good quality and delicious. I highly recommend it; the prices are reasonable. Impeccable hygiene.

01/08/2026: Just passing through, I thought it might be okay... Everything has already been said about the rooms, the overflowing bins outside, the dirty and poorly maintained common areas, and the mess at reception. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent, a bit pricey admittedly, but very generous. There's no air conditioning, so it's obvious that it's hot in July, with ferocious mosquitoes... What's unacceptable is the restaurant's closure, which isn't mentioned at all, quite the opposite, on the booking website...

21/07/2026: A very bad experience at this hotel. We stayed there during a heatwave, and there was no air conditioning in the room. The heat was unbearable, and despite our request, the staff refused to lend us a fan. Their only response was that renovations were planned soon. This might be a good thing for the future, but in the meantime, solutions should be found for current guests. The room was very dirty upon arrival, with insects infesting it. There was also rust in the bottom of the bathtub, which was very slippery, giving the impression of neglect. The bed was very uncomfortable, which only made our stay worse. The hotel is located right next to the Leroy Merlin landfill, which is already quite unpleasant. The most shocking thing was seeing a rat right in front of the hotel entrance. Given all these problems, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. It is very disappointing to pay for a room under these conditions, especially during periods of intense heat when a minimum level of comfort is expected.

01/08/2026: WORST CLUB IN FRANCE! We got in after paying €6 with a free drink that we never even got... the bouncer and owner were unpleasant, the atmosphere was awful. In short, it was HORRIBLE.

29/06/2026: This is the first and last time I'm going back there. You order whisky and Red Bull or Coke, and I swear on God's life, the whisky was completely overpowered by the Red Bull. 2. The people there are disrespectful. If you're seated at a table, they'll come and sit down without asking, as if no one else is there. I could list many more things. Honestly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

19/07/2026: The waitress quoted us €3.50 per glass, but when it came time to pay, we were quoted a different price, and on top of that, we had to go back to the bar to get our change, which wasn't given to us... Really strange and not right.

05/07/2026: Hello, I came for a drink with my sister, her friend, and my daughter. There were four of us, and we all ordered drinks. Given the recent heatwave, a water bottle was on our table. The manager came over and asked us to remove it, in a very unpleasant tone. When we asked her why, she replied that we didn't bring our own bread to a restaurant, a completely irrelevant comparison. Despite the fact that we were customers, she asked us if we wanted to pay and made it very clear that we should leave, even though we hadn't finished our drinks. She even took our drinks away. Then she told us it wasn't necessary to pay. We said we wanted to finish and pay. A customer seated next to us, shocked by the scene and who had just sat down to order, intervened to denounce her lack of respect and stated that she wasn't leaving. The manager simply replied, "Have a nice day." " It is truly regrettable that an establishment in downtown Orléans is managed with such a lack of respect for its customers. A thorough review of customer service and customer relations is more than necessary."

09/06/2026: Excellent bakery, the bread is good and the pastries delicious, the staff is really welcoming and friendly, and they even give little gifts to the children from time to time.

11/08/2026: The young waitress was lovely, but the owner was awful. She came to take our order, and faced with her rudeness, we decided to leave immediately.

11/08/2026: We discovered this place during a stroll through the village and decided to try the menu. The meal was good and very well presented. The staff who served us were very friendly; unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner, which is a shame.

07/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. The hygiene is appalling, the food was full of flies. 🤮 The service was terrible; the waiter didn't even know what I ordered and was very unpleasant. Way too expensive for a sandwich, everything is extra. First and last time I'll ever set foot in this place.

19/07/2026: I went to the drive-thru at your restaurant today and I am extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a McDeal meal with ice cream, but it was served in a coffee cup with a ridiculously small amount. Frankly, this is unacceptable: it looked more like a sample than an ice cream included in a meal. I also tried calling you twice, but no one answered and both calls were disconnected. I find this experience very disappointing. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem, and based on this experience, I will not be returning to this McDonald's.
