07/07/2026: SCAM - On July 6th at 6 PM, I ordered TWO CHOCOLATE TIGRÉS (a flan) and a croissant. The woman discreetly served me ONE chocolate Tigré but charged me for TWO. I hadn't noticed. It was deliberate; I could see in her eyes that she was acting strangely, but I left, bitterly discovering that evening that I only had one chocolate Tigré. Luckily, I have a kind heart and gave my share to my daughter, who was hoping her father would come home with chocolate croissants for that evening and the following morning... This is undoubtedly not the only time the cashier has pulled this scam, serving only part of the order but charging for the full amount. It's shameful. My advice if you go there: take a receipt! Report it if you are a victim of this pastry shop.

02/07/2026: The pastries were well-made under the previous owner, especially the croissants and pain au chocolat. This time, I bought two croissants that I threw in the bin. They were undercooked and flat. And it's not the first time. So, I'm done with this bakery.

24/07/2026: I have never been disappointed by the food at this restaurant, the welcome is always friendly, I love the Peking dumplings and I always get shrimp chips as a gift.

28/06/2026: I was in the neighborhood and ordered a classic ham and butter sandwich. The bread wasn't cooked properly, and the ingredients, clearly from a supermarket, were stingy. The price was attractive, but the quality left much to be desired. What a shame.

16/07/2026: Three people were stuck in the queue for 50 minutes in the drive-thru when there was no one else there. Incomprehensible... the young man at the register was running around everywhere. The rest of the team was completely inattentive. The organization was a complete failure and there was a serious lack of professionalism among the staff. Avoid this drive-thru at all costs!

13/07/2026: I agree with the many comments denouncing the staff's aggression. If you want to be insulted for no reason, this is definitely the place. It's simply the worst customer experience I've ever had. I went in to politely ask to use the restroom. The bartender told me they were reserved for customers. I then explained that I was with someone who had ordered drinks at the establishment. His response was: "You don't give me orders." (Excuse me, are we on a first-name basis?) What's most striking is that, given the numerous reviews denouncing the exact same problem, there's clearly no self-reflection. According to them, all the customers have a problem with manners, even though the comments consistently point to the same gratuitous aggression.

19/05/2026: We had a drink on the terrace this afternoon. The waiter was incredibly unpleasant, grumbling and swearing under his breath in front of the customers! He should change careers immediately! These businesses are resting on their laurels in a beautiful location and don't make any effort to work because they have a guaranteed clientele! Absolutely no respect for the customer! Go have a drink somewhere else without hesitation!

16/05/2026: I don't usually write negative reviews, but this is a disaster! The service was appalling, the coffee absolutely disgusting, and this restaurant is exploiting the magnificent view of Bormes-les-Mimosas to charge exorbitant prices considering the poor quality of their food. I beg you, avoid this place; don't give a single penny to this malicious and unprofessional team!

03/07/2026: Ordered via Uber Eats I ordered a Royal Bacon meal. So disappointed. The burger tasted good, but I'm still looking for the bacon. The fries… they're not great even when they're hot, but these arrived cold. And given that it was 33 degrees Celsius (91 degrees Fahrenheit), don't tell me it was because of the travel time. I'll never order from them again. Long live BK

08/07/2026: Chose this venue for my brothers birthday. Everything was perfect and the staff are really funny, kind but above all helpful and professional. Will definitely be back !

19/04/2026: Visited the Marie Blachère in Proville on Thursday, April 16th. The saleswoman, Tiphaine, was very friendly and welcoming, as was her colleague Élodie. Special mention also to the gentleman who was preparing the pizzas, Alain (ps: the handsome one) 😂 I asked for a pizza without mozzarella due to an allergy, and they were all very understanding, kind, smiling, and pleasant. That day, we took advantage of the offer and ordered two pizzas: they were perfect, delicious! 🍕 A big thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Very satisfied with this visit! 😊

16/04/2026: I ordered a sandwich. The mayonnaise was shameful; there was nothing inside, no taste, and the establishment was filthy. The toilets were in a deplorable state.

17/01/2026: I came in today to buy my tobacco as usual. I decided to pay by check, but they told me they no longer accept checks, even though I know they still do. Lying to a customer is completely unprofessional, especially since I've paid by check several times before and there's never been a problem. I don't understand why they lied. And I know you still accept checks! Frankly, I'm very, very disappointed and I advise you against going to this tobacco shop. I'll go back in a few days to see if they refuse me again!
