25/05/2026: I travel every week. I've never seen a hotel in such a dilapidated state: carpets and walls in a terrible condition, mold in the bathroom, unidentified substances stuck to the bathroom radiator… Simply scandalous.

23/07/2026: I hadn't seen the reviews before going in (and they were justified). The owner was very unpleasant 🤦‍♂️ bordering on rude. I think that when you go into an establishment to spend money, customer service is part of the job. A vacation is in order, or perhaps a career change, Madam. 19/07/2026: We ate there last night. The deviled eggs were inedible (they had a strange taste, to the point where I wondered if they were fresh)... I added more salt and pepper, but it made no difference! The mussels marinière were bland and completely uninteresting. The mussels basquaise were passable (thanks to the sauce!). The burger had little flavor, the bun was falling apart because of all the sauce, and the cheese inside didn't even melt! The dessert cup was perhaps the only thing with a bit of flavor (vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce), but the bowl it was served in was completely ruined... broken at the edges (very dangerous) and must have been from the 1950s! The owner was sitting at the corner of the bar doing absolutely nothing... Frankly shameful. The ultimate tourist trap. The only positive point: the incredibly kind and smiling young waitresses who do their best to keep the place running smoothly! (It's for their service and helpfulness that I gave it a second star!) Here's a photo of the state of the fries that were served with the mussels.

18/05/2026: Hotel closed even though I paid, but it's still showing as booked on Booking.com. Be careful

02/05/2026: The establishment no longer exists; it's abandoned. They're scammers. Booking sold me two nights to attend a wedding. I ended up homeless the day before the wedding—a disgrace!

10/07/2026: I just ordered a Caesar salad... no chicken at all, just one egg!!! Thanks a lot, I used to love that salad, but I won't be going back... 13 euros and they don't accept restaurant vouchers today!

18/06/2026: The service was terrible; since this woman arrived, it's become a disaster! She yells and shouts at the customers! She tries to dictate the size of drink I order! Normally, you offer customers what they ask for and charge them for it! Unfortunately, I'll never go back!

29/07/2026: Honestly, skip this place, don't go to this McDonald's. To think we were hesitating between this and Burger King, what a mistake! A 40-minute wait in total, at 11 PM, is outrageous for two sandwiches. And on top of that, I had to ask for beef four times; they barely listened. I checked, and they gave me a chicken sandwich. I asked to change it, waited another 10 minutes, and finally, when I got home, I was left with a chicken sandwich. It's really unfair. And to top it off, they forgot my drink. Terrible customer service, unpleasant to customers, and above all, they don't listen at all. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

29/07/2026: The longest drive-through in France: 10 minutes to place an order and 27 minutes to pick it up, and there were only 5 cars. I asked for an explanation, but even the employee seemed embarrassed.

22/07/2026: Worst restaurant experience of my life… The pizzas looked stale and had a strange taste; I definitely don't recommend it. The staff was very unpleasant. They need to completely overhaul this place!

07/07/2026: Let's start from the beginning: an hour's wait for a €15.20 deal that included a simple margarita and a glass of Fuze Tea. The pizza was incredibly dry, small, and tasteless—just dough and flavorless tomato sauce. And the service? The staff were unpleasant. We asked for a simple glass of water, which they initially refused, but finally served it after some persuasion. Of course, we got the distinct impression that we were bothering them more than anything else. Truly disappointed.

15/05/2026: We like this bakery, but the atmosphere is far from welcoming. We wanted brownies, but the product label wasn't even there. The server took the order labeled "moist hazelnut and fudgy," and we told her we wanted brownies. She replied that they were brownies, and we told her no, because the labels said something else. Her colleague, who was cleaning, loudly and without any shame, told us, "It's obvious it's a brownie and not a fudgy cake." They should label their products better. Also, Marie Blachère uses three different baking methods for their bread, and that's not indicated either. They were cleaning up to finish on time while people were waiting in line. We arrived at 7:00 PM. Instead of apologizing and admitting they were wrong, they blamed the customer for not recognizing the product.

08/05/2026: It's unacceptable for a bakery to take a bill and coins from the previous customer and then grab my bread with both hands without washing them first! Where is the hygiene in a place that sells food? I think there are hygiene rules that should be followed! Furthermore, my bread didn't have the name or price displayed! Very disappointed

12/07/2026: If you want to get sick, you've chosen the right place. The pizza is awful: thin, with no toppings, just a sheet of paper. The man who answers the phone is really unfriendly and unhelpful. He even told me to go somewhere else when I told him the pizzas were poorly topped, thin, and had a dry crust. Avoid at all costs!

12/07/2026: The pizza was dry with nothing on it. €15 for pizzas is very expensive; I wouldn't recommend going there again! And the waiter was unpleasant.

03/08/2026: As the reviews said, the prices are cheap, but the exterior looks unsanitary. I ordered orange chicken and Indian curry fried rice, but they just haphazardly microwaved it for me. The chicken was too salty and mushy, and the fried rice was completely inedible; the outside was dry and hard from the microwave, while the grains inside were all mushy from the moisture. I was really hungry, but I couldn't eat more than a few spoonfuls and left the rest.

13/07/2026: Normally, fast food is meant for quick meals! The wait was incredibly long, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. They must be very disorganized, 😱 and so my hamburger was cold. Otherwise, they made an effort with cleanliness; even the restrooms were clean.

01/08/2026: Probably the worst McDonald's in the area. Mistakes have become the norm. We always ask for burgers without onions, and yet they arrive loaded with them. Omissions are also frequent: one time it's the applesauce that's missing, another time the toy from the Happy Meal... and I'm not even mentioning the Happy Meals loose in the bag without their iconic box. Today, we received an incomplete Spiderman toy: the webbing is completely missing! This might seem trivial to an adult, but for a child eagerly awaiting their toy, it's a real disappointment. With every order, we have to check everything, which is particularly annoying. And despite that, they still manage to surprise us. An occasional mistake is understandable. But when it happens with every order, it's no longer just bad luck, it's a serious lack of attention to detail.

31/07/2026: It would be nice to include forks and such when ordering a takeaway meal. I don't carry cutlery around in my bag, that's ridiculous.

07/05/2026: I paid €5.30 for a ham bagnat. Very expensive for a small round roll, a slice of ham as thin as cigarette paper, and four lettuce leaves. Not even an egg or tomatoes.

15/04/2026: I'm done eating there this morning. I ordered a croque monsieur for €3.60 and there was nothing in it, no dry cream, supposedly the product of the day, and the floor was a mess, overflowing bins everywhere... ugh... There's no management left in there.

07/08/2026: The service was lackluster, the food was bad, the fries were rock hard, the seafood tapas had probably been frozen and defrosted five times judging by the state of the calamari, and the Nutella crepe had probably been there for two hours and reheated in the microwave.

07/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our meal. The calamari was far too overcooked, dry, and rubbery. It really seemed like it had been thawed and then refrozen. The mussels were mostly closed, so there was very little to eat. The crepes seemed to have simply been microwaved and were completely tasteless. For the price we paid, this is truly unacceptable. We expected much better quality. I do not recommend this establishment.
