01/08/2026: Good tart, but… Honestly, it's too hard to remove all the strawberry stems… This is the third strawberry tart my parents have bought, and all three times some of the stems are still there…

02/09/2026: The service at the Bergerac bakery in La Cavaille Nord, next to Grand Frais, is of an unprecedented level of arrogance and rudeness. The staff don't serve customers in the order they wait. On February 24th, even though I waited in line like everyone else, I was simply ignored, and two people behind me were served. When I pointed out that this wasn't right, the saleswoman, Mélodie, the rudest of them all, instead of apologizing, simply scolded me, telling me I should have waited in line like everyone else instead of making comments. Given the fierce competition among bakeries in the area, this is a surefire way to lose customers. A complete lack of professionalism and basic manners. P.S. I noticed that Mélodie is no longer part of the unit's staff, but you read my opinion some time ago and yet you didn't feel the need to react in any way, considering it something natural.

28/08/2026: Always very satisfied, unfortunately the shop window full of flies and wasps isn't particularly appealing.

26/09/2026: Right in the center, a place to live like they don't make anymore: an incredible team, good times, a shot of chocolate milk and the magic happens!

24/09/2026: Wow! What a treat! I rediscovered the delicious dishes my grandmother used to make. The lamb stew and rabbit stew were divine. A warm welcome. First time at this establishment, but we'll definitely be back!

25/06/2026: You should only go to this restaurant if you speak French! The food was good, but they didn't make much of an effort to communicate, which was a real shame. For French standards, the restaurant was very inexpensive.

27/09/2026: A real tourist trap: toast that wasn't crispy, barely melted and cold goat cheese, white fries, and so on... as for the staff, "no comment".

13/09/2026: The best McDonald's in Saint-Quentin, without a doubt. Always served hot, with a smile, and they're super attentive to children. No complaints, if I have to drive all the way around Saint-Quentin now, it's this McDonald's or nothing 😅

06/09/2026: On Sunday, September 6th at noon, I used the Click & Collect service in the parking lot. The app indicated my order was ready, but I waited 10 minutes without anyone bringing it to me. So, I finally had to go inside and get it myself, where it was waiting on the counter. I was then told the restaurant was understaffed. 😂 In that case, why offer a service you can't provide? As a result, when I got home, the fries were cold. 😡 Paying for cold food is unacceptable.

07/02/2026: The first floor is cramped and noisy. This Friday, February 6th, at lunchtime, there were 28 covers despite the posted capacity of 19 (a safety measure?). Cleanliness needs improvement; the cutlery was dirty. The food quality could be better. Aside from the location... a place to avoid.

28/12/2025: Excellent brasserie! Lunch for four as a family. Aperitif with a spritz, a glass of white wine, and two sodas. Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert), with a poached egg with Camembert as a starter. For the main course, chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese and homemade fries, and tarte tatin for dessert. For the children, a burger and a flank steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were delicious. Sanitation is well-maintained, and the food is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price (€99.70). All this with a magnificent view of the Rouen courthouse (absolutely beautiful). Friendly and efficient service. Well done and thank you!

29/08/2026: Terrible and rude waiter! Not even a greeting when we arrived, even though the place was nearly empty. We waited 10 minutes before he came to clear our table, and when it came time to pay, he ate behind his till and, of course, didn't even say goodbye or look at us! Avoid at all costs.

28/08/2026: A very bad experience. The service is the major drawback of this otherwise inviting café. We were greeted and seated with little consideration. Throughout the entire service, we felt a profound disdain and a complete lack of concern from the server assigned to our section. The terrace was on the left side when facing the restaurant. I do not recommend it, or at least choose your terrace very carefully.

29/09/2026: Once again, the deluxe potato sauces that were charged for were missing, as well as the Happy Meal game, etc... I will not order from this restaurant again.

21/09/2026: It's a shame the toilets aren't accessible for people with reduced mobility. You have to go down a flight of stairs and there's no elevator 😡

31/12/2025: It's closed...not even the old sign is there...through the windows you can see the empty interior of the place.

11/09/2026: We called in for a nightcap at 10.30 pm. They were happy to serve us and take our money but the spent the whole time cleaning up around us and then apologising as they took in their tables and chairs. We are happy to move to another restaurant or bar for a night cap but don't take our hard earned money and then clean up around us and make us feel totally unappreciated and used!!

04/10/2026: Incredibly long service time…45 minutes wait. And to top it all off, mold on the burger.

04/10/2026: Appalling. Over a 40-minute wait, the food was terrible. The fries were undercooked and unsalted. McDonald's is awful compared to others 😡😡
