27/08/2026: I've been ordering from this pizzeria for several years and, until now, I've never had the slightest problem. Unfortunately, this time, I ordered a salmon pizza and became very ill immediately afterward. I suffered from food poisoning (abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, etc.) and had to be hospitalized for four days. Based on the timing and what I ate, the salmon was the cause of the poisoning. I find it really unfortunate because I've been a regular customer for years and I've never had any issues before. I'm simply sharing my experience to warn others and, above all, to encourage them to check the quality and storage of their products.

14/08/2026: We were disappointed with our order this time. We ordered three 29cm pizzas for delivery. The delivery was on time, no complaints there. However, we were very disappointed with the pizzas themselves: the crust didn't seem cooked enough and was slightly hard, giving the distinct impression of pizzas that had been prepared the day before and then reheated. My family usually really enjoys your pizzas, but this time, everyone left about half of their pizza. It's a real shame, as we were used to being satisfied. Unfortunately, from now on, we'll be ordering from another pizzeria.

25/05/2026: Avoid at all costs. We called once to ask if we could come: the answer was yes. Just to be safe, we called again two hours before our arrival: another confirmation that everything was fine. Upon our arrival around 7:15 pm, the story changed completely: the reception was closed. After notifying them of our arrival twice, we learned that the mistake supposedly came from a trainee. Apparently, internal errors become a problem for customers. The most surprising thing is that we weren't greeted by a poorly informed employee, but directly by the campsite manager. In other words, the person supposed to handle this type of situation and find a solution. Despite the explanations given, despite the fact that we had confirmed our arrival twice, despite our situation, including having young children and no other immediate solution, there was absolutely no willingness to help. The justification given was that she had "closed the till." Clearly, a closed till seemed to be a bigger problem than a family who had been assured twice that they could come. Yet, a simple business decision or a modicum of customer service would likely have been enough to avoid this situation. The most striking aspect remains their attitude: particularly unpleasant, cold, and accusatory. Instead of acknowledging a mistake or seeking a solution, we felt as though we were the problem. Mistakes can happen to any establishment. But when they are followed by a refusal to take responsibility, a complete lack of empathy, and such deplorable service, it gives a rather clear idea of ​​the regard in which customers are held.

25/05/2026: The reception staff were incompetent, refused to acknowledge their mistakes, and showed an unacceptable lack of customer service skills. We wanted to spend a short weekend in the south with our children. We called the day before to book and check availability, and were quickly told there was no problem and that a reservation wasn't necessary. On the day of our arrival, my children were at the beach, so I called to confirm the latest arrival time and to ensure my reservation was up. I was again told that a reservation wasn't necessary and that we had to arrive before 8 pm. We arrived at the campsite at 7:15 pm, the reception door was closed, but a woman was still inside. We knocked, and she initially refused to open the door, then came over to tell us that reception closes at 7 pm, that a trainee must have answered the door, and that she couldn't accept us anymore (it was the manager!). She left us standing in front of the door with no solution. What a lack of honesty and empathy! Our weekend was ruined, and we were under a lot of stress trying to find something else. Luckily, some campsites are much more welcoming, and after several calls, we found a no-fuss spot at a campsite that told us they would take care of the formalities the next day. In short, they were human beings.

23/09/2026: We confirm all the negative reviews written previously. There are basic rules of respect and courtesy to be expected in the restaurant business… otherwise, it's better to just shut down. This is the first time I've ever written a review, but I'm so disappointed with this experience that I want to warn future visitors. Avoid this place!

21/08/2026: The staff were very pleasant. I had a pain au chocolat and a hot chocolate with my partner, we thoroughly enjoyed it. A little bit of pleasant music would have been nice for the atmosphere.

19/08/2026: Cold welcome No customers were there when we arrived, but despite that, the tables weren't cleaned, and don't even get me started on the "cleanliness" of the toilets! And then the best part: they came to ask us, "Could you tell SHE to stop turning the stool around? We can't hear ourselves talk!" Speaking of my 19-month-old... who was simply playing with a stool that clearly needs a little oil 😊😬 nothing serious!

25/08/2026: Order #812086 This is the last straw. There was no sauce in the bag, and the yogurt arrived with a hole in it, spilling all over the rest of the order. When we returned to the restaurant to report the problem, we received no apology or any compensation, even though the dining room was completely quiet. A lack of professionalism and customer service.

13/09/2026: Extremely disappointed. The man serving drinks was very unpleasant and unfriendly. I ordered my meat well-done, but it arrived rare. I wasn't eating at the same time as my husband, and despite it being cooked a second time, my meat arrived medium-rare. Understaffed, resulting in a very long wait. I definitely do not recommend this place. On the contrary, avoid it at all costs.

10/09/2026: Oncle Scott’s is a restaurant past its prime; it must have been quite busy at one time. But now it feels like a shadow of its former glory. It took a while before we were served, and fortunately, after ordering our drinks and food, the wait wasn't too long. As for the food, we found it mediocre and certainly not worth going back for. We are certain that better steakhouses can be found.

03/09/2026: When customers order salads and desserts to go, please offer at least a bag, a piece of bread... customers are more than just a walking wallet! I won't dwell on the saleswoman's friendliness... I'll go elsewhere from now on!

31/08/2026: The person was nice even though I don't speak French very well. I had a coconut flan and an Eiffel Tower chocolate. My colleague was happy and asked me where I bought it. I'll be back to buy the fruit jellies; it was unforgettable. Thank you and see you next time!

06/09/2026: Artisan ice cream maker? A total rip-off! Vanilla-strawberry Italian ice cream: barely any vanilla and tastes like water in both flavors. Large cones that are completely cut short. A beach bum! Avoid it! Choose M. Moustache 100m further up the road; it's much better.
