29/07/2026: It was past 10 PM. A quick dinner before heading home for good. It was my first time eating there. The fries weren't hot anymore, and neither was the hamburger when I got to the first floor to sit down. The armchairs where I sat were worn out. Before leaving, I went to the restroom, and what I saw was disgusting. I was appalled: toilet paper on the floor, wet floor, filthy. The toilet bowl didn't smell clean at all. Meanwhile, the entrance vestibule was fine. If I were to go back, it would definitely be for takeout.

25/07/2026: Honestly, considering the price of McDonald's in 2026, it would be nice to have clean toilets; they were seriously disgusting.

16/07/2026: I saw the restaurant owner picking his nose, and his behavior toward Uber drivers was inappropriate. It's disgusting.

07/09/2025: I used to come here during my childhood for the welcome and the friendliness. I went back on Saturday, September 6. I was very disappointed to run away. The owner yelled at her son for over 30 minutes. The gentleman was there with him, it should have been a relaxing moment, but I was more eager to leave. What a shame...

01/09/2025: Table reserved for 7 elderly people (aged 75 to 90). The welcome was not at all warm. We were confined between a partition and another table, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. It was impossible to move around. The wait for our food was very long, the rosé wine was not fresh and served in water glasses, and the mussels were reheated and dry. We complained to the owner, who felt attacked. This place should be avoided, which is exactly what we should have done!!! Deserves no stars.

31/07/2026: Significantly more expensive and closer than Deli Pizza. Much less far and yet over €35 for delivery. Completely outrageous prices. They're forcing us to buy more.

02/05/2026: We've been customers of Mama Mia Pizza since the beginning, and our only observation so far is that they're nowhere near as good as they were! They're not likely to see us place an order anymore. When I called Thursday evening: my husband wanted a three-cheese calzone, and they told me they don't make them… my husband has been ordering them for 10 years! 😂😂 Then my daughter wanted a children's pizza with goat cheese and honey, but no! It's a Margherita pizza and nothing else (even though she's always ordered a children's pizza with goat cheese and honey). So I didn't place an order. Their response: "Yes, Neius, you're right, order somewhere else." We ended up at Pomodoro, and the pizzas were much better. I can't give zero stars, sorry.

02/08/2026: August 2nd, 6:15 PM The cashiers mixed up my takeout bag and gave me a drink that wasn't meant for me. They practically yelled at us for taking someone else's drink, even though they put two drinks with different names in my bag. Completely unprofessional. This employee needs immediate disciplinary action and reprimand. Avoid Starbucks. They offered no compensation for their mistake other than accusations.

30/10/2025: A terrible experience, the price is misleading, don't be fooled by the deceptive price on the flyer!!! All I remember from our visit is seeing the cook shamelessly picking her nose and stinking up the smell of her cigarette. We politely asked her if she could move over a bit, to which she curtly replied that it wasn't her problem. In short, a place to avoid at all costs, and I won't even go into the details of the toilets…

16/11/2025: WARNING!!! Tonight we placed an order and ran into a problem: first, after placing our order online, we received a phone call informing us that the card machine in the store wasn't working and that the others were being delivered. When my son went to pick up the pizzas and paid in cash, one was missing, and we only noticed it when we got home. He went back to the store, and another employee showed the total of our order on his till, revealing a shortfall of €45 compared to the amount we had paid in cash! They then confirmed that the card machine was working. We did, however, receive the missing pizza, thankfully. Very disappointed!

24/10/2025: A real horror! Run away before even entering! Bad reception, no hello, stared at by the waiters, they made us feel like we were in the way. We left before even ordering... I never thought I'd experience this!

14/07/2026: I think it's good, you only pay for the cloakroom if needed. Girls' night out for a birthday. Too hot, too crowded.

08/06/2026: The physiotherapists are about as friendly as a prison door.

28/07/2026: Even for a drink, the waitress is asked to put down her phone to serve the customers. You have to choose between service and a phone conversation.

19/07/2026: The food we ordered was good value for money. However, they charge more for drinks than indicated on the drinks menu, and when I pointed this out to her, I was told in an unfriendly manner that she hadn't had time to adjust the prices on the menu yet. Pure tourist scamming as far as I'm concerned.

07/07/2026: I ordered a pizza from this establishment in Saint-Ouen and was very disappointed with my experience. The pizza was truly awful: the chicken wasn't cooked enough and it had ketchup on it, even though I never asked for it. The quality of the preparation was frankly disappointing. After delivery, I called the establishment to report the problem. The person who answered the phone didn't speak French, only English. She didn't even try to understand my situation or put me in touch with a colleague. On the contrary, she hung up on me while I was trying to explain the problem. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time I couldn't remain silent. They really need to improve the quality of their pizzas and their customer service, because this experience was extremely disappointing.

26/06/2026: First Pizza Hut order: they dropped the salt shaker and oil bottle on the pizza. Straight to the bin, it's inedible. Yuck!

01/08/2026: €10 for a coffee and a mint tea, a bit pricey. You can hear a lot of road noise.

31/07/2026: Oh dear, what a nasty surprise! The food was bland, with no aroma or flavor despite the impressive menu. Everything seemed to have fallen out of a bag or been boiled! All this at an exorbitant price, including water and coffee, and no receipt to check the bill. We really felt ripped off! It's a shame because even though the road isn't far, the setting is pleasant. Definitely avoid this place.
