20/09/2026: Hello, We ate at this restaurant. Half the people were sick, we waited 50 minutes to be served, the pizzas were undercooked, and the managers were very unpleasant. We felt sorry for the waitress. We later learned that this restaurant has received a "Kitchen Nightmares" rating. Avoid at all costs!!

27/09/2026: We stumbled upon this brasserie yesterday by chance because there was nowhere to park in Montpellier (a large, very convenient 200-space parking lot with available spaces on a Saturday night). What a pleasant surprise! The staff and the owner were lovely. The food was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. Excellent value for money. And we received a very warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

19/09/2026: A good place to have a milkshake or smoothie, or a crepe. The setting is very nice. But don't expect anything exceptional; the fruit is frozen.

23/09/2026: We had lunch there after visiting the Eiffel Tower and it was a great choice. We were a group of 12, including one person with celiac disease, and the service was excellent. They brought her a gluten-free crepe and a delicious salad from the creperie across the street. The pizzas and pasta were fantastic. Highly recommended! ☺️

26/08/2026: After climbing Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc, a little crêpe break was definitely in order! 🥞⛰️ And what a pleasant surprise! Delicious crêpes, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a lovely ambiance. 😍 A fantastic little spot discovered along the way, perfect for refueling after a hike! I'll definitely be back! 😊

18/09/2026: As a long-time customer of Ichiban, I find the quality has declined. There's much less choice, and the staff is unfriendly. The sign advertises prices as "drink included," but when we went to pay, we were told that drinks are now €3 each. Disappointed, and I don't recommend it.

19/08/2026: We won't get a stomachache from the lemon cream, given how thick it is. The biscuit isn't very thick either. Yet the prices are higher.

17/08/2026: Forced to buy from this bakery because our artisan bakers were on holiday. The baguettes are very poor quality, mass-produced, tasteless, and undercooked (they cut corners on baking time). The price is far too high for a "Marie Blachère" brand. The baguette only lasts about 8 hours; after that, it's stale and inedible. The service was poor.

21/06/2026: Very disappointing stay overall. We returned from the park around midnight only to be informed that the water had been shut off and was expected to return around 1:00 AM. We stayed awake until after 2:00 AM waiting, but there was still no water. After a long day at the park, not being able to shower or even properly wash up was incredibly frustrating and frankly quite gross. The rooms were acceptable, but I was concerned about the bunk beds. My son slept on the top bunk, and the safety railing appeared to have been removed and reattached multiple times, with several old screw holes visible. It did not inspire confidence in its safety. The shuttle service was another major disappointment. It was so overcrowded that after waiting 45 minutes, we still couldn’t get on. We ultimately had to spend an additional €30 on a taxi just to get back to the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and trying to help during the water outage with bottled water. We will not be staying again.

18/06/2026: Checked in around 2115 on 18 June., dropped our bags and went to grab dinner. €34 per adult and €20 per child. The food had been sitting under heat lamp for who knows how long. Everything was very dry and cold. When brought to the attention of the staff they claimed that the food was warm. We werre told by the "supervisor" that the manager told her to give us our drinks for free.( soda and juice were not included with the price). When we asked to speak to the manager the supervisor claimed "he" was not there. When asked how the supervisor spoke to him she claimed face to face. When I asked how she spoke to him face to face she began to get flustered. For the amount of money spent for 4 adults and 4 children, one would expect better service and food that is safe to consume. The front desk staff told us that manager of the hotel is not the same as the resturant so they couldn't help us. This is truly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel. Looking at reviews this seems to be a common occurrence at this resturant. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

19/09/2026: A fantastic find! The buffet is particularly well-stocked, with fresh products that are replenished very regularly. Special mention goes to the grill/wok station, where food is cooked to order, and the wide selection of sushi and spring rolls, which are perfectly crispy and delicious. The setting is clean and spacious, and the staff is very welcoming and efficient at clearing plates. Unbeatable value for money for a delicious meal with friends or family. I will definitely be back!

15/09/2026: They're big scammers, always bitter, the staff is awful and stingy with the TooGoodToGo portions. They lie on the app, saying it's the end of the €18 limit, but in reality, they only give you the actual value of €6.02 for a maximum of one box with very little variety.

12/09/2026: It's been a year since I last went to this McDonald's, and nothing has changed: neither the friendliness of the drive-thru staff, nor the problems with the sandwiches, nor the wait. Yet I thought things would improve with the opening of the Burger King 200 meters away. It's a shame; some things in Chelles never change.

12/09/2026: The service management is disastrous. The staff is hostile and doesn't listen to their customers. The ice cream is made immediately upon arrival of the order. It has time to melt while waiting for the final product. We politely requested that the ice cream be delivered later, which was refused due to a staff shortage at that time. I am a customer and I shouldn't have to suffer because of the team's poor organization.

01/10/2026: Very disappointing dining experience My first visit to this establishment, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Regarding the dishes: The mussels with Roquefort cheese: the sauce was watered down, tasteless, and the garnish vegetables (onions and celery) were undercooked. It was impossible to season at the table: the salt shaker was unusable due to the humidity. The Italian salad: the lettuce was wilted, the dressing was practically nonexistent, and the onion pieces (especially the bottom part) were roughly chopped and very tough. A real lack of care and attention to detail in the kitchen. I am sharing this experience honestly and objectively to prevent future customers from experiencing the same disappointment and in the hope that the team will take these comments into account to improve.

15/08/2026: No cold drinks for a long time, a shame with the heat we're having this summer.

07/08/2026: It wasn't too crowded around 12:30 today, so there was no rush. The restrooms were dirty: no toilet paper, no soap, a broken toilet seat, and overflowing trash cans. The complaint didn't seem to go down well during the so-called busy period. We've seen Blachère cleaner.

25/03/2026: One last day… one last shift… One last family meal… a wonderful ovation… A chapter closes with many emotions and beautiful memories. When you go to Flunch, it's not for the food, it's for the cafeteria atmosphere… I knew the one in Blagnac as a teenager; my son's first Flunch was when he was two months old… And it was a ritual… And now he's 12, and we wanted to be there one last time, to show our support for the staff… And it was very emotional and brought tears… I wish the whole team all the best for the future.

13/03/2026: Always satisfied with the meals offered and available. It's a shame that Flunch Blagnac is closing permanently at the end of March. We'll miss it. Why the closure, when the tables were always full at lunchtime?

03/09/2026: How sad that this establishment was destroyed, but what a joy to finally be able to sleep in peace for the local residents, because we were fed up with the nighttime noise and the drugged-up delinquents who attacked the cars of nearby residents at closing time.

23/06/2026: It was really great before June 22nd. My best wishes to the whole team who worked there. They were all fantastic.
