25/07/2026: We stayed at the Thoumieux Hotel recently and would thoroughly recommend it. It is definitely a boutique hotel but has a great family vibe. From the greeting from the boss (a Persian Cat) to the very friendly staff. Our deluxe room was fantastic. Also we had a great dinner at the downstairs Thoumieux restaurant (after the Eiffel Tower cancelled our dinner reservation due to heat). Our final night at ghe Thoumieux was Bastielle evening and we joined the street party to watch the Eiffel Tower fireworks and drone show.

13/06/2026: Restaurant closed following health reports!! Don't go there anymore, there have been several serious incidents. The dishes look beautiful, but if you knew what was going on behind the scenes in the kitchen, I know all too well...

13/08/2026: A great little find for French cuisine! I tried the joue de bœuf, jarret de porc, tartare de bœuf, and their watermelon & feta salad. Everything was really well prepared and full of flavor. The portions are generous, which is always a big plus, and the food quality was definitely there. The service was also friendly and efficient, making the whole experience very enjoyable. A great address if you’re looking for good French food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place worth discovering!

30/08/2026: Finally, a restaurant where you leave thinking, "Yes, here, the price is truly justified by what's on your plate." In a time when restaurants have become very expensive, especially in Provence, sometimes for disappointing quality, it's a real pleasure to discover a place like this. Here, everything is homemade and truly cooked. From the aperitif onwards, we were offered amuse-bouches prepared on-site, followed by an amuse-bouche before the starter. The dishes are carefully prepared, beautifully presented, but without being over the top: refined cuisine, full of flavor, and above all, perfectly balanced. The wine list is also quite reasonable, and the price-to-quality ratio is truly excellent. The restaurant is run by Lorenzo and Penelope, a young couple who work together: he's in the kitchen, she's in the dining room. The welcome is warm, friendly, and attentive—exactly as it should be. And being able to chat with Lorenzo for a few minutes at the end of service allows you to discover people passionate about their work, which is evident in the food. The setting, in the heart of the countryside and surrounded by nature, is also very pleasant. This was our second visit, three years after our first, and we found the same quality and the same enjoyment. A genuine establishment, authentic cuisine, and a passionate team: it's truly delightful, and rare enough these days to deserve to be highlighted.

10/08/2026: Everything looks homemade and the staff are very friendly; the portions are generous and delicious. The bowling alley is very good, but they don't have 12-ball bowling balls and some of the pins fall by themselves.

Special mention to the waitresses, who were lovely, smiling, and very attentive, especially the one who greeted and seated us. We also really appreciated the little touch for my partner's birthday: they brought his dessert with candles, a thoughtful gesture that we truly enjoyed. ❤️ The setting is also beautiful and contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. A fantastic discovery, with top-notch service, great cocktails, excellent food, and a team that goes the extra mile. We will definitely be back! ✨

02/08/2026: We spent our first evening in Fécamp at this restaurant. We had heard very good things about it. We weren't disappointed from beginning to end, from the warm welcome to the speed of service and especially the quality of the food. We had a wonderful time and ate very well; it had been a long time since we'd had such a great restaurant experience. The prices are more than reasonable. The staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming, especially with our children. We will definitely be back. And we will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for your work and your hospitality.

27/08/2026: I visited this restaurant during a recent trip to Metz. The downstairs section was packed on a weekday evening, while the upstairs section was closed, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the terrace view mentioned in several other reviews. We ordered matar paneer, dal makhani and garlic naan. The food was tasty, and the quality of the mains was particularly impressive. However, the portion sizes are on the smaller side. The menu is also quite limited, with not a lot of variety to choose from. As is common in many Indian restaurants across Europe, complimentary rice is served with the mains. The rice was decent, although slightly undercooked for my preference. The dal makhani was not quite what I would expect from a traditional dal makhani and was closer to chana dal, but it was still good in taste. What stood out most was the overall quality of the mains we ordered. Overall, I would recommend this place, particularly for the quality of the food, although I would have liked to see larger portions and a more varied menu.

19/08/2026: We were thrilled to find this place, and the service and food was amazing! Really appreciated the owner’s positive friendly attitude in helping us order, and the quickness of delivering the meal for pick up after we just casually walked in late night. Food was very good, and we ordered extra to have for our few days staying in Sanremo. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a break from all the Italian/seafood/pizza in the area!

18/08/2026: I took the photo before eating, and this app chose this restaurant to count my calories. The curry had enough protein, and the portion was a decent size. The dining room is simple, and the service is efficient.
