17/07/2026: Thank you to the staff and manager! My daughter left her phone at this McDonald's. She realized it the next day. The phone had been retrieved and kept in the office, and the manager sent it back to me. Fantastic, a huge thank you! 😀 As for the food, no complaints. Just your average McDonald's.

15/07/2026: A disastrous experience. Frankly, it's completely unacceptable. We waited over 30 minutes for our trays. To make matters worse, people who arrived after us were served before us. The meals arrived cold, there were fries scattered all over the tray, and there weren't even any napkins. The atmosphere was nonexistent, the staff were grumpy, unfriendly, and clearly lacked politeness. On top of that, they walked right past us with our order without even checking who it was for. We had to call them over ourselves to get them to do anything about it. To top it all off, we didn't even get the Happy Meal box or the toy. It's outrageous. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. There's a serious problem with organization and service. Such an experience is truly disappointing.

12/09/2026: Disappointing, especially for a Friday evening. We arrived at 7:50 pm on Friday, September 11th. The staff politely informed us that they could no longer serve us because they were out of food, even though there were at most ten people on site. Unfortunately, this gives the impression of poorly organized end-of-season management. Under these circumstances, it might be better to close the establishment earlier in the season rather than offer a service that can no longer be properly provided. Especially since the hours listed on Google indicate a closing time of 11 pm, which is particularly misleading for customers. A message to the campsite management: it would be highly advisable to take control of the selection and monitoring of the next managers. It's a shame, because this type of situation damages the overall image of the campsite.

27/08/2026: If you want to experience the absolute worst highway rest stop food, you've come to the right place! 🤮 The paninis are a rip-off: they're conveniently only a third full and, on top of that, they're disgusting. The dessert isn't any better: a slice of coconut "cake" that tastes like it's been soaked in water 🤢 The staff are friendly but incredibly inefficient, and this is the middle of the week... What must it be like on the weekend? 😱 Let's get out of here now!!

16/09/2026: I ordered mussels and fries and was told the fryer wasn't working, but that there were roasted potatoes in the oven. When the meal arrived, the potatoes weren't roasted, but still had their skins on and were cold. I couldn't tell they weren't fresh. The mussels—I had 14 pieces—were completely closed. I ate a lot of bread. Frankly, this is a restaurant to avoid. It's expensive, the quality of the food is poor, and I was very disappointed. Our first restaurant after arriving in Menton ☹️

12/09/2026: I had breakfast in the morning before catching a train; the place was quiet. The waiter, however, was unpleasant. They charged me an extra euro for the set menu because I supposedly didn't specify it was a set menu when I paid (coffee + pastry, not hard to make the connection). Avoid it.

08/08/2026: I bought a traditional cranberry bread, but it was a completely different story. My god, it was awful! You just got a big pile of unkneaded cranberries. I won't be going back. It looked like frozen bread.

15/09/2026: I want to thank a saleswoman named Kami who was truly very friendly, smiling, and welcoming! 😊 She made an excellent smoothie, and despite having a cold, she continued to do her job with a big smile. Well done to her for her warm welcome and kindness! I highly recommend her. 🌸

22/09/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!! I ordered oxtail broth and triple steaks, and it looked like rat food: the soup was an ugly color, smelled awful, and was watery... all packaged very unprofessionally for delivery. It looked like they'd kept it in the freezer for a long time and then reheated it after two months to resell. It was disgusting!!! I threw it all away.

13/09/2026: Arrived at 6:30 PM, order received at 7:10 PM... if I remember correctly, fast food means quick... anyway... we won't even mention the disgusting toilets, and I'll let you imagine the dining area... it was far from rush hour, which is a shame.

13/09/2026: Takeaway order placed at 8:05 PM, order ready at 8:55 PM. Two long bacon strips and the sauces were missing; everything was cold except the rustic fries.

18/09/2026: Great place to get a coffee and read/work on laptop, however it does get crowded! Very often the bathroom is locked, Abe can’t be used (staff locks it on purpose, too many tourists going in just to use the bathroom)!

16/09/2026: Called regarding a question about an item and asked if they spoke English. They said no, and when I asked if any coworkers spoke English, they hung up. Such an unpleasant experience.
