You can tell the chef respects the quality of the ingredients. The Service: Discreet and attentive, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's serene atmosphere. My favorite part: The fish was cooked to absolute perfection, meltingly tender. A real treat for seafood lovers.

The sushi and maki are made fresh to order, they have a variety of fish, not just salmon and tuna, all very fresh, and the dishes are very authentic, served with pickled radish, among other things. The miso soup was also incredible; I've never tasted one so good! On top of that, the owners were absolutely lovely ❤️

10/10/2025: I came to buy some very good quality yellow chicken, despite the relatively high price, it was excellent. However, I asked for very thinly sliced ​​ham. When I got home, the ham was cut at least 3 meters thick. It was almost impossible to make cordon bleus with it, and cutting it so thick really didn't taste good. I also had a piece of onion tart; it was good but extremely salty.

The chef and owner adds his Italian touch to his creations, while his wife expertly and efficiently enhances the presentation of each dish. The service, atmosphere, and above all, the taste of the food were simply excellent. Delicious fish, beef, pasta, and desserts. We couldn't have chosen a better place. I ordered a pork knuckle braised in beer, which had been cooked for hours beforehand, and the meat was incredible! The potatoes and salad served alongside were equally delicious. I have a big appetite, but the portion was so enormous that I took a nap right after eating! The waitress was very pleasant, funny, and very professional. And what can I say about the interior and exterior decor, which is typical of the region? A truly warm Alsatian welcome—I highly recommend it!
