28/09/2026: Discovered by chance while in the area, this restaurant is absolutely worth the detour. The staff who welcomed us were very pleasant and smiling. The meal was excellent. The setting is also magnificent. All this for a reasonable price considering the quality of the food served. I will definitely return if I am in the area again.

27/09/2026: Shameful and unacceptable. When I ordered a gourmet coffee, I discovered glass in the chocolate cream. A second cream was brought to me as a replacement… and I found glass in that one too! Twice in a row, in the same dessert: this is extremely concerning. I shudder to think what the consequences would have been if I had swallowed it. I was particularly shocked by the casual way the situation was handled. The compensation was limited to a free dessert, with an attitude that seemed to completely disregard the seriousness of the incident. Offering a free dessert is not enough to address such a problem. I expected genuine accountability and a response commensurate with the risk. Customer safety deserves a minimum level of seriousness. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this establishment.

26/09/2026: Everyone assumes Petrossian is out of their league. It isn't. I've been going for years, for business dinners and for quiet evenings with my husband. The caviar is among the best in Paris. If you want a first real caviar experience, this is where to have it. The late-night ritual is the one to know: an iced flute of vodka from their list, blinis or potatoes with housemade creme frache to accompany their wonderful caviar. And ask for Pauline.
