05/09/2026: We placed our order at the kiosks, but one of our meals (sandwich, fries, and a drink) was missing, as well as a straw for a children's meal. I'm very dissatisfied. It's time to be more thorough and meticulous in your work and check that everything is complete.

05/09/2026: The restaurant was dirty, especially the toilets. The loyalty card didn't work at the kiosk (as usual). The staff were friendly, thankfully.

18/09/2026: McDonald's is known for its speed; we ordered and received our order 45 minutes later, and we weren't the only ones!!

15/09/2026: I ordered a drive-thru on September 12, 2026. We got the small €5 meal deal. The order was taken perfectly; the hostess showed me the different options on the screen for the meal deal. And then the woman who gave me my order was so kind and cheerful! A real pleasure, and the food was delicious. Thank you so much!

22/08/2026: The bread is good, but unfortunately, the welcome and service leave much to be desired. During my visit, the saleswomen were chatting amongst themselves in front of the customers, which wasn't very pleasant and gave an impression of inattention. I was also surprised to see the baguettes being handled directly by hand. For hygiene reasons, using tongs would seem more appropriate. It's a shame, because with a little more smile, more attention to customers, and greater attention to hygiene, the experience could be significantly better.

01/09/2026: This pizza place is fantastic, but unfortunately, it gets bad reviews because of the automatic machine. All the people complaining about the pizzas aren't the pizzas themselves, they're complaining about the automatic machine, so don't judge the artisans without having tasted their work.

23/08/2026: Hello, I came to get some pizzas… The vegetarian pizza was very generously topped, but the vegetables were cold, and water was overflowing from the pizzas during transport. It's a shame because it looked incredibly tempting. The salmon pizza wasn't a hit, and I even took it out to try it, but there was an aftertaste of something that wasn't to my liking. As for the crust… oh dear, it was like cardboard… Very disappointed despite the excellent service and warm smiles.

27/09/2026: It was a real pleasure; the food was perfectly cooked, crispy, and hot, and the wait to be served at the table was very short. Cédric was fantastic!

29/08/2026: Earlier I got a sandwich and a bottle of Pulco water and tried to pay by card, but they said it didn't go through. So I paid in cash, and apparently when I got back to my car, I realized I'd also paid by card. Terrible, avoid at all costs!

20/08/2026: I took note, especially regarding the welcome. A big thank you to Agathe who, despite the impending closure, gave me and my family a warm welcome. Frankly, I'm very satisfied; working in the restaurant industry myself, I was pleasantly surprised by her expertise and kindness. Honestly, it's a 5/5 from me.

26/09/2026: I ordered a hamburger which, to my great credit, came with a good bun and not something tasteless. And it was a generous portion.

06/09/2026: Check out my espresso martini! 🤣🤣 + Bonus: they gave us a free glass because there were drops dripping onto our table from a water leak. Look at this glass! 🔥🔥🔥 A real treat, I highly recommend it! 😭🤣

19/12/2025: Very disappointed for the price. It has no taste, it's bland, not good. I placed my order and the cashier on the phone ignored me. The toilets were dirty, nothing was right... avoid at all costs.

04/12/2025: First time, very disappointed. I won't be going back. Cheap for what it is, late delivery, arrived cold and it wasn't good, avoid the cheddar sauce. McDonald's is much better.

06/08/2026: My partner and I used to go to Delizius two or three times a month. But that was before! We tried again tonight, and what a disappointment. €16 for a tray of inedible cannelloni… We got sick from their lasagna two or three months ago. This latest attempt confirms the undeniable decline in quality. It's just a caterer that's become a tourist trap, one that even pigeons wouldn't touch. You need to take a good look at yourselves!

16/09/2026: Appalling service!!! I ordered three drinks, but only received two. When I tried to ask the waitress, Sarah, to bring me the last one, she preferred to chat with some friends who had come to see her rather than serve her customers!!! The customer service clearly needs improvement; a dreadful experience!! Starbucks La Défense under the Dome…
