30/09/2026: So many problems, no way to log in to McDonald's+, no turnstiles, I ordered a burger and they told me they were out? Seriously? They were practically annoyed when I asked for a refund. Getting out of the parking lot was impossible, completely jammed because of all the problems. Plus, the refund wasn't even issued to the original payment method; they didn't even ask if I was okay with it. Shameful.

29/09/2026: I went to order a pizza in today. When I went to pay, I handed over a €50 note, and the cashier told me they didn't have any change and told me to beg someone in the Carrefour shopping center to get me some. Unacceptable customer service; if you can't manage your cash register, you can't run a business.

10/09/2026: So I didn't understand the reviews about the waitresses etc... having come several times this September, they were super cool, the sun is nice there, the view is beautiful, enjoy your order and that's it!

01/09/2026: A decent restaurant. Simple buffet service and reasonable value for money. Very pleasant staff, attentive to our requests. The piano music is a lovely touch and adds a pleasant ambiance to lunchtime.

31/08/2026: The meal was very average. The pianist was playing much too loudly, especially since we were right in front of her. It wasn't a concert, but it must have been background music.

27/09/2026: The server informed us the table had a reservation and then proceeded to sit people in that table 2 minutes later. He then loudly screamed "Chinese people" in frustration after serving the group that he sat down after us. I would give zero stars if I could.

12/08/2026: So, based on my experience, I can't judge the pizza since I simply didn't get it. After calling for the 230th time (approximately), I received no answer, so I'm left to starve. Thanks for leaving a customer in need.

24/08/2026: If you want an experience that will make you long for the peace and quiet you enjoyed before walking through the door of this restaurant, go ahead. Otherwise (and I highly recommend this), run away. Frozen food, microwaved, and an extremely noisy environment. On the plus side: The waiter didn't have the audacity to ask us if the meal was good.

08/07/2026: We had a very good meal as a family. The service was quick and the staff friendly. It was slightly noisy because of the children playing around the aquarium near the restaurant. The price was reasonable, except perhaps for the bottled water… especially during a heatwave.

19/09/2026: The Arab waiter is unfriendly. He doesn't say hello or "enjoy your meal."

16/09/2026: Unacceptable! My mother wasn't feeling well at all (health-wise), she needed to sit down because she was really unwell. She arrived at 4 pm, ordered, and wanted to sit down, but the woman working there told her, "No, there's no room." She told her there was (THE SEATS WERE EMPTY!). The saleswoman was annoyed that my mother wanted to sit down, given that she simply wanted to eat there, that there was space available, and that it was 4 pm! I don't understand what the problem was! And then the saleswoman had the nerve to tell my mother, "Okay, then I won't give you a tray." Seriously, if you can't be bothered to clean a table or anything else, change jobs, but it's unacceptable to pay for your order, want to eat there, and be brushed off!

06/09/2026: A scandal... An order for 109 euros... For 7 people... The drinks were flat... Half the order was delivered, and when you call with the order number, they tell you, "I'm sorry..." The service leaves much to be desired... The managers are incompetent. I'm not really a fast-food fan, but sometimes it's a lifesaver... Well, I confirm my feelings, and Aimargues was not up to par... It's a rip-off... I strongly advise against going there. What a disappointment! I will never go back there. Manse Remi

06/09/2026: Order with delivery. Very disappointing experience. McDonald's Aimargues. Delivery was 40 minutes late, the food arrived cold and the drinks lukewarm. It wasn't even what we ordered. Order for €85 (4 people). Three people didn't get a meal. The cashier gave us a €50 refund and ended the call when I told her I wasn't okay with that. A very unpleasant feeling of having been ripped off...

03/10/2026: Paying €14 for a set menu with extra cheddar fries for a large order, only to get the size of a small fry. And all this with a slightly condescending tone!

02/10/2026: It took an hour to get my order, there was a staff shortage, and the manager was unpleasant to both staff and customers.

04/06/2026: A pleasant and enjoyable place, with good little wines to taste.

30/05/2026: We ordered a drink but it never arrived, and they told us we couldn't stay because we hadn't ordered anything (?). I didn't understand the logic and felt extremely offended.

The woman who served us on two occasions was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. We were drawn in by the frozen spritzes and the variety of cheeses; however, the prices and the staff's attitude are enough to put you off. Given the high prices they charge, one would expect the customer service to be up to par. Unfortunately, it is quite the opposite. Terrible customer service. They make you feel completely uncomfortable, as if your presence was a nuisance or unwelcome. The woman who served us twice was rude, dismissive, and haughty. We were attracted by their frozen spritzes and their variety of cheeses, but the prices and the staff's attitude are enough to discourage you from returning. Given the high prices they charge, one would expect the customer service to be up to par. Unfortunately, it is quite the opposite. Poor customer service. You will feel completely inconvenient, as if your presence is uncomfortable or will not be welcomed. The woman we attend to on these occasions will grow, look and change. Please note that you should be aware of the frozen spritz you have, and the variety of items, without the embargo of the prices and the activity of the personal you are aware of. Keeping the above-mentioned prices unreliable, we hope that the customer service will remain at the same time. Lastimosamente es todo lo contrario.
