07/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! This hotel is unsanitary. The photos are several years old. The owner is dishonest and clearly acts in bad faith, refusing any discussion, not only with our case but with several other guests. Other hotels in the city have also heard about the deplorable condition of some rooms. Faced with this lack of communication, we had to find alternative accommodation for our return trip, without any assistance from the hotel. An excerpt from our complaint and their response is below to give you an idea. Hello, we were very disappointed with our stay. The room was infested with mold. The furniture was not clean. I barely slept due to severe breathing difficulties. I spent the night suffering from asthma attacks related to the mold and dust from the duvet. Under these circumstances, I would like to be accommodated in a cleaner room for my return trip or receive a refund for this weekend's stay. Hotel's response: Hello, We are sorry to hear that you slept poorly, most likely due to your asthma, as there is no mold in our rooms. Perhaps you mistook the smell of the cleaning products for something else. We are surprised that you did not contact us directly so that we could investigate and take action if necessary. Sincerely, Clearly, this person doesn't like receiving negative reviews.

11/05/2026: It's horrible, I'm speechless. Avoid at all costs! It's the worst hotel I've ever spent a night in; between the unsanitary conditions, the dampness, the leak, and the nauseating smell in the room, this hotel needs to be inspected by health authorities because it's unacceptable to continue lying to customers about the photos! I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. STAY AWAY!!!!

17/04/2026: Where to begin… There’s so much to say about the atmosphere and the portion sizes, but I’ll keep it brief! First, there’s the language barrier, but that’s fine. Second, the portions didn’t seem reasonable to me considering the price of the menu (I’m not asking for a quantity that would put them in a difficult position). But to say that the amount of meat was equivalent to the sauce, for the price paid, I don’t agree. I ordered caramel chicken meatballs (which are already very small) and ended up with only 8 pieces. We were a group of 8. We hadn’t even finished eating when the manager came over to ask for the bill in the middle of our meal. Without a receipt, and without us getting up to pay. As a result, everyone lost track of the conversation, and all the discussion became scattered as they tried to figure out how to pay. So, we had to deal with the fact that they only accept cards for purchases over €10. We struggled to explain that one person would be ordering two meals and the last one in cash (there were three orders left), but she wouldn't listen. She came back, sighing, with her calculator, to tell us the price! At one point, I had to tell her to go back behind her counter, reminding her that we hadn't finished eating and that she had no right to interrupt our meal like that (yes, I lost my temper), because it's impolite and inappropriate to behave that way. And if I had to rate the taste of the food, I'd say 2 out of 5.

10/09/2026: Terrible. It's incredibly bad, nothing to say except that the service is awful. Honestly, it's the worst McDonald's I've ever tried; it's unacceptable to wait over an hour on a weekday 😡😡😡

13/09/2026: Absolutely terrible! Waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for an order is shameful. If you can't handle orders, find another job.

13/09/2026: A truly disappointing experience. I waited almost an hour for my order. After a while, I went to ask the staff about it, and they simply told me they were overwhelmed. I can understand that there might be a large influx of customers, but waiting an hour after paying is unacceptable. When a restaurant is this behind on orders, perhaps they should review their organization and, above all, their management. The priority should be serving customers who have already placed and paid for their orders, rather than continuing to take new orders and letting those already pending pile up. An exceptional delay can happen, but in that case, the organization must adapt accordingly. An hour's wait without any real attention is not normal.

05/09/2026: My friend and I went to this restaurant last night. He was visiting from India. We were very disappointed with the lady who didn't even greet well. The whole restaurant was empty and she didn't even let us eat sandwich there. Once the sandwiches were ready, she just knocked at the cashier table and said it's ready. Very impolite behavior that I observed for first time In Paris. Please take it as a scope to improve and be nice to people :)

05/09/2026: We only went in because it was a halal restaurant, but we really regret it because their meat is very bad.

16/09/2026: Bad experience. The terrace overlooking the Steir river is dirty, as is the upstairs area which serves as both a storage room and, incidentally, a dining room. Service was minimal and the salads were uninteresting. I'm from Quimper and I won't be going back.

20/08/2026: I took a friend to this place for a coffee. What a disappointment to see this lovely little upstairs terrace, a hidden spot for a refreshing break overlooking the river. It was dirty, very dirty. What a shame to neglect such a pretty place. The curtain on the stairs was hanging by itself, it was so filthy!

02/09/2026: I just bought a vanilla éclair for over €3 that I couldn't even finish because it tasted so bad (rancid) and the choux pastry was clearly past its prime. It's really disappointing and I regret not reading the other Google reviews before going.

24/07/2026: While the bread is good, the pastries and viennoiseries leave much to be desired. The choux pastries were dry, probably from the day before. The mille-feuille and coffee religieuse didn't live up to my expectations when buying homemade pastries. The mille-feuille had dense pastry cream and very thick layers. The choux pastry wasn't airy at all, and the buttercream in the religieuse was unpleasant. I'll just stick with the bread. To top it all off, the service is definitely not the establishment's strong point. In the end, it's okay for a quick stop when I get home from work...

17/09/2026: I was very disappointed with this order; it used to be so much better. I ordered a "mountain-style" burger (bacon, onions, potatoes, Reblochon cheese), but I'm still looking for the cheese: not a single piece of Reblochon inside! Considering the price, it's outrageous; they shouldn't even have it on the menu. To top it all off, the kitchen was filthy. The kebab spit was completely grimy and greasy. As for my partner, he ordered an "American kebab": reheating kebab meat in a microwave is simply unacceptable. That's it for us; we won't be back.

15/09/2026: As a regular customer for several years, I am unfortunately very disappointed by the decline in quality I've noticed over the past few months (a year?). The portion sizes have decreased, the quality of the meals is no longer what it used to be, and on our last visit, the donuts were hard and stale. This feeling is shared by several of our friends and family members who used to come regularly. We have therefore decided not to return for the time being, which is a real shame because we have enjoyed this establishment for years. I sincerely hope that efforts will be made to improve the quality and portion sizes in order to return to the previous level.

12/07/2026: The pizza was dry with nothing on it. €15 for pizzas is very expensive; I wouldn't recommend going there again! And the waiter was unpleasant.

12/07/2026: If you want to get sick, you've chosen the right place. The pizza is awful: thin, with no toppings, just a sheet of paper. The man who answers the phone is really unfriendly and unhelpful. He even told me to go somewhere else when I told him the pizzas were poorly topped, thin, and had a dry crust. Avoid at all costs!

15/08/2026: Apart from a very friendly waitress, a quarter slice of ham in a piece of bread they call a sandwich! Avoid at all costs!

19/04/2026: Great service, waiters absolutley entertaining, brilliant humour. A Paris treasure. Inexpensive value menu du jour under 20€. Good wines under 30€ a bottle.

24/05/2026: We just bought a black box with another box of sushi; we were supposed to get a free mochi, but it was forgotten. Edit: We ordered 7 wasabi, but there were only three.

23/04/2026: I ordered chicken gyozas for lunch today, but they arrived raw. The California rolls tasted like soap. I threw everything away, very disappointed!

27/08/2026: Very disappointed! I was charged for a takeaway sauce, and the woman was incredibly rude and insolent. Not to mention the wait time. Never again!!

14/06/2026: I went there with a friend and frankly, it was HORRIBLE!! We didn't even have to wait an hour for our sushi platter, even though there was no one else there. The place is gloomy and poorly cleaned, the tables were sticky, and in the basement, although there are tables for lunch or dinner, you're just inches from the kitchen and the refrigerators. What's more, the refrigerator in the basement had frozen spring rolls and frozen sushi. As for the food, it was awful, and I got indigestion that same evening. Avoid it!!

13/09/2026: Only one star because it's not quite a restaurant yet, it's a bar with a friendly atmosphere. I can't wait for HUYI HUYI to come back from vacation!

31/08/2026: Total disappointment. The orange juice had no taste, it was just water, and the manager made no effort to rectify the situation, all for 4.60 euros.
