15/05/2026: Another enjoyable experience with high-quality products. I regularly order the ramen and, as always, it's a success. The makis are also excellent and melt in your mouth. The atmosphere is warm and the waiter, in addition to being very funny, is truly fantastic! A complimentary tea and sweets at the end of the meal ☺️

08/06/2026: It should be noted that I couldn't evaluate the food quality as we didn't eat there. My assessment is based on the fact that we called at 1:55 PM to reserve a table for seven people. The person we spoke to explained that the restaurant doesn't take reservations (which, indeed, is what the website states). We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM and were turned away because the restaurant was "full." However, a large table was available, and we were told it was a reservation for 20 people… The restaurant seems nice, but the rules aren't the same for all customers, which is a shame. [Adds following owner's response]: The website does indeed state "for guides and groups (lunch possible upon request)"... Seven covers are probably not profitable enough to be considered a group (and Normandy may be on US time, considering lunch at 7:30 pm). I remain convinced that your restaurant offers good quality food, but customer consideration is—in my opinion—just as essential.

08/06/2026: Three of us came and stood in the middle of the restaurant for 40 minutes. The staff looked me straight in the eye; one even said hello. I asked, "Excuse me," but no one came over or stopped. We left, and as soon as we did, they took the woman behind us. It's a good thing not all restaurants have the same service.

29/05/2026: A single menu of a few dishes, starters, and desserts. A deliberate choice to serve refined yet unpretentious cuisine. The presentation of the dishes is exquisite. Fresh, homemade, flavorful, with impeccable service. A place worth discovering! We were won over!

But it's not just that; for me, it's like stepping back into the family kitchen with my grandmother, my mother, my aunt, where we'd chat while the meal simmered away. 15/04/2026: Lunch at Asia restaurant during the week. We ordered a (generous) set menu for the first person, which included spring rolls and chicken with pineapple (very well prepared), followed by a delicious two-scoop ice cream. The à la carte menu also offered chicken spring rolls and Asian noodles with mixed vegetables. The service was excellent and the food delicious.

20/04/2026: Although we live nearby, this was our first time having lunch as a family at Bistrot Tocqueville. The service was simply perfect. The owners are attentive, professional, and welcoming. As for the food, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with very high-quality ingredients. The dishes were delicious and the portions generous. We had a lovely time on the terrace. We will definitely be back.
