13/06/2025: This was my first opportunity to discover a restaurant of this quality, and what an experience! The welcome is warm, the staff attentive, and the setting absolutely charming. Housed in a former train station, the place is full of small details that pay homage to its history: the original identity has been tastefully preserved, making the place as pleasant to look at as it is to experience. Once my eyes are full of surprises, it's time to taste... and what a tasting! This is, without a doubt, the best French restaurant I've ever had the opportunity to try. From the starters to the desserts, everything was absolutely delicious. I was even surprised to enjoy dishes I don't usually like—a true feat from the chef. A huge congratulations to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

11/06/2025: As usual, I go to this restaurant quite regularly; the dishes are always succulent, and I choose my words carefully. Last night's meal was a delight; honestly, I didn't think it was possible to put so much flavor into a dish. I asked several times if they had hired a chef or a magician, but no, it's actually humans who manage to make such delicious dishes. Not to mention the service, which is always impeccable, and with a precision and delicacy that is always appreciated. It's also worth noting that if my heart weren't taken, I would probably have declared my love to the pastry chef, who I think must have a gift. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and your many years of consistently perfect service, and for this very charming time we spent.

04/07/2025: Aux bons sauvages is a unique place. A bubble of conviviality on the quays of La Mulatière, locals, Lyonnais, and other aficionados meet there to share a good time. The food is good, the music is great (special mention to the jams on Thursdays), and we laugh. Zitouni and Oussama run the shop with expertise and humanity. Thank you

11/11/2024: Restaurant qui mérite de détour . Service avec les petits plus très agréable .Repas et service formidable . Plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles . Service attentionné . Chambre "charme" spacieuse avec lit très confortable Chambre calme , spacieuse et agréable . En revanche,l'exiguïté de l'espace WC est dommage . La possibilité de profiter de la piscine ,spa, sauna et hammam est un vrai plus.

05/11/2024: Tuvimos un excelente almuerzo vegano en familia - ese día probamos en particular un tatin de crepes (porcini) que estaba muy bueno. Pero también el aperitivo fue diseñado para asegurar que toda la comida sea muy satisfactoria (que a veces si es un poco corta en algunas ofertas veganas). Por último, pero no menos importante, llegamos tarde y nos fuimos, pero no sentimos presión de la persona que nos esperaba. Excelente en todos los niveles, muy recomendable.

19/12/2024: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a relative. The owner is very pleasant and commercial, the first service was complete, she made us wait for the next one inside the establishment. image of the hostess, pleasant and friendly. The cuisine is excellent. A must in Colmar. The little extra is that you can see the boats passing by from the table while eating.

08/09/2024: The setting is exceptional with sophisticated, quality decor. The dishes are delicious and the staff lovely, what more could you ask for? To discover or rediscover with your eyes closed.

07/09/2024: A very very nice decor around the car. Never seen such an atmosphere, it was magnificent 🤩 The appetizer board was pretty decent, I had the black angus burger which was pretty good but the steak was a bit cold, too bad. The warm-up cocktail is very good! Having a simulator in such an atmosphere is a very good idea.

27/01/2025: Good food but amateur service - We announce the unavailability of a dish when placing the order instead of announcing it when handing over the menu - Following an error in the composition of the ice cream, we do not question the customer's word - Rosé wine is not served in an ice bucket. We must demand - The room is very noisy, with chairs making an unpleasant racket - Very beautiful (and good) cheese platter - Generous and well-cooked portions

11/01/2025: Nice restaurant on the roadside and a stone's throw from the greenway. There were many of us as a family and we were able to enjoy our time together during the three and a half hours that the meal lasted. The starter was delicious and so was the bread. The duck breast was very pink and lacked cooking for my taste, but given the service I didn't dare send it back. The accompaniments were good. Overall everyone had a great time, the service was just extremely slow. Good place if you come in twos, threes or fours, I don't recommend large tables in December.

05/09/2024: Amazing ! Super good, both savory and sweet, but a special mention for dessert: warm salted butter caramel apples and toasted almonds!

08/07/2025: We ordered, and after 15 minutes we were told they were out of that dish... So we ordered something else, and after 10 minutes she had to ask us again what we'd ordered. So we waited at least 45 minutes for our food, and no one apologized. On top of that, we ordered water, and the staff didn't tell us that we could have tap water... that would have been nice to have been informed. The food wasn't bad, but the fries were already cold.

28/11/2024: Frankly, there is no point in giving you a 50-line report! This restaurant is simply amazing! For me it just lacks a Michelin star 🌟! Bravo to the kitchens and a big congratulations to the service which is impeccable! 😍😍😍😍 We will definitely come back!!!! Ps: taste this Bresse chicken, we have been to a lot of restaurants and it has never been so good. (And simple)

23/09/2024: A stone's throw from the Daumesnil metro station, easy to access, this Japanese restaurant was recommended to us for a group meal (20 people). Warm welcome, attentive waiters, friendly team. Very good value for money, menu from 12.90 eur. Everyone was able to find what they were looking for, including the Veggie people in the group. To discover on a date or several. I highly recommend for the simplicity of the place, and the choice. I will come back with pleasure. Address validated.

29/09/2024: Very good address. The waitress is pleasant and smiling. The meat was super tender. To do again :) Edit 2024: Prices appear to have increased significantly. The quality seems good however, we are more reluctant to go back :/

14/12/2024: The food was good with several dishes par excellence (scallops, a mini scallop croque monsieur, a mulled wine sorbet, and a poached pear with Calvados ice cream) - but this is an experience in fine dining where the goal is not to go seeking any particular dish or flavors but rather to be open to eating whatever it is that the restaurant wishes to serve you. We sat immediately adjacent to the view-in kitchen and watched the team operate efficiently and flawlessly throughout the evening. The opportunity to meet and be served by both of the owners was special and added to the experience. We are so happy to have shared this experience in celebration of twenty years of marriage and would enthusiastically recommend Alliance to anyone wishing to experience truly fine dining!
