01/03/2026: The lamb shoulder was especially tender, and the sauce was just the right amount of salt. The vegetables weren't cooked enough to be fragrant, but the baby potatoes were very delicious.
22/02/2026: A traditional Corsican inn showcasing the specialties of the Isle of Beauty. From wild boar meatballs in sauce to goat offal, not forgetting venison stew or roast pheasant with chestnuts, everything here evokes the Mediterranean maquis. Roasted sea bream, chanterelle omelet, or tianu (beans cooked in sauce with sausage…), and you can also enjoy Corsican wines (Saparale…). A great restaurant find discovered on the Yonder website! Go there now!!
