We go there regularly, even though it's almost an hour from our home.
The only slight downside: it can be a bit noisy inside at times... Otherwise, it's fantastic!

30/08/2026: I work in the restaurant industry and I'm outraged by the way my mother and her friends were treated. They were yelled at by the owner for a minor mishap with a flowerpot, simply for asking a question. They finally decided to leave because of the atmosphere and were chased out and berated. It's beyond belief. The owner was afraid of a bad review, but you can't treat customers like that. As we tell children, you have to say when things are good, but also when they're not, so you can improve.
28/08/2026: Call ahead to check the hours don’t believe google hours because they are closed in the afternoon for lunch and they don’t particularly care to update on Google maps 🙃🙃🙃🙃

18/05/2026: A wonderfully run small hotel with newly renovated rooms and very comfortable beds, right in the center of Turckheim, and featuring an excellent restaurant.
Every course of the menu was a pure delight; you can order perfectly paired wines, which further enhances the experience. Perfect service, very good breakfast. Wonderfully quiet at night. The train station is only 400 meters away. Free parking is available Friday through Wednesday at the Place de la Republique, 300 meters away.

23/08/2026: Without a doubt, the best restaurant we discovered during our 3-day holiday in Le Puy-en-Velay.
For €30, we felt like we were enjoying a true gastronomic experience. From the appetizer to the dessert, each dish was beautifully presented, generous, and bursting with flavor. The desserts were simply outstanding, with flavor combinations rarely found at this price point.

Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert, with a varied selection for everyone.
The presentation was worthy of a Michelin star.
The servers were pleasant and attentive.
Don't change a thing!

20/08/2026: What a lovely surprise! A peaceful place, a very friendly welcome, and delicious galettes, perfectly crispy and filled with just the right amount of toppings. A real treat. A special mention for the butter and sugar galette, almost like a delicate crêpe. We'll definitely be back.

27/06/2026: We stumbled upon this address and had a wonderful time at this semi-gastronomic restaurant. The lunchtime set menu is excellent value for money, and the waitress was very friendly. For the price of a typical tourist restaurant, you get a sophisticated and delicious meal. I highly recommend it.
