07/09/2026: We ate at this restaurant by chance; we called at 4 pm for a last-minute reservation for 15 people. The lady was very kind and reserved a table for us. The food was delicious, homemade, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it!

26/08/2026: Passing through Béziers on holiday, we discovered this charming establishment. The home-style cooking was excellent! I highly recommend the Necere risotto – a wonderful find! Impeccable service in an exceptional setting at the foot of the Madeleine church.

14/09/2026: Reply to Ms. Toledano! I am myself disabled and I often come to the Forville fish market for the excellent welcome, the quality of service, and the freshness of the products. You're surely aware that the market is currently under construction and that the waiting area is temporarily reduced! For almost three years, I have appreciated the kindness of the always attentive staff, and I apologize for having to wait, leaning on my cane. In other restaurants, they don't even acknowledge you! You had a choice. I made mine a long time ago! Relax!!!

27/09/2026: Uninteresting restaurant, bland food, even if the quality is decent. 20% overpriced for what it is. The ice cream dessert (Dame Blanche) was soulless, with a homeopathic dose of chocolate. Excessively priced aperitifs (€5.80 for a glass of port, the price of a bottle in a supermarket).

17/10/2026: They asked if I had seen the movie and even told me what Goro had eaten. The escargots I ordered as an appetizer were cooked from the shell and were tender and delicious. They were very kind and friendly, even suggesting that we share one serving of beef bourguignon and escargots between two people.

18/09/2026: Charging extra for a substitution of ingredients—in this case, switching from bacon (meat) to olive pieces—is shameful. A good business owner is one who makes things easier for their customers, especially when it costs them nothing!
