14/03/2026: My first visit with a friend. It was 7:30 PM when we arrived. We ordered an aperitif as soon as we sat down, because we were immediately rushed over. Well, not a problem for me, the aperitif arrived and we were asked what we wanted to eat (still not a problem), but then, the meal arrived at 7:47 PM, yes, 7:47 PM, that is to say, 17 minutes after our arrival. When do you serve the meal when the aperitif has barely been started? When I pointed this out, I was told that I should have specified that we wanted to wait and take our time. Well, I'm at a restaurant on a Saturday night, not a cafeteria. Aside from this minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect. The meal was excellent, and the dessert was absolutely superb. But please, don't send out orders so quickly; we're here to relax and have a good time, not to be kicked out in less than an hour. Hence my two stars for service and atmosphere, but the quality of the food easily deserves five stars.

04/03/2026: We've been here before; the restaurant is very well located on the banks of the Saône and has a large terrace in the summer. This time, however, we were extremely disappointed. Not by the welcome, which was always friendly and relaxed, but by the food. Many dishes were unavailable on the menu and replaced at the last minute. For example, my starter was a seafood casserole for €12, which was tiny and more like something you'd find in a school cafeteria, with four small pieces of seafood barely able to fight each other in béchamel sauce – not recommended. For my main course, I had frog legs, but they were rather fatty. For dessert, the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) included a nice walnut brownie, but the éclair was soggy, some unidentified mousses were left out, and there was a rum baba. €140 for three people without alcohol is quite expensive. We won't be going back.

The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, served quickly, and very generous. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant, ideal for a special family occasion. My son had a wonderful time, which is exactly what we were hoping for. A big thank you to the whole team for this lovely memory! We will gladly return.
