12/07/2026: An incredible experience! We're used to sushi, but these were by far the biggest and tastiest we've ever tasted. The balance between the rice and the fish was perfect. The presentation was amazing, a great cinematic reference to Japanese culture. I highly recommend it.

Brasserie Bofinger
Arsenal, Paris, 45-60€
26/10/2026: A touch of old-fashioned luxury, excellent food. A wonderful experience. Note that the main dishes can be shared.
26/10/2026: The ambiance is traditional and beautiful, that's true. However: We had a very long wait despite having a reservation, and were seated on the first floor even though the ground floor was completely empty. The service was very impersonal; they just processed our order. My husband ordered flambéed beef fillet – it wasn't flambéed, even though we saw it done at two neighboring tables. No explanation was given. The advertising promises much more than it delivers. A real shame.

Le Caffe Cherbourg
Cherbourg-Octeville
03/08/2026: Best pizza I've ever tasted, far better than some pizzeria restaurants, pleasant staff with a sense of humor.
03/08/2026: We ordered two pizzas for delivery. The delivery time was perfect; we requested 7:30 PM and the driver arrived on time. The first pizza was great, but the second, a calzone, was overcooked and underfilled compared to usual.
