The staff is welcoming, the service is top-notch, and the owner is approachable—in short, a place to recommend.
Full lunch: starter, main course, dessert (aperitif and wine)

11/03/2026: We had lunch today at La Grotte du Loup with one of our suppliers. They were fantastic, they respected our time constraints, and the service was top-notch! My dishes were delicious, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

09/03/2026: I tried the seafood don and it was very delicious. Many types of fish were served and all were very fresh. It was value for money because the portion was so BIG! You must try if you wanna experience great Japanese food in Paris.
And the staff (or the boss) were very friendly.

The food is carefully prepared and you find dishes which you won‘t find in the contemporary standardized bistro kitchen of Paris. I have the impression that the cooks really like what they do. I am looking fwd to eating there again.

The bavette steak with shallots was excellent, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. A true brasserie just the way we like them: simple, generous, and friendly. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!

The atmosphere was more relaxed and less "sophisticated" compared to other restaurants of this type, which was quite nice (you feel more comfortable and welcome). The tasting menu we ordered was delicious; we enjoyed each of the seven courses (we were particularly surprised by the cheese dish, which was absolutely delicious). We'll definitely be back!
