14/02/2026: Always a pleasure to dine at Stéphane's restaurant. Valentine's Day menu: Excellent foie gras. Delicious fish with truffle sauce. Refreshing rose ice cream. Stuffed poultry with vegetables. The dessert was just a little too sweet for my taste; a lighter dessert would have been perfect. Thank you for this lovely meal.

11/02/2026: Excellent experience at La Table de Stéphane. Everything was absolutely perfect: refined and delicious cuisine, a warm welcome, and impeccable service from start to finish. It's undoubtedly the best restaurant in town. I highly recommend it!

16/02/2026: The skate wing was small and overcooked, the pepper sauce lacked flavor, and the potato instead of fries was served without vegetables. There weren't enough scallops, and the tiramisu was too runny. The drinks were okay; the white wine was good, but the aperitif selection was disappointing.

Dietary restrictions are genuinely accommodated. The welcome, service, and advice are efficient, friendly, appropriate, and insightful. The setting is elegant and inviting. It's flawless in my opinion.

14/03/2026: Perfect! The restaurant is welcoming, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the chef even came to greet us. The dishes are refined and elegantly presented. The afternoon tea was quite generous, but we still managed to finish it. 😅 The staff is also very accommodating if you don't have much time. A great restaurant in the beautiful city of Reims. ❤️

22/02/2026: What an experience! A family lunch for my mother's 91st birthday. Words can hardly describe the sensations: a different sensation with every bite. How does Ludovic Turac create his cuisine? How does he achieve such talent? A lot of work, a lot of work, and more work. The result is simply magical. You absolutely must try it! One last word about the chef himself: do you know many Michelin-starred chefs who leave their kitchens to offer their arm to a customer and walk her to her car? Exceptionally down-to-earth. Thank you so much. Truly, for this wonderful moment.
