03/05/2026: What more can I add? The praise from our customers speaks for itself. The excellent welcome from a professional waiter, who explains the ingredients of each dish without being intrusive, makes all the difference. Authentic and expertly prepared cuisine, perfect presentation. The dishes are accompanied by sublime sauces. The chef uses local products. A significant advantage in terms of value for money. The young Chef Bastien is a star; friendly and attentive, he comes to say a few words to the customers before we leave, a lovely touch. Our evening was a delight that we will definitely repeat. For those who don't know, Chef Bastien hosts a truffle dinner evening in January (he doesn't skimp on the truffles). Absolutely divine! You have to book as early as December. This year, we were lucky that, given the overwhelming number of calls, he organized another evening. So, just to be safe, I set a reminder for a reservation in December 2026.

27/04/2026: A warm welcome, generous platters with quality products. Friendly staff. A place that combines conviviality, quality, and reasonable prices. We tried several establishments in St. Lary, and our favorite remains, without a doubt, "Au Balcon". Thank you for every pleasant moment we spent there, and we will definitely return at the next opportunity!

19/03/2026: Excellent spot for dinner with friends (upstairs) or a romantic dinner for two (downstairs). Rugby and football matches are shown on a large screen, depending on the schedule. Very nice food and wine list. Everything is fresh and delicious. Special mention for their Caesar salad, which is FINALLY made with the original recipe. Good wine list. Friendly and efficient service.

06/01/2026: If you're heading up to Sant Antonino, whether for lunch or dinner, be sure to visit the Taverna Corse, located just above a beautiful square. Under a lovely pergola, savor delicious Corsican dishes (wild boar, veal, salads, etc.). From appetizers (zucchini fritters, etc.) to desserts (fiadone, etc.), everything is excellent 👌. And the young team running the place is incredibly welcoming. Reservations are highly recommended.
