I was already familiar with this restaurant, which has a very good reputation for being a classic Lyonnais bouchon... and now I can say that its reputation is well-deserved. I highly recommend it.

12/04/2026: We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. The entrance is somewhat hidden in a courtyard, and the door opens onto a lobby; you have to go downstairs to discover the restaurant and its magnificent vaulted dining room, a typical Toulouse brick structure. Good value for money with the €48 set menu including starter, main course, and dessert. The cuisine is well-prepared, a little original, the portions are decent, and the service is friendly and well-paced (not too fast and not too slow). If you have a birthday, let them know, and you'll get a little surprise with dessert.

10/04/2026: The setting is very pleasant, with an honorable mention for the pianist who provides the desired ambiance. However, while the food is good, it's not exceptional for the price. Furthermore, the wait was particularly long, even though only four out of about twenty tables were occupied. As for the service, the waiter was a bit of a clown; I imagine that's the style of the establishment, but his remarks and humor were unpleasant, bordering on offensive. In short, we thought we were going to a semi-gastronomic restaurant and ended up in a rather conventional one.

05/03/2026: The best experience I've had in years! To begin with, the pizzeria owners are super friendly and always smiling. I had the six-cheese pizza, and let me tell you, it was simply exceptional. I recommend this pizzeria more than any other, with unbeatable prices. You'll be seeing me again very often.

05/04/2026: A great choice for a break between Alsace and the south, as it's conveniently located halfway. The key box system for late arrivals works very well. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very generous and varied. The Moroccan pancakes with orange blossom and honey were delicious. At our request, we were able to get gluten-free bread. Djamel is very friendly, attentive, and caring. The same goes for the lady on the phone. A very good place to stay.

10/03/2026: We were very disappointed by the food at this Moroccan restaurant, despite its many positive recommendations. My husband's couscous was bland and lacked spices—and I'm not even talking about the harissa—while my three-vegetable tagine was overcooked—the meat was falling apart and the vegetables were practically mush. Even the mint tea tasted like nothing more than sweetened minty water! It's a far cry from Marrakech, despite the decor's attempts to evoke it, unfortunately...

05/04/2026: We came as a couple on Saturday at lunchtime and received a warm welcome. My wife had a lasagna served with a lovely salad, which was very good. I had a veal saltimbocca with fries and salad; it had been a long time since I'd had such a tender veal cutlet. The sauce was excellent, and the portion was very generous. The service was good, professional, and the price was exceptional. I'll be back soon and highly recommend it.

30/03/2026: A reliable local spot, I must have first eaten there almost 20 years ago. Back then, they mostly did takeaway pizzas, but it's always a pleasure to dine in from time to time. The atmosphere is quite warm and friendly, and the staff are pleasant. The prices are reasonable. My only comment would be that back then, they offered a Coppa pizza with a tomato base and a dollop of crème fraîche, which hasn't been the case for a long time, and it was sadly my favorite, haha. If you ever get the idea to bring it back to the menu... anyway, I recommend it.

27/03/2026: We booked an 8:45pm reservation - showed up to the restaurant and a very rude woman with blonde hair told us that they had canceled on us even though we put a CREDIT CARD down for 200 euros to book the reservation. Nowhere in the email did it say they could cancel on us and in the email we got it said our reservation was confirmed. Mistakes happen, but this woman had a very nasty attitude. Would not recommend going here.

08/12/2025: The fish of the day was offered, and of course, we had the pleasure of learning a few more details, admiring the capons up close and seeing how they would be prepared. Just enough time for a spritz and some tapas, and our main course arrived and was served right in front of us. A real treat! And I haven't even mentioned the numerous desserts! Thank you!

24/10/2025: Warm welcome and excellent cuisine. Burgers and pizzas to die for, and we would have loved to try everything else. Magnificent view from both the indoor dining room and the outdoor terrace. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Corsica.

06/12/2025: A fantastic find! This place truly deserves to be talked about. In Saint-Arnoult, at the Bistrot du Grand Manège – the restaurant at the Pôle du Cheval (Equestrian Center) – everything is homemade, the food is generous and delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The owner took over the establishment in January, and you can feel his passion in every detail. Excellent value for money. A real gem.

24/11/2025: When things aren't going well, you should speak up, but when things are going well, you should speak up too. A fantastic restaurant with excellent value for money. You can confidently book a table in this place with its wonderful setting.
