13/06/2026: Overall, a wonderful experience at Marsan. The very friendly chef greeted us upon arrival. The eight-course meal lived up to expectations; all the international dishes were delicious, offering solid cuisine that should appeal to everyone. The only downside was the service. Our waitress would abruptly "drop" the dishes onto the table while rattling off their descriptions at breakneck speed. It gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. Something you wouldn't see at Pic or Le Quellec. The other servers were pleasant.

05/05/2026: Small Japanese restaurant on Rue Jeannin. The dining room is pleasant. We tried the set lunch menu (€20) and the bento box (€25) one day. The dishes are original and excellent. Homemade soy sauce. Varied drinks menu. Fast, discreet, and friendly service.

05/05/2026: The sushi is incredible, authentic Japanese sushi and the best in Dijon. The evening menu is good too.

13/06/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! I loved the concept: tasting different cheeses paired with carefully selected wines. You discover very different flavors and have a really great time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, you feel comfortable and just want to linger. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all cheese lovers, wine enthusiasts, and those who enjoy discovering new things. Thank you! ❤️

11/06/2026: That was a great memorable day in petite crus. An absolute experience wine tasting and serving. The platter with the cheeses were delicious!! You should definitely have a cold plate of some cheeses . The variety of the wine list was also pretty interesting.🫶🏻 will come back with the first chance .

11/05/2026: A truly unique spot! We had a wonderful evening at this wine bar and bistro. The menu is short (a sign of fresh ingredients), and the food was excellent. But the real draw is discovering natural wines. As big fans of classic Burgundy wines, we were given a refreshing change of pace, but in a good way, with some great discoveries thanks to the team's passionate advice. A fantastic restaurant for an evening with friends!

10/12/2025: The restaurant has a really pleasant atmosphere. There's a glass-enclosed dining room and a terrace, which is very nice. The servers are friendly and energetic. However, the food was a bit of a disappointment: the dishes lacked authenticity, and the desserts weren't up to par either. The pistachio ice cream, in particular, had a rather artificial taste.

10/12/2025: We had dinner with friends and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, the cocktails were amazing, the atmosphere was great with a very kind and smiling waitress, and the bartender was really friendly! Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

21/04/2026: Great atmosphere, but the foie gras was a shame—too fatty and not very generous for the price of €17, which is a bit expensive. The salad (too few leaves and other bits) and the ribs were perfect. As for the fries, the portion size should be reduced. Otherwise, the band was great and the staff were pleasant.

19/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. I called at 8:30 pm on Saturday evening, the restaurant was full, but the owner went out of his way to find me a table for four. Excellent service and food. Stop by if you're passing through Beaune.
