The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere convivial. This is a place where you come for Breton specialties, but where you can also enjoy a perfectly executed cassoulet. I highly recommend it!

01/11/2026: A wonderful discovery! 😊 We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance while out for a stroll, and what a pleasant surprise! We received a very warm welcome from the lovely, attentive staff. The service was quick, and the homemade food truly impressed us. We chose the crispy chicken, served with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, butternut squash, and a morel sauce—a real treat! Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

In the hotel, our air-conditioned room was a good size, with a huge closet and a bathroom with a large shower. The atmosphere was relaxing, and no outside noise could be heard. The restaurant maintains this cozy atmosphere, with the option of dining on the terrace. The menu is concise and focuses on local products and specialties. Beautiful, generous, and flavorful dishes. There's a real chef at the helm. Professional and attentive service. Let Jérôme tell you about his producers and his region... A truly authentic Aveyron experience. We highly recommend this place, both the hotel and the restaurant.

It's by far one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. We used to live in Sigean and discovered this restaurant by chance. The cuisine was magnificent, refined, and bursting with flavor. Each dish is prepared with meticulous care, the combinations are incredible, and your taste buds are literally celebrating with every bite. You can immediately sense the passion, expertise, and desire to please behind every plate. Everything was delicious, from the first bite to the last. A true gastronomic discovery, with flavors that linger on the palate and simply make you want to return. And I also want to give a special thank you to our server, who was absolutely extraordinary. He was incredibly kind, attentive, smiling, and truly took excellent care of us. He greatly contributed to making this evening even more enjoyable. A huge congratulations to the owner, who is also the head chef. A very humble, friendly man, passionate about his work. Despite the exceptional quality of his cuisine, he remains remarkably down-to-earth and kind. He's exactly the kind of person who makes the experience even more special. I ate there twice at lunchtime while attending a trade fair at the Cité Internationale, and the presentation was quite nice and, most importantly, delicious! What I remember most is the simple yet tasty cuisine, along with a selection of truly excellent homemade desserts.
