04/02/2026: I'm a regular customer because it's one of the few places that welcomes coworkers for free in a pleasant setting with good Wi-Fi. As a result, I always have at least one coffee and sometimes even stay for lunch. The food is good value for money and served quickly. Unfortunately, we've noticed a decline in the welcome: a new manager refuses to let coworkers use the seated tables in the morning, even after breakfast, which detracts significantly from the appeal of the place. The high tables and sofas don't offer the same level of comfort for working. We feel less welcome. I'm giving it 4 stars because I support the modern and inclusive Nomad concept: "café, lunch, coworking, afternoon snack, dinner."

21/04/2026: My German friend and skiing enthusiast Michael introduced me to this place in 2013, saying that I should try skiing here. Here, I went from a guy who didn't know how to coordinate my skis on the most simple slopes to someone who can make good attempts on hard slopes. Thank you, Michael Skimaster, and thank you to the good instructors at this place!

15/03/2026: It's our little Saturday lunchtime ritual! A fantastic place, from the servers to the kitchen, nothing to complain about! We love the terrace when the sun is shining!

31/01/2026: We were coming from the mountains, looking for a restaurant while we waited for our train. This brasserie next to the station was a godsend...and so much more: -- They rearranged the seating plan to accommodate us -- They put our suitcases away in a corner so as not to disturb us -- They prioritized our orders because they knew we had a train in an hour -- And it was delicious too!!! 😆 A fantastic rump steak with wine sauce, fries, and a very good salad 😋 I recommend it 100%. If you're ever in Thonon-les-Bains, don't hesitate 😉

08/04/2026: A random stop on the way back from our holiday in the Bauges mountains. Very good, generously topped pizzas. We tried the homemade breadsticks made with pizza dough, perfect for sharing as an appetizer... Delicious! A very warm welcome, with a smile ☺

11/04/2026: Overall, it wasn't bad, with a nicely shaded terrace. However, the price seemed high for the quality of the à la carte dishes. The dessert (tiramisu) was very average.

04/04/2026: Small restaurant, but with all the qualities of a great one. Excellent food! There were six of us celebrating our daughter's birthday, and between the lamb shank and the fish, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The waiter was very friendly. A lovely surprise, thank you for a wonderful time!

21/02/2026: It used to be a reliable choice, but that's no longer the case. Be aware that the menu online is not the one offered in the restaurant. It's more expensive and the dishes are less elaborate. It's still good, but nothing special. The dishes are barely hot enough. The Parmentier tastes good with plenty of duck, but there's hardly enough mashed potato. The truffle mashed potato is also very good, but there's too much truffle, which overwhelms the flavor of the fish.

03/03/2026: The welcome, the food, the presentation of the dishes, everything was excellent, a real treat! Congratulations to the restaurant owners, we enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary in this magnificent, tastefully decorated inn.

01/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant, and I can assure you that my day, ruined by a car breakdown since 10:30 am with a repair scheduled for 2 pm, put me in a wonderfully cheerful mood. The owners were friendly and smiling, and best of all, they adapted the dishes to accommodate my food allergies—something I've never experienced at other restaurants. The gourmet dishes were presented beautifully, delighting my taste buds throughout the meal, and the dessert was specially created for me—a real treat. You leave this restaurant feeling satisfied because the portions are so generous. It's been years since I've enjoyed a meal in a restaurant this much. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back. The prices are affordable for such gourmet cuisine, so go without hesitation.

04/04/2026: We had an absolutely terrible experience. The waiter was extremely unfriendly, even by French standards, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. At one point, he nearly picked a fight with someone in our group who simply asked for a teaspoon, which was both shocking and absurd. When the manager eventually got involved, she also became argumentative instead of resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. We will definitely not return and cannot recommend this place.

04/04/2026: Absolutely terrible. Do not go there. The rudest most opinionated & argumentative waiter we have ever had. When we complained to the owner she was also rude & argumentative. On top of that they try to make you pay before your food & drinks arrive. Plus my food was horrid.

17/04/2026: This restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Finally, something other than the usual salmon/tuna combination! It's incredibly fresh, incredibly delicious, and for such quality, the bill is quite reasonable. The service is really good.
