05/04/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience at George and the Dragon. My best friend and I had a simple dream: to sing karaoke. We prepared for it for months, arriving among the first (yes, even to watch a football match we weren't interested in at all) just to make sure we got a spot. The result? A two-hour wait for… nothing. The system is completely absurd: a QR code that's literally only open for a few seconds. It's impossible to register in time. And yet, as if by magic, people who arrived much later were able to sing. Some didn't even use the QR code. Coincidence? We think not. It clearly looks like favoritism—if you're not friends with the organizer, forget it. We even spoke to him (separately!) and were told to wait for the next QR code… which, once again, closed in a few seconds due to a saturated connection. Meanwhile, others get in without any problem. It's incomprehensible and frankly unfair. And to top it all off: the songs chosen weren't even karaoke classics, but long, boring tracks. Great atmosphere… This isn't even the first time this has happened. Third visit, same scenario. Each time, we leave frustrated, feeling like we've wasted our evening (and our money, because we bought drinks thinking we'd be able to sing). Conclusion: huge disappointment. We won't be back, and we strongly advise against this place for karaoke. Unless you're friends with the organizer, you're more likely to leave feeling excluded and frustrated. A ruined evening, plain and simple.

12/03/2026: This restaurant is open year-round, which isn't always easy to find in Valras. Don't hesitate to step inside; you'll be greeted by the owner, Gloria, with her genuine smile. On the plate, you'll find home-style cooking with a little something extra—the chef's talent! All this at a reasonable price. In short, a fantastic place that's definitely worth discovering.

30/03/2026: On our first evening in Avignon, we were immediately captivated by the charm of this beautiful city. Our day culminated perfectly at "Le Petit Comptoir"! The ambiance was simply wonderful – stylish, without unnecessary frills, with excellent service, great music (rockabilly, we suspect, from the playlist of the two talented chefs), and of course, superb food and wine. We will gladly return to this first-class restaurant, which doesn't limit itself to "first class." Keep up the great work!

09/04/2026: We like the friendly service here. The wine options were very good and recommended by the staff. It went well with our food. I personally like the fish dish and the escargot. The other stewed beef dish was tasty and a bit heavy, we feel. But all in all, it was a nice dinner. Dessert was fantastic.

29/03/2026: Everything is very good and fresh, but be warned if you have a big appetite about the portion sizes: when they say dishes are served with potatoes and vegetables, it's a small side dish (like in a gourmet restaurant), so you'll be disappointed. Opt for dishes with fries if you're hungry. We all had to order desserts to make up for it (but they were incredible too).

21/04/2026: It's a shame the carpet wasn't very clean, nor were the bells... there was a smell of sea air and stale fish. I won't be back.

16/04/2026: If you appreciate finesse and flavor, look elsewhere. The sushi and maki are poorly executed, the ingredients seem to be of poor quality (a special mention for the chicken meatball skewers which must contain nothing but cartilage), all for an exorbitant price.

21/03/2026: Local produce takes center stage. A hearty dinner, bursting with flavor from appetizer to dessert. Exquisite on the palate. A wonderful discovery that deserves a prestigious award. The staff is friendly and relaxed. The open kitchen allows you to observe the chefs' focused concentration in a calm atmosphere.

19/03/2026: Impeccable service! The dishes were beautifully presented and expertly prepared. An explosion of flavors with every bite. A small menu, a testament to quality, which the servers knew intimately, as evidenced by the very satisfactory answers to our questions about the origins and specific characteristics of the ingredients. Thank you for the meal and the culinary discoveries. I hope to have the opportunity to return.

19/02/2026: We came as a family for breakfast. We ordered three full breakfast options and one classic option; excellent value for money. The staff were pleasant, with a touch of humor that helped us arrive in Honfleur in a good mood after a 7-hour drive. Thank you so much, we come every year and you can be sure we'll be back every year for breakfast. We can't wait to try the menu... 😉
