28/03/2026: We had a wonderful meal tonight at this Italian restaurant, which we hadn't been to before but will definitely be back! The pizza (four seasons) was enormous and delicious, and the ribeye steak with gorgonzola was very tender and also excellent. The tarte tatin for dessert was perfect. The setting was lovely, and the waitress was very pleasant. This restaurant is fantastic!!!

17/04/2026: A truly unique restaurant, the kind you rarely see. The service was superb, the food very generous, and the atmosphere very pleasant with background music that wasn't too loud! The prices were also more than reasonable. We will definitely return next time we're in Paris.

18/04/2026: We had an excellent lunch on April 18, 2026, to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. However, upon our arrival at noon, we were seated in front of a wide-open window, which I closed because of the drafts. We were the first customers, and the owner, who was in the dining room, verbally attacked us, even accusing us of having closed several windows when we had only closed ours. He added, in a very unpleasant tone, that it was forbidden to touch the windows. (I know it was the owner because I asked a waiter.) This is the first time we have been treated this way in a restaurant. We have lived in Palavas for 40 years and are regular customers; we still don't understand this behavior. The staff, on the other hand, are very pleasant, but it is still outrageous to be treated like this by a restaurant owner. We are extremely shocked.

10/04/2026: First time in Palavas for us… the foie gras, the gnocchi, the gravlax salmon, and the turbot! We ate very well! The service was impeccable too! Thank you

24/03/2026: Loved this place. Ate here on holiday. It was right diwn the road from our chalet. It got busy later in the night. The food was great! We had duck and the lamb shank.

23/03/2026: Having tried all the sushi restaurants in Dijon, and being a big fan of raw fish, I have to admit that Central Sushi's quality is superior. The menu is very varied and comprehensive, the decor is incredible, I highly recommend it.

22/03/2026: Over a 40-minute wait for two cocktails, while tables that arrived after us were served first. The service was completely disorganized, with absolutely no consideration for the customers. Given the experience, I'd rather not comment further… I strongly advise against going there.

Behind the unassuming facade of the "Bouche B" restaurant, you'd never guess that such refined cuisine, meticulously prepared and passionately enhanced, lies hidden. During our first visit to the neighborhood, we were delighted with our evening. This restaurant knows perfectly well how to conceal its little gourmet secrets!

25/03/2026: As a regular customer, I was very disappointed today. The dish I ordered was not what I expected. There was no compensation offered, even though I didn't eat the product due to the error. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to ask for the dish to be remade. I was disappointed, despite it being a very good restaurant.
