27/03/2026: We went to Achour on a Friday evening. It was a group of us friends. We all loved our evening. The welcome and service were warm and friendly. We savored our couscous! Everything was perfect, no matter which couscous we ordered: flavorful vegetables, tender meat, lean merguez sausages, and delicate, fragrant meatballs. The pastries are a feast for the eyes and the palate. It's definitely a place to remember. Thank you for a wonderful time!

10/03/2026: I went into this restaurant for a sweet treat. The welcome was friendly, and the waitress was attentive. The crepes were very good and a little out of the ordinary. There was a good selection of cider. The "L'Arsène" crepe—caramelized apple, salted caramel frangipane, and almond slivers—was to die for. The setting was pleasant but could use a little more coziness. I recommend it.

The service is professional without being overly formal. The portions are elegant yet satisfying. This is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the region if you appreciate carefully prepared cuisine.

29/03/2026: As long-time customers, we can only appreciate and applaud the increasing quality of the pizzas, both in terms of the tomato sauce and the dough. Today, we opted for home delivery. The driver was punctual, smiling, and very friendly, and we particularly appreciated the corrugated cardboard box, which prevents the dough from sticking and reduces moisture. We also appreciated that the burrata on the Galipoli pizza was delivered in a separate container, preventing it from making the pizza too soggy. It was perfect. Thank you very much.

From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect, a culinary delight with every bite. A special mention to the waitress who was incredibly attentive.

24/02/2026: A superb show featuring magnificent horses trained by the Gruss family. Beautiful equestrian and aerial acrobatics. A warm and welcoming family atmosphere.

22/02/2026: I've been going almost every year since I was little. So let's say 30 years. I could never give the Gruss Circus a bad review. It's too sentimental. But I have to admit, this 2026 show disappointed me a little. Where the horses are usually the focus and the set design and costumes are always incredible, I was let down. The tribute is a beautiful idea, but the backstage aspect detracts from the magic. There are fewer costumes, fewer poetic acts with the horses. I feel like they've been relegated to the background, which is why we come. The musical aspect works if you have singers. So yes, it's sweet seeing little girls paying tribute to their grandfather, but everyone has their own expertise. Anyway, it's still a good time. It's sentimental for me at this point, but I hope that next year we'll return to the grandeur. It must be hard to reinvent yourself every year. That said, I remain a lover of their shows and a less successful year does not tarnish that in any way.

For me, the pork belly (cooked for 48 hours) was an immense delight, where textures and flavors blended in perfect harmony. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through this charming town.

30/03/2026: It was our daughter Marie-Anne who made the reservation at this restaurant, whose owner she knows (thanks to squash!). She knows we love good food, and we were certainly spoiled at Bistrot Saint Sauveur! For my part, I chose a scallop carpaccio, original and absolutely delicious, followed by grilled sweetbreads with a parsley sauce, which I will remember for a very long time: truly succulent. The portions were generous and well-presented, so I finished with an ice cream, which was also very good. My wife and I regularly dine at Michelin-starred restaurants. We felt that the quality and refinement of the dishes served were consistent with that type of establishment. In addition, the atmosphere created by the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming: we had a wonderful time. Moreover, the value for money is, in my opinion, unbeatable. We will return with immense pleasure…
