09/06/2026: Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done to the whole team! 🙏❤

31/07/2026: A good, not too extensive, menu. We opted for a 'menu de terroir'. It was fine. The view from the terrace over the valley towards Rémuzat is amazing.

21/08/2026: Lovely little Italian restaurant close to Lille centre. Try the truffle carbonara, it is delicious! The staff were so great, and everything is cooked fresh. It was so good we went back a second time whist here on holidays.

24/07/2026: It was a nice and pleasant stay in a very nice atmosphere. The bar is located in the peninsula hotel, but you can go there without staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. You have options of cocktails, wines, other spirits, beer and non-alcoholic options. Also food and snacks are available. Be aware that the prices may appear a bit high.

19/08/2026: We ate at the brasserie last night and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu was varied, and the all-you-can-eat mussels were excellent. A real treat was the enormous ice cream sundae for €10, perfect for sharing. Highly recommended!

18/08/2026: Lunch today was a family affair for our eldest daughter's birthday. The all-you-can-eat mussels were truly excellent, with generous portions, and the children's menu was also very well-stocked. The ice cream was delicious. The welcome was very friendly, and there was always a waiter available (thank you, Axel!) to make sure our meal was going well and that we had everything we needed. The staff were also very pleasant. The price was reasonable for a beachfront restaurant. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back before the end of our stay...👍👍👍

10/05/2026: We had a great lunch here after a morning of moving house. They were friendly and welcoming even though it was nearly 2pm when we arrived it was not a problem for us to eat lunch. The burgers were excellent as was my plat du jour. Also the chips were delicious!! Service was very friendly and the proprietor is delightful. We will be going back!

19/04/2026: Back to "Le Mot Passant" and it was another wonderful experience. A warm and attentive welcome immediately puts you at ease. The atmosphere truly gives the impression of "leaving home," of escaping for the duration of a meal, which is particularly enjoyable in its unpretentious setting. As for the food, we opted for a Savoyard hamburger and an andouillette sausage: two generous, flavorful, and well-prepared dishes that reflect genuine expertise. In short, an address we wholeheartedly recommend for a pleasant time over a delicious meal.

30/07/2026: Very cozy. The decor is clean and meticulous. You immediately feel transported to another world in the heart of Paris. The neighborhood is lively and pedestrian-friendly. The restaurant is understated, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The meal was generous. We savored every dish from appetizer to dessert. A refreshing drink during this heatwave was perfect! We absolutely loved this haven of peace! Thank you, Le Petit Dakar.

19/07/2026: We left after the appetizers because of the attitude of the person serving our table. Everything was rushed and unfriendly, quite the opposite. A shame.
