02/12/2025: My friend and I went there on Saturday evening under a bright sun. It was my first time, even though I live only a 10-minute walk away! How could I have missed such an incredible place? It's magical—the garden, the staff, the pavilion—everything is perfect! You feel so good there! The atmosphere is fantastic, with a live band outside until 10 pm, then a DJ inside after 10 pm. The crowd is ideal: young people, families with children. The staff is lovely, and the food is simply amazing—the naans are excellent, and the cocktails too! I'll be back very soon to try the barbecue, which looks delicious! In short, I've already made plans and can't wait to go back as soon as the sun returns, with family and friends! Thank you for this wonderful evening with our feet in the grass (and it truly was grass—I took my shoes off as soon as I arrived)!

24/05/2026: Just a stone's throw from Chinon, the Auberge du Val de Vienne is well worth the trip: a gastronomic experience offered by chef Véronique, who masterfully blends local and seasonal produce – a true delight. Her husband, Stéphane, welcomes guests, offers advice, and suggests a fine selection of regional wines. The service is professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

23/05/2026: A lovely time spent with family, a very warm welcome, and a beautiful table for our small group. Delicious non-alcoholic cocktails as an aperitif! A big thank you for the dishes and for respecting our requests for perfectly cooked meat, ranging from well-done to rare. The fish was also very good and well-presented. Classic yet flavorful cuisine made with seasonal ingredients. Thank you.

07/06/2026: We came for a First Communion celebration with a group of about 15 people. The service was impeccable, and the welcome was very pleasant. The atmosphere and decor were warm and inviting. It even smelled lovely in the restrooms! 😉 And the food was a delight... homemade, beautifully presented, and the portions were perfect. I highly recommend it.

19/05/2026: The spring rolls were impeccable, a truly memorable experience... however, I was very disappointed with the main courses. There was far too much cinnamon in the pho soup, and the homemade rice was a mixed bag; the rice looked crushed and unappetizing. It had no flavor at all, probably an oversight by the kitchen. To top it all off, the waiter wasn't very pleasant. We wondered why we were bothering him by asking for more spring roll sauce, and there was no smile. The cutlery was rushed out even though it was 7:45 pm... a rather cold welcome. It's a shame, because the spring rolls will remain a good memory...

It was the second and last time, because while the cuisine at Le Ch'ti doesn't claim to be haute cuisine, one expects a little better for a €30 menu (almost, let's not quibble over the cents). The restaurant business is certainly difficult, but still...

11/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance, and what a pleasant surprise! We've been vacationing in the area for years, and we're delighted to have tried this place. One thing is for sure: we'll be back with great pleasure. Admittedly, the service can be a little slow, but that's completely understandable given the quality of the food. The ingredients are fresh, expertly prepared, and truly excellent. Everything was delicious from start to finish. We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the staff and the owner, which contribute to creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend!
