29/03/2026: Very noisy and cramped. The dish I had was very good but excessively expensive. The fries were very good, and the rib steaks were tender and of good quality, perfectly seasoned and cooked as I liked them. The small roasted chickpea snacks offered as an appetizer were a nice surprise. I'm deducting two stars for the restaurant's layout and the prices.

15/02/2026: This isn't the first time we've eaten at this inn, and every time we've had a wonderful meal! Last night, monkfish tails for my wife, sweetbreads with morels for me… a real treat, a delight! No airs and graces, just simple dishes, but very well prepared, and sauces to die for! All at very reasonable prices considering the quality of the ingredients. Thank you to the whole team!

09/11/2025: There were 12 of us. We were warmly welcomed, had plenty of space inside, and enjoyed traditional but efficient cuisine – we had a wonderful meal.

21/04/2026: My partner and I had been wanting to dine at Brasserie des Brotteaux for a very long time, and we finally had the chance to go for her birthday. We were accompanied by another couple of friends, and everyone was delighted with the experience. It was excellent: it reminded me of the calf's liver I remember from my childhood, the kind my grandmother used to make for me. We will definitely be back.

04/04/2026: At first glance, the restaurant doesn't look like much, but it's very cute and cozy both inside and on the terrace. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Service was quite fast. The dishes were beautifully presented! However, a few details, such as the lukewarm bread with the foie gras, the price of a Kir Royale (€17) or a chicken-based drink (€33), and the chocolate fondant served cold, surprised us a bit. We had a very pleasant time and enjoyed our meal, but we felt it wasn't worth the final price, especially considering we had a 50% discount through TheFork; otherwise, it would have been more expensive.

01/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at this restaurant last night. The welcome, a little reserved at first, quickly turned out to be very warm and pleasant. We tried the €25.50 set menu, which I highly recommend. The value for money is unbeatable thanks to the chef's inventiveness and originality, demonstrated by his ability to reinvent simple and/or classic ingredients. For starters, the potato and ham mille-feuille was delicate and delicious; followed by the meat with its flavorful vegetables; and finally, the chocolate duo was utterly decadent. The wines by the glass are of very high quality and good value. However, the champagne (brut or rosé) is also excellent, even if the price (€19-€20) seemed high to us—the only slight drawback we could mention about the evening. The presentation of the dishes is elegant. We will be happy to return and try the à la carte menu. The outdoor terrace in summer, lulled by the sound of bamboo leaves, must be very pleasant.

22/03/2026: We chose mussels with roquefort which were actually with cream, we pointed this out from the start, but it didn't change anything, we also mentioned it in the rules… the waitress apologized immediately, she seemed to know that there was indeed no roquefort 😑 what a shame.

18/03/2026: I had a flambéed oriental pizza. It was excellent. It's been a very long time since I've enjoyed a pizza this much.
