26/04/2026: A terrible experience. Staff rude, jaded by tourism. Forced to eat the children or we had to leave! 50 euros for a fried egg! Monstrous as well, taste nowhere to be found. Tourist trap!

25/04/2026: We were there as a family and loved staying at L'Ermitage. The family room overlooked the bay on one side and the abbey on the other. It was very quiet, the room was well soundproofed, and the bedding was comfortable. The location is excellent, and it's so pleasant to enjoy Mont Saint-Michel in the evening and morning when there are very few people. Breakfast was also very good (at the Auberge de la Mère Poulard).

30/03/2026: I visited Chez Mario in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The place is small and simple, barely noticeable from the outside, but it has a familiar and authentic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are definitely the highlight: well-cooked, with a crispy, flavorful crust. The cuisine is also traditional Italian. I also really enjoyed the tiramisu, which was truly excellent. The prices are fair and the quality-price ratio is good, especially considering the location near the center and the sea. One note: since it's very popular, it's best to arrive early because the place is a bit small. Overall, I recommend it, especially for the truly excellent pizza.

03/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, we ate very well, the dishes were generous and everything was homemade. I recommend it.

28/03/2026: Great atmosphere and quality food, the food is really good. A minor drawback was the rather slow service. It's also a shame there wasn't continuous entertainment, especially on a Saturday night when you expect more activity. The dining room is also a bit cold. Despite this, the experience was still positive and we had a good time.

27/01/2025: When I read some comments I wonder if we ate at the same place! Very very well received, top team, delicious burger and top quality services! No problem related to hygiene, very well presented dish. I recommend and for my part it is the best Big Fernand I have eaten in so far!! I recommend 💯 percent! I will definitely come back 😊

26/01/2025: I was a regular customer of this restaurant and often had the Smash Burger formula for 10 euros. But this time I was extremely disappointed. As I flipped my burger, I noticed a black bit embedded in the bun, looking like dirt or something abnormal. I immediately reported the problem to the waitress, who offered to replace it. However, when the new burger arrived, I noticed those same suspicious spots on the bun again. When asking for an explanation, the waitress simply replied that she didn't know what it was. Faced with this total lack of seriousness in terms of hygiene, I preferred to leave my burger and leave, without even asking for a refund as the service seemed outdated and disinterested. It is obvious that hygiene is not a priority here, and this gives the impression of a purely food operation, with no concern for quality. Good thing I didn't eat that burger, because that kind of carelessness is why you can easily get sick eating out. To top it off, the can that came with the menu was lukewarm, I took it anyway, telling myself that I would refrigerate it at home. In short, I lost 10 euros, but at least I can warn others: eating here could be risky for your health. It was my last visit

We hesitated to share this opinion because we want to preserve this place where the senses are awakened in every way: we savor the food, the cocktails, the warm welcome, and the friendly atmosphere created by a dynamic and attentive team, all overlooking the sea. A must for epicureans like us.

14/04/2026: Good food but small portions for the quantity. We ordered the set menu (main course and dessert), but there was only one choice for the main course, and the side dishes were mushrooms and salad. There was a lack of starches or vegetables; it probably wasn't our favorite day.

03/04/2026: We love this place, been here twice. Food and serrvice is top notch. Our server, Thierry, remembered us from months ago and even remembered my wife’s dietary restrictions. Pizza = Anazing. Fish dishes = incredible. Today I had a steak burger which I loved and maybe some of the best French fries since I’ve arrived here. Crispy and perfect. This is a must visit restaurant.

05/04/2026: The name isn't very promising. But there's definitely a certain flair of the Tunisian island. Outside on the street, you're drawn in by the aroma of grilled chicken – quite unintentionally, so to speak 😉. However, you'll only find the Tunisian specialties inside, in a small, oblong room where the buffet is. Here, you choose by smell and appearance and can enjoy the delicacies, served on plates at one of the three tables. We had liver with various vegetables and oriental spices. Mint was also involved. A definite recommendation, even if the place looks rather uninteresting from the outside. Just go in and strike up a conversation. A few words of French are all it takes 😅

05/04/2026: A magical place. With a terrace like a little square. The food is wonderful. And the price is perfect. It's a place you could spend hours in. Everything is marvelous. Plus, no other restaurant would serve us because it was 2 pm, but they did here. I loved it.
