18/05/2026: I went there for the first and last time, of course.
The food was decent enough, but nothing special: we ate because we were hungry! Nothing more.
The atmosphere was nonexistent.
The house red wine was like goat's milk!
The waiter showed no empathy, no smile, rather silent, giving the impression he was just there for a dead-end job.

Good, inexpensive restaurant.
The cleanliness of the chairs still needs improvement :(

29/03/2026: Almost flawless. Superb food, a warm welcome, and a professional and smiling waitress and waiter. It's a shame the manager who took over at the end of the meal was less so…unfriendly is unfortunately the right word. But the experience was still wonderful.

31/05/2026: Good food at a pleasant and reasonable price. The waiter went out of his way to be helpful and was very friendly; despite a slight language barrier, there was absolutely nothing to fault regarding the food. We sat outside, yet we weren't forgotten. :)
Try the Tarte Citron Maison - taste like a giant marshmallow with lemon base. Tasty!

Delicious à la carte dishes.
A warm and friendly atmosphere with very pleasant staff.
The owner, Sabrina, is very welcoming.
It's a great neighborhood Italian restaurant.
I've been going there for a very long time.

27/05/2026: We came on Monday at lunchtime and were charged extra for a beer on the bill, even though it wasn't cold and therefore hadn't been consumed. They offered us an alternative, but the extra beer was still charged. Disappointing.

16/05/2026: My partner and I were passing through Toulouse and decided to stop at Silex & Fourchette on our way to our holiday destination. What's more, since my partner is gluten intolerant, this restaurant was perfect! Excellent cuisine made with fresh, 100% gluten-free ingredients, and a warm welcome from the staff. A truly great find! I highly recommend it and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again.

09/04/2026: Great food and service. We saw recommendations and tried this restaurant on the last night we were in Nîmes. It was worth it. We ordered confit duck meatball and guinea fowl with chestnuts and sweet potatoes. Both were delicious.

07/06/2026: A very pleasant place, we received a warm welcome despite the late lunchtime. They offered us homemade fish soup to tide us over. The food and ingredients were fresh. We were pleasantly surprised.
07/06/2026: On our way to Ariège, we made a detour to try the cassoulet and it was delicious.
The welcome was as warm as ever.
We'll gladly return.
In Vendée, we have mogettes (white beans) but no cassoulet.

10/03/2026: We eat here regularly and it's always a pleasure. The dishes are delicious, generous, and really inexpensive, which is rare these days. The atmosphere is very friendly; you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive.
The decor is superb and gives the restaurant a lot of charm. You can tell that everything is done with care.
In addition, the servers are all very kind, smiling, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The service is also perfectly paced: neither too fast nor too slow. You have time to chat and enjoy the moment, while still being served within a very reasonable timeframe.
A place where you eat well, in a great atmosphere, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

The servers were incredibly kind and helpful.
The Peking duck was delicious.
We also ordered beef satay and loc lac, which I didn't enjoy as much: it was very spicy. Unfortunately, it didn't come with any side dishes. I had to pay extra for rice.
