16/04/2026: A wonderful discovery of B.a-Ba's new spring menu! The sardine rillettes are perfect with a delicious focaccia. The asparagus velouté is very good, despite a slightly stringy texture; a nicer presentation with a few asparagus tips would have been a plus, but it's still a highly recommended starter. The B.A-BA burger is excellent: quality ingredients, a crispy bun, and melt-in-your-mouth meat—a real treat. The Iberian cabecero cheese is also a pure delight. A minor drawback is the Kinder tiramisu: the texture was too dense, the wafer was soggy, and the flavor didn't quite live up to expectations. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the orange blossom ice cream—subtle and perfectly executed. The hazelnut ice cream is also very successful. In short, a place to visit without hesitation: quality food and attentive service at any time of day!

07/02/2026: Excellent service, we had a lovely chat with the owner who was very sweet and full of helpful advice. Great little restaurant, and as a bonus, a delicious blueberry latte after a day on the slopes! Definitely worth checking out!

04/02/2026: An evening at the end of our stay in Serre Chevalier at the 34 restaurant, a very pleasant and welcoming place with a lovely menu featuring classic mountain dishes. I recommend the truffle fondue; it was excellent, generous, and reasonably priced.

15/01/2026: Fantastic time at La Taverne des Cloys! The set menu of 6 Fine de Claire oysters (size 3) with a glass of organic Chardonnay for €14.50 is simply perfect. Ultra-fresh oysters, a very well-chosen wine, and excellent value for money. A simple, friendly, and efficient place—I highly recommend it.

01/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at Soya Cantine Bio 🌱 A pleasant place with original and delicious cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the Bi Bim Bap dish, which included a fava bean omelet: a delightful surprise, both indulgent and bursting with flavor. The very friendly waiter told us that the restaurant was formerly a ceramic sink factory, where some remnants can still be seen, adding a lot of charm to the place. A must-try for plant-based food lovers!

30/03/2026: Big scam. Beware! I returned the pillows I bought, and after several email exchanges, I haven't heard back and haven't received a refund. I will be filing a complaint against this fraudulent website.

18/04/2026: Located in a small, very quiet mountain village, the building is historic but has been modernized and well-maintained. Family-run, so care and attention are paid to every detail. The staff are extremely polite, courteous, and hospitable. The restaurant offers high-quality cuisine, far above what is typically offered in this type of hotel. The dishes are limited, but expertly prepared. Cleanliness, heating, and Wi-Fi are no problem. The surrounding area is charming. Highly recommended.

14/04/2026: We spent the weekend in the "Myrtille" and "Framboise" cabins with our family. Perched at an altitude of 1367m, we found a magical place where the friendly owners are happy to don their aprons and play one of the many games available in the dining room with you. Good humor and conviviality are guaranteed, even when the beautiful weather decides to move further south. A magical place, maintained by two little elves with hearts of gold. If you're passing by, you'll be missing out on a truly special moment, if you decide not to stop!

14/04/2026: A very warm welcome, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The chalet is very pleasant. The food is good, fresh, local produce in generous portions. Being on the Camino de Santiago, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stop. Thank you for your kindness and all the best.

16/04/2026: We ordered the €28.90 set menu. The first course, two spring rolls and two ravioli, was decent. However, when the scallops and shrimp with black mushrooms were served, the smell of stale fish emanated from the dish, followed by the taste. One forkful and it was over; the whole thing went in the bin. The waiter was kind enough to offer us complimentary drinks. But €28.90 for two spring rolls and two ravioli is expensive. So, a word of advice: avoid this restaurant.
